Dont know....after driving 10 miles out of my way to get there found a note on the door saying they were closing early. You should really turn off online orders and update your hours.
Absolutely price, size and deliciousness level is matching very well.
The food is good and the workers are way overworked. The store itself always looks like its in shambles because they are overwhelmed with work and not enough help. We love getting pizza from Marcos. The prices are expensive but worth it because of food is good but the workers need help!
Go to a different location if you can. The quality of the pizza is amazing! However, this location disappoints. After ordering 4 pizzas for carry out, one box was completely empty. They legit gave me an empty box. Then when I realized it and called them, I was on hold for 45 minutes just waiting for anyone to pick up. It’s still unresolved. I paid a premium price for an empty cardboard box. Don’t trust this location.
Employees were goofing off the whole time. I stood at the front counter for five minutes, a few of them even made eye contact with me, and no one came to help me. When someone finally did come, my pizza (which I was told would be ready at a certain timehadn’t even been started on. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt this experience deserved it.
We ordered buffalo wings and when we got home ready to eat them , they were toasted really crunchy, anyone may say that those wings were three month old, just wanted to say that the food should be fresh, and that the manager should also pay attention to what the employees do behind the kitchen, it will be safe for customers. We had to thrown away those buffalo wings that were really bad.
These guys are a mess, the pizza is over priced, they never have delivery drivers, they have horrible customer service, I’ll order a pizza only to get a call that it can’t be delivered and that I need to come get it…. Meanwhile they do nothing nor do they offer to compensate for the money you paid for delivery fee and tip… they need an adult in there helping these kids treat customers well.
The pizza is good 9/10 times. However my only complaint is that occasionally when I order delivery from the app. Ill get a text from an employee in the store around 15-20 minutes after ordering that says they dont have any delivery drivers. And since they already made my order I have to go buy and pick it up. A mild inconvenience for me, but for someone who had doesnt have a car that could totally ruin the experience as they wont get their pizza at all.
Pretty tasty pizza. Would give a 6.9 score
Marcos please it is 5:45pm on 6/29/2022 for a time stamp for the unprofessional employee that laughed at my wife when calling to place an order. I understand that in these times, good employees are hard to find…. Don’t settle. We are giving you business and would gladly take it elsewhere if you treat customers like this. Not acceptable by any means. Since I can’t reply to the review. I have reached out on here and on the Marcos website with no response. I see they respond to save face and that’s about it.
No idea why these guys don’t have 5 out of 5 stars, my husband and I live close by and every time we’ve ordered from this location it’s been phenomenal! Even the crust is good and I usually never eat the crust. Pizza is great, cinnamon cubes are great, the chefs salad was bomb (fresh lettuce and toppings). Better quality and more affordable than the chains — love their deals. We usually get pepperoni pizza and a cheese & pineapple pizza. Amazing.
Pizza was 5 stars. Customer service was 1 star. Pizza was really good, nice and hot, great texture and flavor.Waited for a while for our pizza. Asked an employee if it was ready. Without checking any of the ready pizzas, he said 5-7 more minutes. Eventually another employee asked what our name was and the pizza that was sitting on the rack the entire time was ours. 🙄 With some employee training they could get 5 stars all day long.
Super lazy staff, which I understand as theyre paid less than minimum. Owner needs to pay employees better. Great product, just missing the internal spark. Happy to go out of my way until employer makes it worth it to go to this location. Less than great product, but great people. To the response: Thanks, but I just gave you feedback, and youve apparently received it.
Great pizza as always. The crew appears to be a bit slow, lazy and laxidasical. It takes a while for them to notice you as a customer. When I walked in - one employee was throwing pepperoni slices in her mouth while standing at the pizza area. Another two were talking about their personal matters with another customer standing there ready for pickup. The front table, the only table was dirty with crumbs and leftover items from a member who just got up from a break. We had to ask for napkins and clean the table ourself. I just noticed small things with customer service but really didnt care because the pizza is always good.
Seems like I only leave reviews when I’m peeved. I’m at the Lindon location waiting on a Grubhub order they didn’t put in.. It reminded me that THIS location has always got my orders in and I don’t have to wait. Thank you!
I Got the chicken classico calzone.. Plenty of food for the price!! Delicious! Great service too!
After pre-paying for a tip for our delivery, our pizza was left on our doorstep without any attempt at ringing the doorbell (we have RING, perfectly workingor a knock at the door. People in the kitchen waiting on the delivery. Pizza was late and cold, in the 30-degree weather. Please fire your driver!
01/26/22I wish there was a zero star option. Tonight my family I were craving some Marcos pizza but instead were extremely disappointed! We called the cedar hills Marcos pizza around 8:30pm three separate times which the phone continued to ring and no answer. We then drove 7 minutes (not fardown to the location, thinking we’d get better service maybe they were busy. We when pulled up the parking lot was empty and no one in store besides employees. We pulled up in front of the door only to observe the workers not working. Some in the back sitting on bags of flour including their shoes on the flour bags, talking among each other, on their phones. I wondered if they would answer the phone now that maybe they were busy before. I then called from my car and the phone continued to ring for a long time. I walked in while it was still ringing and then someone came up to greet me but the phone was still ringing inside store. I stated “you must be pretty busy because you hadn’t answered my other calls and no one has picked up on my phone that’s still ringing” then at this point a worker in the back picked up my call. I asked to speak to the manager, he came up and I explained the situation and he confirmed that they actually hadn’t been busy at all tonight. Then when I asked why they didn’t answer any of my earlier calls he said “we’ve answered some calls” and was no help. I asked for his supervisors number or owners number and he stated that he didn’t have that information. Which is also alarming in case of emergencies who would they call, felt like i was being lied to. Multiple employees sitting around on ladders and flour bags and on their phones. Manager was not helpful at all and didn’t think it was an issue. This is very poor business and unacceptable. You would think in time of Covid and businesses hurting that turning away business would be the last thing one would do. I ended up driving down to American Fork and getting pizza from Papa Johns. Which was exceptional service they even carried out the pizza to my car for me when they heard my experience and because I just got out of double shoulder surgery a few weeks ago. Very turned off with my whole experience with Marcos Pizza tonight. Don’t waste your time.
Sat on hold forever 60 minutes after my order was supposed to be here no one would pick up and the store all the sudden closed out of closed hours no pizza and now I’m out $40 I hate this place never on time when they are they have the wrong pizza
I ordered a pizza at 5:46 today and it is now 7:46 - just got delivered. they are 1 mile away... I tried to call to get updates and the phone just rings and rings. the pizza is cold. Marcos will not get a second chance.
Why so much empty crust with no toppings? Speaking of dough, the cheesy bread was RAW with minimal cheese. If it was half the cost, I might just begrudgingly add more when I get home. Ugh. This location does the worst job. I might have to switch companies all together. $28 for bland uncooked doughy food served cold because they give themselves such a huge window of time to complete it. It just sits there getting cold because they overestimated how busy theyd be.
Called in to get my pizza, and the worker seemed frustrated with me on the phone. After arriving, I went in and the same worker was on her phone on they bench next to the entrance. She was very passive and was annoyed when I asked for a drink added to my order. After I got home with my pizza, I found it in the box without being sliced at all. Very frustrating.
We had a rough experience with ordering pizzas ahead of time here. When we arrived to pick up our pizzas, we were told they weren’t even in the oven yet. Waited for 30 minutes, got the pizzas and went home, but once we got home, we discovered they were the wrong pizzas.Turns out it was all a mistake where they mixed up our order with someone else’s which is why we had to wait for them to make the pizzas while we were there. Mistakes happen, but it seems like they happen pretty frequently here. The pizzas were decent so if they can get the issues with timing and getting people the correct order sorted out, this would be a decent place. It’s a little more pricey than what I’d be willing to pay again. For the same quality, you could go to any number of cheaper places nearby. But their issues are very preventable and fixable.
Family ordered pizza to pickup two hours later at a specific time, when we got there they hadnt even put the pizza in the oven. Very unimpressed.Update: got home and the order was wrong. Dont go here. Many better options nearby.
Worst pizza place in a 10 mile radius. Our pizza was an hour delayed and the staff didnt even seem to care. When we arrived at home the order was completely wrong: wrong pizzas, wrong sizes, even messed up the gluten free. Over the phone service was terrible too. NEVER go here. There are WAY better options near by: Little Caesars, Dominos, Papa Murphys any of these are way better.
Love their pizza. With a vast variety of pizza to choose from in this area, Marcos is always my go to. They are fast, fresh, and taste "real" instead of fake like the other chains.
The pizzas not too bad, but its terribly slow service, Ive had hair in my pizza twice, and the customer service is disappointing to say the least. Probably just poor training. This past time I showed them the hair in my food, the person at the register said theyd refund me, but they didnt. So I went back a few weeks later to ask them about it and pick up some pizza for my daughters bday party and the manager basically chased me out. Blaming me for not coming in earlier to check on the refund. For me its not really about the refund, it was like a $12 pizza, but yikes! Ive rarely been treated that way.Pizzas not good enough to overcome the poor hygiene and poor customer service.10/30/21 Update: I reached out to them but nothing happened. Their response must just be for optics of Google Reviews cause nothing came of this.
I had Marcos for the 1st time and it was very good. I had the Deluxe Pizza, the crust is good and the toppings really had a "fresh" flavor to them.I will definitely try it again.
Picked up a couple pizzas Sunday night and was hugely disappointed. The biggest issue with Marcos pizza is that the price is similar to the best pizza places in the Utah Valley but the quality is on the lower end. I will say that if you prefer softer or more doughy crusty then this is 3 star or maybe even 4 star quality. The reason my experience here warrants 1 star is because we were served a pizza missing 2 toppings that we paid extra for and when we called back they refused to refund us, even just for the extra fee we paid for topping that we didnt get. 3/5 food, 2/5 value for the price, 0/5 service. I would not recommend this pizza to anybody when there is better and cheaper pizza with good service all around this area.
Marcos is our familys FAVORITE pizza place! The food is delicious, they have good deals and its well worth the price. I also really appreciate their rewards program that keeps us coming back again and again. Our only complaint is that the staff at this location consistently forgets to put in the sauce cups that we select to go with our pizza. We try to check it before we leave, its not that big of a deal but their garlic butter is SO good - its sad to get home without it!
This is the location closest to me and it hasn’t failed me yet. I order online for carry out then wait in the parking lot until it’s time to go in (it’s typically done by the time it gives). I do always have my boyfriend open up everything inside just to make sure the order is correct that way any mistakes can be made right but thus far nothing has been wrong or poorly made. The food is always hot, fully cooked, and delicious! I do understand the critical reviews that mention the very limited curbside pick-up spaces as that must be a huge frustration. Even so, I still recommend this place for some good pizza and wings! I’m personally not sure how service is with curbside or delivery- I can only speak on carry out which for me has been a good experience every time.
Bought my first Marcos Pizza yesterday and have to say it was a rip off! I paid $20 dollars for a large pepperoni, mushroom and jalapeño pizza and there were hardly any toppings on it.....it looked like a cheese pizza. The flavor was good, but thats about it. Sorry Marcos, never going back!
The food was tasty! However, we ordered and paid online for curbside. When we arrived both curbside spaces were full. Both cars were empty and there were customers inside. We waited a couple of minutes and no one moved. So we parked in an empty space and gave a push notification that we were there. 8 minutes later one of the customers came out and got into the car parked in curbside and pulled out. Another car pulled right in and received there order. People were going in and out. I tried to see if there was a number to call...15 minutes later a spot was available at curbside and this time we were able to get it. I watched as someone grabbed our order off the shelf. They started to bring it out but just as they were headed out the door they went back in. I was like dumbfounded. They literally walked back and forth delaying the pickup. By now it was over 30 minutes. Finally he starts to come out but is bringing a girl with him. My first thought was something was wrong with our order. He said nothing as he handed us the food. Turned and they went inside. Maybe he realized how long our food had been sitting and thought we would yell. idkThe food was cold, so we reheated it. It was good but I will never do curbside again. 2 spaces are not nearly enough, especially when they are used by in-store shoppers.
Very bad customer service, I have to wait over 35 minutes because the staff didnt find the customer order which was a Doordash order, Friday 19 2021 time 5 pm, very bad
Second time to the store. I had to wait 40 minutes for my DoorDash pickup. The order I was retrieving kept being pushed back. I realize the place was busy, but many other came in after me and got their orders before me. I appreciate the lady working the front (she had a tattoo on her arm, dont remember her name). Disappointed overall
Usually they are great but occasionally they are slower than their estimated pickup time and my last order included 10 wings which had one of them laughably small {even for a chicken wing).
Normally I really like Marcos Pizza (Ive ordered from them before and most the time they are a five-star pizza place), but the last time I ordered it the crust was overdone (I published a picture of the crust so you could see for yourself). The delivery was about 10 minutes faster than what I was told when I ordered, I imagine its probably because they were cooking the pizzas too fast causing the crust to be overdone.I also ordered as a contact list delivery, but the driver waited for me to come to the door.Im hoping my experience was just a one-off.I did also try the brownies for the first time. I would say they were slightly overdone along with my pizza, but way better flavor than most desserts from a pizza place.
We had Marcos Pizza a few days ago for the first time. It was made from scratch and very yummy, we got the Chicken al fresco. The guy helping at the counter was very nice and offered suggestions since we had never tried their pizza. Will be back to try some other items
Everyother driver can find our house except one. I have an account and use the saved address and have had no issues except with this driver. Each time he says either we put the address in wrong or his "system" doesnt say it exsist. Missed his call and a call from the store. When I saw the missed call over an hour later we called the store to see what we could do. We were then told it was our fault the pizza could not be delivered because the driver couldnt find our address.Update: Another manager called the next day and took care of the situation. She was understanding, apologetic, and did her best to make sure we avoided the situation again. Great manager!
This was our first time having Marcos pizza and was pleasantly surprised. We always get Papa Johns but heard from a friend this was worth trying. The online ordering was easy to use.We chose to pick up the pizza but was disappointed when we had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get it. I was impressed by the staffs availability to handle the stress of all the orders and a few taking longer than expected. They kept us informed of the status on the pizza so it didnt seem like an extra 20 minute wait. The pizza was awesome! Great flavors, perfect portion of toppings and I loved the crust! Definitely worth the try.
We ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. They were so TERRIBLE that even the kids wouldnt eat them. The crust literally tasted like hard, no-flavor cardboard. When I called to let them know and ask if they would be willing to remake the pizzas, even at a discount, he told us to leave a complaint at the corporate website, but they would not make it right. We threw the pizzas away, even though everyone was hungry.... they were just that bad. I dont know what was worse, the pizza or the customer service.
I really love this place, especially because of the service. This was my third time being served by Coleman. Really nice guy and is always polite. My order is always correct , the atmosphere nice, the greeting area is clean and inviting, and the pizza is good! Was going to be a 4 out of 5 but Coleman pushed it to 5. Thank you!
What a joke. Called to order 2-2 topping pizzas and had a coupon code for 8.99 each. When I called they told me the code was expired. I received one of the mailers 4 days earlier. I ended up having to buy a package deal that cost almost 30 dollars to get a coupon to work. The mailer I had expires 7/31/19. They told me corporate pulls the plugs on the coupons way to early but it’s out of their hands. When I asked for a corporate phone number I was told they cannot give them out. As good as the pizza might be I hate getting ripped off. They don’t seem to care about customer service. Wish there was a lower star then one.
Oh my goodness!! Best pizza I’ve had so far. Wish they always delivered to my place. So far they do it through door dash only for my area but door dash was down tonight so we had to go through Pizza Hut 🤮 compared to Marcos. Love their pizza and wings. And definitely worth what you pay for it.
This place started out strong but after a few months this place has gone downhill. Every time for the past month Ive had poor customer service from discontent teenagers who could care less about the quality of the food and customer service. I had a 17 year old ask me to show him the coupon I used and got interrogated on my front porch over a coupon listed on their website. Ive ordered over 15 pizzas with garlic butter crust and parmesan crust and almost every time it comes without. I work in the restaurant business and the way this place operates they will go out of business soon. I was really rooting for this place because the food quality was great when they opened. Unfortunately now they seem not to care, banana peppers were unavailable for a full month and I recently called an hour before close on a Thursday night to be on hold for over 15 mins. The online ordering constantly says they are closed and unavailable for delivery. Do yourself a favor and get food from somewhere where the attitude isnt that its a chore to serve you.
The pizza is pretty good but the service is terrible! Delivery is supposed to be convenient, there have been too many times that Ive ordered a pizza told it would be 30-40 minutes and then ended up waiting 2 hours, having to call back and track down my order. There have been too many times when weve ordered drinks and theyve been forgotten or they brought us something completely wrong! I think weve decided the pizza is not worth the headache of having to babysit the delivery. Unfortunately, Marcos has lot a loyal customer.
Good pizza most the time, but a bit unreliable. We had one really bad experience where my mother-in-law called in an order 2 hours prior to us wanting the pizza. We went to pick it up at the time we ordered it. They hadnt started it yet, but told us it would be ready in 15 min. They proceeded to tell us that again and again until an hour and a half later my mother-in-law called again. The youth that answered told her that because she called, it was her fault and that call-ins are lower in priority than walk-ins....... yeah... the pizza was good, but they desperately need better management
The store is a smaller carryout/delivery style store with a few seats. The crew does a great job getting the pies out as fast as they can and the food is simply amazing. Everything is made from scratch and its all fresh. Nothing is ever frozen. I love this Marcos Pizza. Its such a great store!
I went to Marcos Pizza for the first time today and thought the pizza was great! I love to see business in our community succeed. However I feel like Marcos is missing the boat by not offering affordable lunch specials. You should be able to get a slice of pizza for no more then 2 dollars a slice. Especially being so close to Lone Peak High school! Friday nights also should be a hot spot after games. The prices are not affordable for students. I also think they need to have a soda machine, not bottled soda. Just my 2 cents.
I love Marcos pizza! They have the most lively atmosphere and everyone is always happy and smiling- it makes me feel very welcome. Their pizza is absolutely amazing! The specialty pizzas are super good- the BBQ Chicken is my favorite! Definitely 5 stars.
