I bought my car from them a while ago, they don’t know how to communicate even though they say they will get back to you, they won’t till it’s too late and basically blame you for their own failures.

I bought a car from them and they never disclosed that it had a salvage title. The only way I found out was after I had the car and they needed it to go through inspection on a certain day. Now; less than a year later it’s having transmission problems. When I told the woman that the salesman never disclosed that it was a salvage title (which they have to do by lawshe basically called me a liar. I would never recommend them.

I bought my 2012 Honda Odyssey from Marino’s. Upon looking at it I noticed a few parts on the inside missing. The salesman said that they were on order and would be installed as soon as they came in. I was able to take the vehicle and have the parts installed at a later date. When I took it back they installed the parts and looked at a inoperable backup camera. After the parts were installed I notice that the panel inside was a different color and from a different model. I find parts that are supposed to be on the car left on the floor. I guess they don’t get used anymore (HDMI and audio jack panelThe trunk lid was from a different model as well making it impossible to fix the backup camera. Now I’m experiencing an electrical problem where solenoids are going off and on causing the battery die or not charge. I wouldn’t even start on the issue of getting a title!!! I would stay clear from these guys if I were you.

Bought a honda odyssey. Transmission went up a week after it was bought. They "repaired" it. Then the transmission went up ONE WEEK past warranty, but wouldnt put anything in to help. I went in to speak to Frank personally and he basically laughed in my face. $7,000 later, the AC went up, and the car has needed major fixes on multiple occassions. NEVER AGAIN.

Frank made our buying experience painless. We found the car we wanted and left with it the same day. Franks reputation as an upfront and honest dealer has been instrumental in our continued relationship with his dealership. We highly recommend Marinos for your next pre-owned vehicle.

I will never do business but this guy Frank again. He is not very customer-friendly or loyal. Long story short I bought a 2007 Infiniti from Frank and I total the vehicle as it was getting close to being paid off. The insurance company paid Frank for the total of the car.This guy would not work with me to put me in another car and I was a good paying customer. Note I had money down towards another old 2005 Infiniti that he had on his lot I took my business up the street to Mullins and got a 2011 Infiniti G37. Frank you just lost a customer you should have been more loyal

I wish wish wish I would have never even looked there way. I just bought a car from there three months ago and car is totally undrivable now. Repairs are going to cost over 4 grand on top of monthly payments which have really left me and my family in a bad place being as though I just got out the military and trying to transition to civilian life. Save your money and time and go to honest people life is hard enough you don’t need people like this.

The guy was very nice, but sign says open but no one was there to they had quite a few people standing around waiting on someone to help us with a car. Bad customer service.. and the cars all have a lot of miles on them.

Do not buy a car from there ever. I got an SUV from there and in 3 weeks I had to get work done. Totaling 1300.00 and when I tried to get them to fix it they gave me a run away. I called for a week straight and they kept telling me the ower wasnt there. They would put me on hold for 15 minutes and hang up. So I went to the dealership and they were all in there talking and laughing. The owed then told me he would fix it and just bring it back up there. Its been there for 3 days and no one had looked at it. I had traded in my car for the SUV and the next day I told them that I wanted me car back. They told me I could not have it back because they did work on it already. They said they had done the boby work and painted the car. After arguing with them for a month plus the SUV breaking down, they sold mey car back. They gave me 500 on a trade in but sold it back to me for 1200. When I got in the car, all the things that where wrong with it was still wrong with it. Plus there was no body work done and the paint wasnt the same color. So the car is 2 colors and the dent is still in it. They said that they will still fix my SUV and go half on the repairs. So we will see. At lease I have my car back. But now I have to make payment on an SUV. That Im not driving. I pray all turns out well and they fix the repairs right. Because the person I got to look at it said all the trouble the SUV is having is because someone repair the belts but did not do them right and now half of the motor has been destroyed.

My wife and I paid $16200 cash for our SUV. The motor went up in 2 weeks and they would not stand behind it. We were told a 90 day warranty upon purchase. Do not believe anything they say to try to get you to buy their cars. We have always heard negative comments around the area, that they are a "shady" company! We should have listened. Take our advice and indeed stay away from this rip-off company. Now I see why there are hardly any cras on their lot anymore. Hopefully, they will go out of business soon. Barry Sipple is also very rude and obnoxious with his customers. We believe in Jesus and Karma-cause and effect. He will have to answer for his dishonest ways. ML
