They gave me great service over the phone and in person. Saved me from driving to Indy area for a blood pressure monitor kit. And as promised, billed my insurance.

Rude went to get stuff for my daughter they talked to me like I was stupid. After 25 mins of arguing with me finally decided I was right.

Rudest lady ever works there! She shouldn’t work with the public or elderly!

The women who work here are two of the rudest people I have ever met. They are there to meet the needs of the elderly and the needful but these women wanted to argue with me. I should have paid attention to the reviews before me. Best advice stay away from this place.

Very rude. No customer service or friendliness at all. After asking multiple questions about equipment, the staff member finally got out of seat to assist me. At this point I finally decided to go somewhere that actually wanted my business.

Very rude people. They act as if you are bothering them

Disappointed. Went to get crutches and were given crutches for someone a few inches shorter. Never having crutches before, I had no idea until my friend told me after 5 when they are closed and my surgery being the next morning. Told by the answering service to come in the next morning to exchange but that doesnt help with a 730 am surgery appointment. Staff obviously need training.
