Highly recommend Mark Gade! Price was reasonable and the whole experience was fuss-free, stress-free and professional. Mark is a genuine and honest buyer. Payment was immediately transferred to my account upon handover. To make sure the transaction goes smoothly on the actual day, Mark arranged for a test payment of a small amount. He also accomodated our request to have the handover at a location and time that’s convenient for us. I’m happy to have dealt with him and highly recommend him to those who want to sell their vehicle without any complication.

Writing this review I still cannot believe how easy this whole process was. Mark rang us and asked a few simple questions, he then sent Adrian to look at the car. Five minutes later, after a very fair and reasonable offer was made, the money was in our bank. Both Mark and Adrian were always professional and polite. I know who to contact if I ever need to sell another car!

These guys are very professional. Sold my car to them and nothing was a problem. They were prepared to wait until I could let it go, offered a reasonable price, and paid out the finance and transferred balance of funds to me in front of me. Seem genuine and honest. I would definitely buy or sell again through these guys without hesitation.

The best!!! Dont waste your time looking elsewhere. Over the last two years I have purchased a Toyota Hilux for my wife and I, and my son has purchased a Toyota Rav 4. Both vehicles are great and the price was even better, the only thing better than the price was the customer service. We live in the country and we researched for months trying to find the best deal we could. This resulted in me buying from Mark and Maria, not once but twice. Car and price was good considering other cars that are similar cost more. Was told I was recieving rest of financial year warranty as well as another year. When it came time to use that warranty, apparently the extra year was on existent. Cars are good just dont get caught out on warranty like I was. Not worth a 3/5 or a 4/5 more like a 3.5/5

Gday guys , on the 12th of April i test drove a vehicle at mark gade automobiles , I was stoked with this vehicle and I loved everything about it, so one week later on the 19th of April I came in and I purchased the 2009 single cab Toyota hilux , Phil looked after me very well and was helping me in every single way and honestly couldnt of asked for a more honest and better car dealership ... Everything about these guys is legitI did have 1 issue with this vehicle , the air conditioner wouldnt switch to heating , so I called them up because I purchased a extended 3 years warrenty for an amazing price by the wayThey delt with me straight away putting there prioritys aside and sorted me out , I handed my hilux in on the 4th of May , they even lended me a loan vehicle for 2 days while the ac was getting repaired , I returned on Friday the 6th of May to pick up my hilux and I found out that the repairs that were made the the ac where not covered under the warrenty , BUT the dealership has offered to pay for the repair for meHow many of you guys reading this review can say that , that happens often at dealerships ... Bought a Toyota Prius V from this place, and it was a great experience. They came and picked me up at the station, replied to my messages, were efficient and kind, and the car was well priced.I transferred too much money for the car, they found out about it and refunded me immediately.Maria was kind enough to respond to my calls while I was at the RMS to help me with the rego transfer documents.Million miles from the usual Parramatta road experience, if you happen to drive by or find a car they offer over the internet, dont hesitate...

Id had some bad car purchase experiences in the past and when I recently found myself needing to find a car to suit my needs (after 10+ years of driving my old commodore VX... .... I sent out an SOS to my relatives to ask their advice and help... the whole selling/purchase ordeal seemed too hard to do on my own as I didnt knowwho to trust and didnt have the time to look around.My brother had not so long ago purchased, through Mark Gade, a fantastic Ford that ran on LPG. He was so impressed with the trade in he got , the deal Mark gave him and the fantastic car he purchased, he told me that Mark was the expert and could also find the right car for me at a price I could afford.So we let Mark Gade know what I was after (I drive 2-3 hours a day, cart around a car-full of kids, need reliability and a car thats powerful and that will last...and also wanted an LPG car...plus he had to work with my limited budget and be prepared to trade in the old VX.Incredibly - after only 1-2 weeks Mark had found the perfect car that I picked upyesterday - much better than I had hoped for. He accepted my VX as a trade in, plus an older car my 90 year old mum no longer drives - and gave me an amazing deal on the smartest Ford Falcon Ive seen. It is in perfect condition with low kms. and of course runs on LPG as I requested.The whole transaction was so easy and fast, the staff so friendly - there were nohassles, hiccups or problems.
