Market Street Lofts in Beaver County

This is a beautiful building to live I love my appartment and the view of the town. The apartment is not sound proof I can the toilet flushing sweeper and washer and dryer in appartment above. I have no complaints about their children jumping, etc. Resident have no idea how I can hear their conversation thru the vents. This is their home and let them have no fear or threat to be reported. Therefore I won’t complain

I really like the place but the lady that lives above me is so loud her grandkids jump so much that they nocked are pictures of the walls in the lights in the kitchen they have nocked the glass loose so I will be calling on Tuesday

Management could be run by more pleasant people and things could break less but its a nice place to live for the area

Come this May, I would have been a tenant here for 3 years. I have been here since the building opened, and I can honestly say that this is a wonderful place to live. Teana is a wonderful manager who tries her hardest to make sure needs are met.I have never had a single bad experience since I have lived here.

I have lived here going on three years now and have NEVER had an issue that wasn’t addressed or taken care of. The building is clean and taken care of.Teanna is a great manager and goes above and beyond for everyone as long as she’s able to. She plans and does fun activities for the children around the holidays, and door decorating contests. She’s super easy to talk to, and friendly.

Very nice place. I visit a friend there quite often and its always clean and peaceful. Everyone there that I have met and talk to are super polite and kind. Looks like a great place to live.

I have stopped over to visit some friends from time to time the place is always clean very quiet everyone Ive ever met there has always been very polite and friendly definitely changed my mind on east Liverpool this is a really nice place and the rent is great priced I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to move in to .

This place is so mess up and the Manager don’t do her job she never here when she should be and the residence kids run around bullying of residents kids. You can call to get thing fix on your apt but it will take the weeks before it get done

THE MANAGER TEANNA DOES NOTHING . NO SECURITY NO CAMERAS ON FLOORS . I WITNESSED 2 TENANTS VERBALLY ATTACK ANOTHER TENANT IN FRONT OF TEANNA AND SHE DID NOTHING. SHE TOLD THE TENANT THAT WAS BEING VERBALLY ATTACKED TO DEAL WITH IT OR PUT 30 DAY NOTICE IN . WHAT IS GOING ON DOWN THERE . WHY IS THIS ALLOWED ?

the apartments here are so nice and well worth the payment, me and my kids absolutely love it here they have friends and they have lounging areas to hang out .. the manager and some of the residents are the sweetest.. i have recommended this place to many of my friends ..

The manager is never there like scheduled and gives no warning to disabled residents on upper floors that the elevator will be down for maintenance, trapping them up there with no regard to their safety or needs.

I was going to apply for an apartment. One, your ad on Facebook and on your website said that a two bedroom unit is $539 a month, but when I sent an inquiry, you said in an email that a two bedroom is $607. And what does checking anyones credit score have to do with trying to find a home? And yes, I have been on time with paying my rent at a prior apartment.

Problems Noise, some trouble tenant, apartment situated on a busy traffic intersection corner mixed age groups, poorly constructed you can hear other tenant flushed toilets and water/sewer running down the pipes, youre always hearing people walking and every movement of the floor above no sound deadener or walls insulation, pets and fruit flies issues, rent is reasonable management slow to act or reinforcing rules.. Moving out next month!

How come you don’t do back ground checks on people? Criminal background checks? You just let some drug dealers move in!!!

The apartments are very nice but they are having a few problems here and there. But that is to be expected with a new building.
