Enjoyed stay extremely helpful friendly staff. Room was excellent, clean. Close to the board walk.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Probably the nicest employees I ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Couch in my suite could have used some updating but otherwise great stay.

Rooms were great, clean plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. We had a short stay but I would recommend this hotel doe longer stays. Had everything we could ask for a hotel friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, clean hotel overall. They extended our checkout without an issue overall excellent stay. Thanks.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out our experience was phenomenal. The front desk lady, Donna help us in more ways than she had to she really went above and beyond for us. She filled us in on all the local attractions and things to do in the area and always with a huge smile and a , what else can I assist you with today!; I really hope that Marriott knows the kind of employee they have in her shes exceptional! We will definitely be back 🎇👍🏖️

As a titanium member …. It is honestly laughable that this place charges the rates it does. It is a nothing better than a road side motel that operates in price gouging of the highest degree. when asked for a member benefit they said don’t offer late checkout in the summer ….. even though Marriot guarantees it for titanium members. Never had an issue with the other 100 Marriot properties I stayed at. Plus the property was empty and three of the front staff were just hanging around because the property was dead. Won’t be back

I stay at Marriott properties quite often, and this was a great place! Centrally located, close to everything. Outlet shopping, restaurants, the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Quiet, clean rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast was OK, not a lot of choices but enough to get by. Egg omelets, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, bread, fruit, a waffle station and coffee, tea and juice. Staff was friendly and always greeted me when I came through the door.
