Love their deals

It seems the home department has gotten much smaller especially the pots and pans. That was my main focus and I was disappointed. Additionally apparently some of the prices have gone up in the clothing and shoes area, which I expected. However again the choices were not enough. I would have given it a 4 if I was able to find at least one outfit to try on that would work for this early fall weather.

My Amish Friends love to shop here.

Great went in there and got a couple of birthday gifts which was very nice good prices and good selection

Went in for a quick sec but they didnt have the size I needed. Never really got women apparel from there.

They are very short of help.I finally had to ask for someone to get a second cashier. Six of us were waiting in line. I did find great buys there as I always do.

I love Marshalls but this store seemed dirty and a mess.

Great store. Easy to find from the street because theres a big sign. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful. This was my first trip and Im sure theyll be many more. Since I recently moved down the street from This MarshallsUPDATE: This store has gone down hill. They hardly carry anything. I used to love going there but the last year its been very disappointing. It could be because of the pandemic. I will for sure keep checking this location.

I want to give three and a half stars, but I cant be mad cause they didnt have the hoodie I wanted in my size lol

They continue to have great prices, awesome selections, and a wide variety of merchandise to choose from daily. In addition the store is always clean.

This ones is for the ladies. The only thing men can buy are shoes..

Was good seeing their available stock in organized shelves and racks.

Marshalls is one of those stores where you go in it and you look around for some amazing deals. But you dont always find something which is the fun part. Sometimes you get some really good items for very cheap

The store was full of great gifts for anyone! The cashier I had was most helpful and very nice. Things were a little scattered but the workers were everywhere trying to put stuff away and tidy.

They have got a wide range of clothing nice place to get winter gears too.

I know stores are short staffed but it is the customers who need to clean up after themselves.

This store is sort of cluttered shelves are not straighten their clearance area looks like somebody just threw stuff in the clearance section. The bathrooms need some attention someone needs to clean the toilets under the seats well there was paper all over the floor the manager is very nice I could not find what I was looking for but I havent been able to find it in three other store so its not the store itself

If you are looking for a price that satisfies you, you are looking for travel bags, jackets, clothes, accessories and shoes, most of them are discounted brands. Yes, I advise you to take a roll. You will often find what you need. Thank you

I like this location. Theyre one of the first stores I go to when I am looking for a gift, especially a gift for a baby.

Selection was okay, service could be a bit better. But very good store and rarely have any issues

Inexpensive (cheaply madestock; shoes, purses, kids clothes. Many item categories, but few of anything. Have to dig through to find anything that you would want to buy.

The selection is quite good. The prices are a deal.A nice place to browse.A clean and orderly store.

Super friendly staff. Love the sping finds currently in stock. Appropriate sanitation in place to make me feel safe whike shopping. Fast and courteous cashier!

I rarely write reviews , but I have been to this branch twice and both times I was treated in the utmost rudeness. The first time I liked a coat and asked customer service to check in another branch for a size that wasnt available. Extremely rudely she said no one will probably have it without wanting to check. She finally checks and asks them to look in the mens coats ! I asked her nicely to please check in the womens since its a womens coat she said she doesnt care what I say the tag "numbers" say its a mens coat so she will only check in mens ! I bought it to give to my friend to try on and I ended up needing to return it. Thats where the chronicles of rude customer service continue. Now they REFUSED To return saying the "number" say its a mens coat and this is a womens coat so she wont return it for us. The manager (Rachelfinally comes and helps and the rude sales lady without even looking at me asks me to plug in info on the screen and throws me a receipt and a gift card. Extremely rude behavior. The only reason I mention Rachel is she was the only one professional , polite , person who worked with that I interacted with. I will never be back to that store again. Shame on those two ladies for making someone feel so terrible for wanting to buy a coat !

I basically love Marshall’s but today the store was threadbare and they were in need of the mask police! Just a simple “cover your mouth and nose with the mask” stated to customers who think it’s cool not to have it on correctly is all it would take.

Nice store. No longer enough variety of winter boots, but probably because of the virus. I found some one very reasonably priced boots in my size(8). So, i bought them.

Would not accept my TJMax credit card. Even though there was no balance and expired 3/22. Had to use Discover card so I received no reward points. Dissatisfied

Today this location was absolutely busy. The customer service was excellent. I always find shoes that I am looking for. The mens area needs a little bit of attention as far as restocking. The selection was a little desired

This is the only department store Ive been to where the cashiers wipe the counter down before each customers purchase.I even shopped the Marshalls in Severance Town center, and rarely saw that happen.

No one there was at all helpful. I was looking for an electric shaver, and four different employees kept sending me to different parts of the store. None of them knew if you had them or not and none of them bothered to really look. They just got me out of their area as quickly as possible. Ended up leaving a half full card in the store and walking out.

I actually enjoy shopping here because so far whenever I come in needing something I leave with it! Except shoes...I can never find my size or theyre taken by more frequent shoppers, either way thats annoying! I can find other things for myself, gift shopping, for the house (found two beautiful water blue night stand lamps for a steal), exercise gear, accessories, etc! I can have a bit of a hard time here & there finding my sizes in certain types of clothing...maybe theyre again usually taken by more frequent shoppers or maybe the store/chain/franchise should carry more medium sized clothes! The prices are also very reasonable & with some time & effort anyone can put together bomb looks to create cool styles. I overall can enjoy my time there & will continue to go.

My mother-in-law bought horribly styled clothes for my 6 month old, some even too small. I was making a return WITH my reciept. I suppose a piece of clothing still had an ink tag on it, which prompted the checkout girl to call over a manager. The manager then refused to accept my whole return and told me to leave the store. When I asked why, all he could do is point to the return policy behind him. (which stated he has the right to refuse any return that he wishesHe then stormed off. Completely rude and uncalled for. I will save some humiliation and not be back so long as that disgusting human is employed there.

Love the atmosphere and selection of merchandise. My absolute favorite store. I always find something to buy.

If anyone is looking for a wonderful work environment, apply right now. When I worked there, they were always hands on, very trustworthy, flexible with the hours, and treats you like family and not just an employee. I left due to personal reasons but I most definitely go back. I loved how it was a family environment and not just a job.

This location is very very busy on the weekends, but they keep the checkout line moving. Merchandise is neatly stocked. Havent had any problems with this location and I enjoy shopping at this Marshalls.

This used to be the best Marshalls around for mens clothing. Recently The mens section has started to shrink. There is maybe two racks of shirts and pants available. I will be going to other stores in the future.

Marshalls is a great place to shop all year long but especially during the holiday season! From clothing, toys, boots, and travel, to even your furry friends you can find something for all you those you care about.

It is a bit hard to navigate this place. I usually buy my personal care products from Marshalls as they have really nice alternatives but this one didnt have many options.I was happy to find this place first but it turned out to be mediocre at best

I love this chain but the cashiers can be beyond rude. Today I went around 8 and the cashier on register one was very rude not only to me but my friend who had a return. Great store poor customer service. Another time I was walking into the woman’s changing room and was confronted about my sex! How often does a grown man forget which sign to read and try in women’s clothes. I didn’t know me had breast and wore woman’s clothes

Without fear Fridays having dinner and stop by Marshalls to get my grandson some T-shirts so I was able to find him quite a few that was on sale from Nike real good price then went on home

I hate that I cant always come back to find what I want if I not bought it immediately, but the clothing is great, household goods are nice and I like the people who work here. They could put more cashiers on over the weekends and evenings. Lines are frequently long and slow moving.

Its one of my favourite Marshals, because of the very enticing location at Golden Gate plaza, where there are many good stores you can visit too. And it is on my way to Costco. But mainly I like this store because it somehow differs from other Marshals and there is some staff that I usually go to buy in this store.

My phone was dying and I couldnt get ahold of my transportation. A clerk let me plug my phone and charger into a wall socket and sit there. I was there about an hour. Very nice lady. Tons of cool stuff to buy.

Sure the racks are a little overwhelming at times, but can you beat the price? Not to mention, they keep you trendy and stylish. I have my home store that the employees are just like good good girl friends! Go on, shop Marshalls!

Love this store. Really good and reasonable prices. They have womans, mans, kids clothes and shoes, home decor and furniture. Recommend this place!!!

Great prices but terrible lines. Always have to wait 10 min to check out. They place security buttons on all of their merchandise and it slows down the checkout process.
