Very disappointed in that Camilla store that would not allow to be paid over phone transaction. Sent someone to buy Lumber to pay for over phone. They lost this sale and future transactions from me.

Very clean and organised. Employees were very helpful without being pushy. Doing their best to keep inventory full with all this product shortage going on. Still had most everything I was there for

Camilla, Ga. Is a nice, small town un SW, Georgia. We are fortunate to have a Lowes or Home Depot like business to support our wide range of construction and home improvement needs.Along with Stones, we have as wide a selection of home and business DYI products as much larger towns and cities.If they do not have it, they can get it. This is America, we have choices."

Very poor managment, Extremely high prices, lazy staff, no customer service , a couple of employees are helpful but overall feel like Im being robbed. No excuses. Short term business plan. No leadership from manager just dont care

Their Employees need training. They always seem nice . But not very knowledgeable they wont let you order and load. They tell you to load before you pay. I dont like that because their prices are never as marked. Most of the employees just dont know what they are selling.

The store is great, but the staff Not so friendly, no help, dont care attitude, I made eye contact and they look down like they are busy, dont bother me look, I seen Four employees on duty walking around, finally after 45 minutes of searching the whole store for the parts I needed with no luck, no one ever spoke a word to me and the store wasnt busy at all, I bought a few parts I found and drove to a competitors store to finish up with the parts I needed, Everyone there should be retrained how to meet, greet, sell and want to help all customers as quickly as possible, I have a simple project to do and they had no clue why I was there, If you are in a hurry and need true help to save time not happening here they just let you keep looking, employees have no experience no training just sale what you see, no southern hospitality, no energy. But they do have plenty of kNOw customer service. Not just this visit. Keeps repeating itself. Employees walk away ignoring customers in the store, WHAT could be more important than the customer in front of you? It starts at the TOP.

Good service

Service is horrible. False advertisement. They advertised a 2 person ground blind for $64.99, no specific brand or anything. We picked up the rhino 2 person ground blind and they told us that the price was for a smaller blind that is out of stock now and said we had to pay $109.99 for the 2 person ground blind that we had picked up.

I get so frustrated every time I walked into this place. Their service is so slow. Just to get some potting soil it took almost 40 mins in their store. Also, the prices seem to be high. If at all possible I would avoid coming back to this store. Customer service needs big improvement.

Did not have what I needed

Will not be back. I have spent over 2k over the passed year with you guys. I come in to buy an echo weedeater just now and was told per the manager that customers aren’t allowed to buy the display any longer. We’ll excuse me for your lack of product being on shelf for whatever shortage reasons you may have. There is no excuse. A perfectly fine weedeater hanging on display and you guys will not accept my money for it. Lowe’s here I come. Just pathetic.

I went to buy a plywood sheet, before paid and I requested that I need to be cut by measure 70x29", but after the payment process I went to pick it up, and the old gentleman said we dont cut plywood sheet. Why the employee did tell me that when I did the request to him! No problem I drove to Stones store 3 minutes away, they offer me cut by my measure I requested it and they delivered to my house for only $5.00.Thanks Marvins to promote the competitors business.

This could be a really good store. Employees are super unknowledgeable of really any products in this store. Some employees are super rude. Also some of the employees there do not even know how to read inches on a tape measure. There will be 5 or 6 employees just sitting inside the customer service area on their phone and won’t even hesitate to help customers. And when customers ask for help with anything the employees do not know what to do. And when trying to reach the store on the phone to see if they have a certain product in stock and all they say is I don’t know and hang up. This has been the same type of experience every time I and other customers try to do business with them.

The staff is always courteous and the store is always clean. I can usually find what I want or a close approximation to it. Usually, I come home with things. I didnt want but couldnt live without.

Marvins is a great place to go to get things you need.

There prices are too and everything it priced WRONG.. We have gone up there 3 times in the last week and every thing we bought had one price on the shelf and rung up totally different at the register. The ONLY reason we continue to go there is convience.

Marvins is a nice store it had everything i went for but the prices are another story. I went in and was looking for my stuff and never once was asked if i needed help and i counted 4 customers and about 9 or 10 employees so i bought my stuff and left happy bit a little disappointed. Thanks

Very good service. Had just what I needed.

Always is helpful and knowledgeable.

Ive been to this store at least two dozen times and do not recall ever having a good experience. The employees have very limited knowledge nor do they seem to care.
