I have always been very pleased with the personal service of all areas of Allstate that we have needed and used. This includes getting my Homeowners policy switched over from another company and insuring our five autos. With two auto claims, when our kids were involved in crashes, everything was done with care and compassion and in a prompt and courteous fashion. Thank you for the many years of great service we have been provided by Urbano and Associates and the various claims personnel we have dealt with over the years. Should I add that the policy prices are outstanding as far as being market competitive.
