Attended an online stream and felt wonderful. Kindly take your time and visit this place , physically or virtually. And make sure to get blessings from the Priests and Nuns.
For the reviewers who gave MPQ a poor rating please come back and visit. I have been attending for over 20 yrs and the church has gone thru so much change and for Gods Glory! Experience the Mass listen to Father Chad or one of the Deacons, it’s what the Lord asks “ Do this in memory of me” . Say a prayer before you enter you will feel The Fathers presence. In Christ
Great church, been going here since I was a baby and go every Sunday, everyone is nice, no problems at here
Second post. Very nice people. Met Deacon Mcquire, what a remarkable person with such a marvelous heart. Also enjoyed the sight of the outside structure of the building, kinda reminds one of a airplonic space craft engaged for take off. 😄
Fr. Chad is a solid Catholic priest.
Peacefully praying God bless us !
Lovely Marian Cenacle on Monday night. Thank you for hosting this beautiful event. 🤗 And to the wonderful priest who led us in Prayer. You are an amazing priest and homilist, Our Lady must be so pleased you are sharing Her messages with the faithful.
Live stream good for accommodations, covid protocols at the actual church not the greatest
Beautiful church, lovely service, beautiful music, and great priest. Absolutely love this church! Offer virtual service streaming via their YouTube channel to accommodate for COVID, but definitely look forward to going in person again soon!!
Beautiful place of worship

This catholic community welcomed us to our new church.
Nice people and facilities.
We visited the area recently from the United Kingdom, and had the pleasure of attending Mass over two consecutive weekends. The Church is beautiful, the Sermon / Homily (by the resident Deacon, and the following week, the Priestinspiring and the singing from the lead vocalist (at 07:30 Massbreathtaking. Overall though, its the warmth and friendliness of the wider congregation that we have most fond memories of.
Great community. Come and see.
I go there for Adoration. I love the spirituality of the place.
Best church on the Plateau by a huge margin!
I cant believe these negative reviews. We are seniors - in our 80s - I was overwhelmed to go to such a large congregation. However, we first were welcomed with a packet of nice information and then were invited to a newcomers lunch where we met the pastor and other persons involved in pastoral work there. We met other newcomers. We were taken on a tour of the this large church. There were other races and different ages present. There are multiple organizations that you can choose from to be a part of the church community. We met some other seniors at this initial luncheon and since met others (we just moved into the parish in December 2019). We didnt see anything about wanting money anymore than any other parish. We enjoy going to the 9 a.m. mass because after there is a little class on Catholicism at 10:20 a.m. where we catch up on church teaching and updates on what is going on with the church today. This is an affluent area but I dont get any bad vibes about that. People are friendly and we are slowly getting to know a few. They have monthly food drives and right now there are Easter baskets for children who might not get an Easter basket. I think this church makes every effort to have something to offer to everybody - young and old. They have senior events - I dont know about outreach to older people in need but something we will explore - we have not had any needs at this point in our life but there is a senior ministry which we have not yet, as mentioned, checked out. Are these grumblers really for real? We dont know. We just are speaking from our own experience as we are newbies there and are enjoying the variety of groups to choose from. I counted 47 different ministries, including a Hispanic ministry. It is almost a total little microcosm of a Catholic town. As with any new community, you do have to make an effort on your own to be a part of it.
This community is focused on younger people. You might as well move if you are older and live alone. I am a Catholic, and I practiced my religion my entire life, helping others when I could. I donated a lot of money to various Catholic churches over the years. Now I am older. There is no room in Sammamish for old people, unless you have a lot of money. People that are old here either live in a nursing home and have a lot of money or use the rest of their life savings to stay in one of the assisted care facilities. This is a rich community who is focused on themselves. I have asked in the past for help several times, with no one to help at home, or to do simple favors. I made one dear friend at the church, who had her own difficulties. That is all. It would have been greatly appreciated. for someone to come and visit a member of their church after my multiple operations, but NO. If you ask someone to get a ride from the hospital in a difficult situation, they will say they cannot and will not try to find someone. Then they would also say, there is no one to help. "Their resources are limited". Really? They send young people to foreign countries, or Bellingham or other places, and help others but not their own. It makes them feel good somehow. They would rather send the young people to a foreign country than help one of their very own. They cannot see the need in front of them. There are people in Seattle that need help too. Yet, the Mormons (whos religion I do not believe), offered to help. They offered soup, check on a person, give them dignity, and even get groceries, or little errands. It was difficult to beg for help from several people in the church before I go help in order to get ride to the airport when my mother was dying, and I did not have the funds to pay for anything extra. One very kind member of the church several years ago relayed what happened to her when she moved to Sammamish. She had young children, and could not get any help from the church at all either. I dont see the church being prejudice in race, but those groups dont always intermingle in the church either. The people in the church are real good at having festive occasions for every holiday, decorating, and spending thousands of dollars on a crucifix and decoration. They help the "homeless" but will not even help members of their own church. What is that? A write off?Why did I ever help others? Dont ask for help because you will never get the kindness and caring back. Still I pray, because I believe in Jesus, but there are only a few people in this community who live their religion, and practice it.
Great staff
🚫🚫RACIST DO NOT COME HERE🚫🚫All I have to say is I have been a catholic my whole life. I was shocked by the lack of empathy they have for people. All they want is your money and to JUDGE someone else. I also found it extremely odd that there was not one BROWN person in the whole church. Very odd. RACIST would be the best way to describe this FAKE church .
Today I had the opportunity to interact with an individual representing and paid by Mary Queen of Peace, my experience was less than satisfactory. This is for you George ( whom I met with briefly with at around noon outside in the parking lot due to your poor attitude, remedial communication skills and inability to have a constructive dialogue that would have been mutually beneficial.Im writing this in hope that no one else has to be on the receiving end of your ineptitude* Ive taken the time to remove the expletives I initially wrote and at request Id be more than happy to provide a more detailed account of my interaction*

Love the community.
After having read the few negative reviews, I have to say those reviewers are not legit - most/all are likely not even Catholic. This faith community does everything imaginable to make everyone feel welcome.
This is a long mass. 1.5 hours. The homily is long 20-30min. The church doesn’t have any flowers at all. Grey cement walls.
Very nice church and friendly people. Baby room is perfect.
Nice people, nice community
Great community, great music!
Wonderful
Very blessed that we have a Catholic church in Sammamish.
Treat you like trash and dont respect you at all
I would never advise anyone to attend this church. Unless you want to be judged, belittled and embarrassed. Very disrespectful uncaring unkind and accusing. Jesus Christ sees everything and this church is the farthest thing away from him. I rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus Christ.
While growing up, I remember attending this church once in awhile whenever I stayed with my grandparents. Now that they downsized and moved away. I can say that from the experiences they had, that church is beautiful and full of such kind and amazing people. They reach out to others in the church, and send their prayers when you need them most. This is by far the most caring and beautiful place to worship our savior. Thank you for being there for your fellow church members and for my family! ❤️
Warm and welcoming , Willing to reach out and help in many different ways. Definitely an excellent example of following the Gospels.
Beautiful Church and community
