Pam was really pleasant to deal with. My reason for 3 stars is because when we started moving things out, we discovered mouse droppings in nearly every box. We had no food in the unit, and when I told Pam she said apparently someone in another unit must have food. She said that is the only reason we would have mice, but I disagree you can have mice even in the cleanest home. The worst part is now every single towel, rag and dish will now have to be washed and disinfected.

When moving from Oklahoma trying to find a storage unit in Canon city. I Contacted Pam the manager and she assisted me with the problems and promises of people leaving so that I could acquire the storage units. When I tried to find storage units in Canon city Pam was the only one that followed through to see if I still needed storage in the following months. Without her due diligence I would still be looking for a storage unit. When the time came to vacate the property she was very professional at explaining the requirements to terminate the contract. It was a very clean facility and when I terminated the contract it was also clean as when I received it.

The best place to store your items. Pam is awesome.

Pam, the manager, is truly a sweetheart. She is always very helpful. The units are very well protected and easy to access. I had my stuff there for 5 years without any issues. Only complaint is how quickly the dirt and dust infiltrates the units. Be prepared to cover all of your items in plastic or clean them regularly.

I’ve been looking for a storage unit for a week and they called me today on their day off and helped me out and rented me a storage unit. They helped me out tremendously if they hadn’t my stuff would be getting ruined. I highly recommend them. Very good customer service and they care about their customers

To quick to run credit card without permission. At times pulling twice. Been out of the units for 2 months and still have not received neither the deposit or the 104.00 i was charged twice for wirhout card authorization

Marys Magazine worked so hard to find a unit for us to rent. Pam was extremely responsive and always promptly returned my phone calls and emails. This was a great place to store and I knew we were in good, caring hands if a need ever arose. Highly recommend.

When my wife and I were moving to the area last spring, Pam went out of her way to help us. She even came to the unit outside of business hours so that we can get our key before the movers arrived. Thanks!

Marys Magazine does not refund money even if you move out 4 days after making full payment. Sounds more like Russia. Do not use these crooks.

I used Marys Magazine for 2 years and never had a problem. Very polite customer service and a very secure location.

This is the ultimate worst, most inconvenient storage, filthiest unit in this region. First experience, my auto payments were interrupted but I hadn’t caught it, went to the unit and found I was locked out of my unit AND my unit was up for auction in two days but I had not received a letter, email, phone call, or text from the company. Called the manager, Pam, and she was in no hurry to help.. rude and told me she had every right to sell my stuff without notice which is contrary to Colorado law. Today the security gate was closed when we came by to get camping equipment. We got an early start in the day to beat the heat. The sign said call this number if you need after hours access. We called the number, talked with Pam. She was conveniently out of town, no way to open the gate, and we were told we’d need to wait till the gate opened automatically at 8 am; it was 6am. We could’ve and would’ve planned differently had we known. We are notified of our bill every month so I know she has our contact info. Do not rent here!!!

Marys Magazine it the best storage facility in Cañon City. The manager Pam is extremely polite, helpful, and understanding. Also the price is extremely generous. I fully recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to go with Marys Magazine.

We had a few mix ups with my purchase but the management was incredibly understandable and helpful. Absolutely amazing people. Would definitely do business with them again.

Ive been with Marys Magazine for almost 3 years now. Pam is an honest, hard-working individual who takes running the facility seriously but is just as quick with a smile, joke, or a friendly conversation. Invoicing is done well, in advance giving you plenty of notice of your upcoming bill and if there is ever a problem Pam works with you to resolve the issue quickly; whether it be with billing or something to do with the unit. Pam is also very responsive to phone calls, texts & emails. She also has equipment there you are allowed to use while moving and she offers this service free of charge making your move less of a hassle. Great all-around experience

In a desperate need to obtain storage in Oct. of 2017, Pam went above and beyond to get me the units i needed in a timely manner. I ended up with 2 10 x 20, and 1 10 x 40 unit to store the contents of my families entire house. We were able to clear the first 2 units within a few months after finding a house in town. The hours of accessibility are great and any time i needed to call the office Pam was a delight to talk to. I would absolutely recommend Marys Magazine storage for all your storage needs whether short or long term.

This was my VERY BEST rental experience! The manager is available, very helpful. They have reasonable rates and very safe storage with inset lock system!!!

Marys magazine is a storage facility they have inset locks that are unable to be broken into and security cameras. I have always gotten friendly personal service from the manager, I will continue to use Marys magazine for my temporary storage needs.
