Had a GM Recall warranty part and the dealership made arrangements to pick-up my vehicle at work which was hassle free for me and estimated 2-3 hours and brought my vehicle back to me at my work place--again very painless and hassle free for me. Great Job!

I stopped in and got pitched the regular sales pitch and that they can finance everyone. I gave it a try and they told me I was approved with roughly $6k down. I decided to think about it and check other places, because once you run your credit, you have around 14 days to shop with other lenders, ect.In the end, less than a week later I said I would do the down payment. They said all they would need is my paystubs to verify my income. I sent them, which showed that I actually made $10k/yr MORE than I originally thought it was. Then I heard nothing.Their communication was terrible. I would have to message the sales guy every other day just to hear anything. Apparently, it was not approved as they said in the way they said. Each time I texted and or called I got the same answer that they havent gotten it approved, even after they said it was, and then would say and to this day keep saying, give us more time and that they are talking to banks on the phone, ect.I do feel like I fell for the sales pitch, was lied to and lead on. Then when things apparently appeared like they were not going to workout and that they may not be able to make the sale, they just stopped communicating period, other than to say give more time. Well it is going on week 3 now, havent heard anything in over a week. I am guessing that I not going to either. Other than what I already figured out and confronted them on, which is that I wasnt approved as they said and or that they did something that changed things if it ever was approved.It hasnt been a good experience with them and after going through the reviews, that I am leary of being real, that I would have had a more honest and better experience.

Larry always gives me the information I am looking for concerning the repairs on my car. He gives me an estimate cost prior to work being done, so there are no surprises. The work is done fast and professionally and they even give you a loaner car if needed.

They gave me a decent price on tires. They were ordered and called when they came in. I was greeted when I arrived and they were on in a timely manner. A car wash would have been nice but perhaps this isnt done there. Thanks guys!

Service rep went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed. He found the right part rather then making us wait a day for part to be shipped, so we could make a planned trip. Very satisfied.

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews but this is well deserved. The level of service provided when buying a new car was amazing. I called about a very specific Yukon XL that I have searched everywhere within a 500 mile radius for and they were the only ones not selling over the MSRP. I spoke to Zach and he quickly appraised my vehicle sight unseen, got me financed and offered delivery (400 milesto my home the very next day at no cost! All the other dealerships were charging at least $3K over the MSRP and wanted a $1000 down before they wanted to really talk to me in order to hold the vehicle. Its 400 miles away and I will be purchasing all my vehicles from here moving forward.

Update: Matt the service manager takes great pride in his work, and was able to fix our 4x4. He went above and beyond to figure out the cause. I highly recommend Matt and his team for all service needs. It makes a total difference when there is open communication and transparency. We are very pleased with the outcome of our truck.We bought a truck and we have had it less then a year and have already put in at least hf of what we paid for it and still the driver side window doesnt roll down, the 4x4 switch has been replaced 3+ times yet it still it is stuck and wont switch from 2x4 to 4x4. The hitch wiring has had to be replaced. Definitely will not trust this dealership for any future purchases.

Everything went good as always. My oil change went good and any questions asked were answered. All employees are very nice and helpful. I enjoying coming in and talking to the employees while i am getting service done. Thanks very much Bonnie Brevig.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had an appointment for 545 pm to test drive a car I was very interested in. The dealer and I had been conversing back and forth via text msgs all day. 15 mins before my appt he text and said he had the car ready to go for me to test drive . However when I arrived there was another couple there test driving that car. I was told I would have to wait. I waited several mins. And then he told me they were going to buy the car. So I left. A few mins later he texted me and said the other couple couldnt afford the car and asked me to come back to test drive it. So I came right back and test drove it and told him I wanted it and that I was ready to pay all cash.He said oh no Im sorry but the other couple JUST purchased it. Wow such a waste of time and very disappointing.

We were quoted $2000-2200 for a timing chain replacement, which was only about $200 higher than other local shops so we decided to go for it so we’d have the work guaranteed by GMC. When we came in at our scheduled time, they had us scheduled under someone else’s name. Told us the job would take 2 full days. They kept delaying and delaying and it ended up taking over 2 weeks. Final bill was $2700, which was a bit of a shock as they never told us while repairing it that the cost would be higher.During this time we always had a hard time calling and actually reaching anyone in the service department. Overall very disappointed in their customer service and communication. We were grateful for the loaner vehicle since the work took so long. The work seems like it was done well but for the difference in final price (surprisewe should have gone to a smaller shop to have this work done.

Very good experience with the service advisor, Larry Ubben, who along with a tech found and advised me of a tire gone bad. This was found during a tire rotation service request. Have had several good experiences with this facility and feel completely comfortable with them doing my repair or service needs.

Elvin was very polite and he had amazing customer service. We bought our GMC Denali xl from him! All the staff was super polite and helpful. We will be buying our next vehicle this summer from them as well

The dealership has a "no pressure" feel to it. I wasnt pushed into buying something I didnt need at this time. I like that at a place I have my truck serviced. The shop was very clean, and busy at the time I was there. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service writer was polite and friendly, and was very promoted when my truck was read. He explained to me what they did and if my truck needed any repairs. Thank you.

Worst experience every when looking to purchase a vehicle. Lied to repeatedly, told one thing one minute then told something totally different the next. Gave specific instructions before letting our vehicle being taking on a 175 mile trip back to the store that we would accept no less than $13,500 for our vehicle or not to even bother coming to get our truck!! Then after all the run around, receive a low ball offer that was a total joke!! They were told we were on a time line as we had a trip coming up, but they drug their feet getting the appraisal done, the trips to and fro took way longer than should have. Operation is very sloppily run. Driver that comes to get our truck and bring the one out we were looking at doesnt have any type of plates on the vehicle, no paperwork, nothing to make it road legal, then wants to take the plates off our truck and put them on the vehicle we were looking at! Then tells us to just drive it with no plates or paperwork!! Completely illegal and unprofessional. Then the driver sent to bring our truck back is an elderly retired man who is handed a slip of paper, told to drive to a town then call us for directions. The route he was sent put an extra 50 miles on the truck!!! Refused to do anything for all the extra miles that the put on our truck! On top of the vehicle they brought out that was supposed to be so great comes out with the service suspension system warning light on! Couldnt pay us to ever go back to this dealership. Total Joke!!!! Very poorly run operation. Save yourself the time and effort and miles on your vehicle and go ANYWHERE else!

My service experience was great today. They were busy, but they got me right in, and sent me on my way efficiently. Brent scheduled the service for me, the guys at the service desk were quick getting my info, and the techs got my pickup in and out quick as well. All together it was smooth and painless, and everybody was pleasant to deal with.

Salseman was nice, however they want top dollar for a car that was dirty out of fuel and needing service while giving us wholesale for ours. I told them my top dollar and after that I wasted hours of my time when they showed me an offer that was about $5000 more than I was willing to pay. They will not negotiate and they offer little to nothing for trade. My offer was very fair and within market price in my opinion.

Justin Cleveland was extremely helpful in giving me the best deal possible for my trade-in, and also helping me get everything I was looking for in a new truck. Rick and Larry in the parts & service departments were also very helpful hooking me up with the GMC accessories to make it my truck! Thanks again!!!

Justin Cleveland is one of the nicest salesmen I ever did meet. He provided me with the most relaxed buying experience for a car ever! I told him I was a mechanic and he informed me very detailed background about the car I was buying, along with what usually goes wrong to that generation of car I was buying, which was very thoughtful. Justin definitely showed that he has knowledge of cars, and not just how to make a good sale (also very good at). He is fun to chat with along with all of the other staff over at this dealership. Friendly atomosphere and I find myself going back to chat with him when Im around! the area!
