My wife and I are brand new to Valdosta and we are getting settled. Mr Clyde was on other level with his customer service, really helpful with everything. His Wife as well was really helpful and sweet with me and my Wife. They even help us with the delivery!! I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a mattress in Valdosta.

You couldn’t find a better place to buy a mattress from. Top notch service! Mr.Clyde and his wife took time to make sure you got the right mattress that you needed. He wasn’t just trying to make just a sale but wanted you to feel comfortable with what you were purchasing and made the experience so pleasant. He was very patient and didn’t rush things. He went out of his way to tell me to even wait a little longer, that he had some other mattresses coming in that he felt like I would like even better that two that I was trying to decide on. And he was right! One of the other mattresses that came in was exactly what I was looking for. By the time I left, it felt like you had just visited family instead of buying a mattress. I went in today with my sister in law to buy a mattress for my mother in law and the experience was amazing! It was easy to get in touch with them to set up an appointment to come in! They were both super friendly and made sure to let us know about all of their payment options as well as allowed us to sit on and feel the mattresses they had in the size we needed! It was a very good experience! I will be going back for future mattress needs

My husband and I were in much need of a new mattress as the one we had was years old. The owners were very friendly and not pushy with his products. I did spend more than I originally wanted to but when I saw the adjustable base that lifted I had to get one to go with our new mattress and what we spent was still way less than what we would have at say at a furniture store for the bed alone. Our bed was delivered promptly and base installed. The owner went above and beyond to get us the king adjustable base as he didn’t have one in stock but a quick call and he had one on hold for us.

They were so helpful and nice to me and my children . they were on time to our appointment and waisted no time getting me approved so i could finace my matress . I was approved 1700$ with at 560 credit score and was given a 90 day same as cash offer . even though i got apporved for 1700$ i was not hassled into purchasing an exprensive matress . this is my new favorite matress store .

After a very stressful move to the area these two amazing people helped me get a new mattress. It’s absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I had a seamless experience at MBA of Valdosta. The owners was patient courteous and they also got me a great deal on a king size mattress and base. I just had moved in to a new home the same day of my appointment is the same day they delivered my products. If I could post zero stars that is what I would post. I went into the store and felt pressured, after agreeing to the highest priced mattress on the floor, I got it home placed a mattress protector on it and laid it on the bed frame. The bed is so uncomfortable, I have back issues and cannot sleep on it. I called the store and spoke to Clyde who said he wasnt sure what would be the outcome of solving the issue. The mattress is completely uncomfortable, supposed to have a cooling top however I sweat more trying to sleep on that mattress than I ever have. Despite having a mattress protector on it I got absolutely no help from these crooks. Shop at your own risk. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!
