Top notch customer service, specifically have to give a credit to Rick Lamutt.There was a system glitch with shipping my order. Everything was initially setup correctly but upon rescheduling the delivery, the system got confused between my old address (used for credit card billing purposesand my new address that I just moved to. It was another store’s problem but he stepped in and helped solve the issue while the other store was inundated. He covered the cost of the delivery reschedule, got it done quickly, and followed up to make sure everything went alright. Nice guy, obviously cares about doing good work. I’ll be back when we finish the basement bedroom and need another mattress.

We have bought 4 mattresses over last 2 years. Could not be happier with quality, selection and service. We tried mattresses fromSams previously that although highly rated were garbage and we threw them away after a few days. Give them a chance talk then about what you need they will find something that works.

Rick was very friendly and helpful. He was able to give me a better deal than the one I saw online for serta mattress.

Rick was very cooperative, pulled out a mattress for me to try and I liked it right away. He then showed me a couple options for a base and suggested one that would work best for my situation. Then to top it if I saved half on each mattress so it was like getting a 2 for 1!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and didnt pressure us into buying any particular mattress. He didnt hover and intuitively knew when to give us time to talk.

I was at the Nebraska State Fair and stopped to inquire about the adjustable bed frame. The sales person was very friendly and was the North District manager from Florida. I explained to HER several times that at this time I would NOT be punching the bed. I had just lost my husband and did not have any idea what my new income would be a month. We talked about mattress also. The sales person offered to give me several discounts as was first day of Fair and also Labor Day holiday specials. The sales person said only way be give a dollar amount for the frame,mattress,sheets and was to write it all up as a order and to see if I qualify for the interest free special. I gave HER ALL my information and SHE wrote up as a order. One week later I received a large box with sheets and pillows. I DID NOT AGREE TO BUY anything . Checking further I found out the sales lady sent my order in ,I did NOT agree to purchase at this time. I am now canceling a order that I did NOT place. This a lesson to everyone to be caution about talking to sales people at out -of -stores sales, John at the Denver store was helpful to me with this problem.I would like to say that Highlands Ranch ,Co store was most helpful to me in handling this problem. John explained to me how a out-of-store sales person has different sales approach to handling customers. I would recommend anyone to buy from theHighlands Ranch, Co Mattress Firm Store and talk to John

We’ve been needing a new mattress for some time, decided to just stop in at the Highlands Ranch store just to look. We were warmly greeted by John. He went above and beyond helping us pick out what suited both my husband and I. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the brands and never tried to sell us anything. Just gave us facts and honest opinions. Answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid that I didn’t know much about mattresses. The store closed at 6 and he assured us it was no big deal and helped us pick out the perfect set up. He kept thanking us for OUR patients even though we kept him 40 min past his time to close the store. We never felt pressured or he like he was in a hurry to get out of the store. Never thought I’d say this but it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you John!

The only place to buy a mattress or two.We spent a good part of the weekend shopping for mattresses. Looking to buy and an expensive one for a room that’s barely used. Most stores greeted us, then pointed us to the cheapest one and effectively walked away. Every story went into certainly answered all of our questions but we had to chase them. The store was the only one that stayed with us the entire time listened to the need and presented their least expensive mattresses. Not really trying to upsell us or anything. Rather flipping over pulling out mattresses and letting us lie down on them over and over again without a complaint. Michael was attentive, understanding, with virtually no pressure. We ended up buying two upgraded mattresses and Have no regrets. Not to mention had to be one of the best sales experiences from the time we walked in the door to the time the delivery guys took away the old mattresses. Looking for a mattress go see Michael five stars you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys for doing such an amazing job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mike and CJ made, what was proving to be a difficult decision a lot easier. We told them what we were looking for in a mattress and they we able to recommend the perfect mattress and explain why it would be a great fit. CJ even told us about their price matching policy and went one step further and matched the sale price of a competitor without us having to ask for it. We walked out of the store paying $200 less than the marked price including tax, delivery and haul away of our last mattress. We couldnt be happier with our experience. Thanks guys.

Great service and were very knowledgeable. They were able to figure out what my older mattress would be comparable to and gave us a great deal. I would definitely refer friends and family to go see them. And plan on returning myself when our other mattresses need to be replaced.

Went in to buy a twin mattress for my grandson. He was able to try out a couple of foam mattress options. The one he liked was 50 percent off and would be delivered right to the house. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with the service we received.

Had a great experience. I expected salespeople to be aggressive, especially in this environment. But instead, the salespeople were very nice, charming and extremely helpful. We ended up talking about quite a few (non bed relatedthings that were funny and insightful. Apart from that, the bed was at the price point I wanted and the process was quick and easy. It was so nice to work with Josh who was so knowledgeable. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted he smoothly moved us from bed to bed making sure the time we spent there was comfortable and we chose correctly. Josh was fantastic! taking hours to explain to me and my husband all the key points of what to look for in a mattress. We had pretty much decided we needed the extra firm beauty-rest Pressure Smart but Josh wanted to make sure we took into consideration all of our aches and pains. We did buy the Beauty Rest Pressure Smart. This branch is the only one that had this mattress in stock for us to try out. We are very excited to get it and begin getting a really good nights sleep.

Michael was informative helping my husband and I with our bed and adjustable frame purchase. We went to another mattress company and they didnt help us differentiate and find the right bed for us. Great experience at Mattress Firm. Was looking for a mattress for my kiddo. Staff was both knowledgeable and honest about the products. No high pressure sales, but I still ended up buying a mattress because the prices and selection were better than I had expected and the customer service was great. Will definitely be going in again when I’m ready to buy a mattress for myself.

I dreaded the mattress shopping experience so I came in to this not wanting to buy anything. This was our first stop and James right away was helpful and not pushy. He gave us great information, and distance for my wife and I to discuss, but was there when we needed explanation for the 24th time on which bed was memory foam or coils. We ended up buying a bed that day so Ill update once we experience it and the delivery/potential exchange policy. Overall great experience.
