What a fantastic selection they have in mattresses. The gentleman that helped me was Gary and was extremely knowledgeable about what he had on the floor. He was a pleasure to work with.It was so nice to find mattresses that werent rolled up in a box.These are REAL mattresses.

My wife and I were tired of our personal comfort bed. It was like sleeping on an air mattress. So we decided to check out some other mattresses. We checked out a few different mattresses. We finally both decided that the purple mattresses were the most comfortable for us. The lady was so helpful and gave us a great deal on the mattresses. If you need a new mattress give them a try. Shell probably have a great deal for you too.

Called the store looking for a low profile box spring since adding a temperpedic topper the bed was way too high in the frame . They had just sold a floor model mattress and happened to have the exact box spring under it. We had an amazing experience here. I called ahead to make sure our service dog in training would be OK to bring with us, and was happy to hear she was welcome. Walked in knowing we wanted a new set up for my disabled mom who has used a watered for almost 40 years and is finally agreeing to get a more traditional mattress. Once we explained our situation the sales rep, Gary, took us through three options that would work best in our budget. We never felt pressured or rushed at all, even when another customer came in. In fact we were told that if my mom got too tired trying out beds that would be OK and to just come back later. Her even pointed out a potential tripping hazzard between the beds for my mom. Was very through and helpful. Had no problem with me insisting wed like to pick up same day from the warehouse and even called them for us to check us in. Went to the Turlock location looking for a specific mattress that I found online and Patrick made it happen. He was awesome. He wasn’t overbearing trying to make a sale and made sure we left with what we wanted.

I was looking for an economical twinn mattress, and the salesman showed me a few options within my budget. I chose one, it was in stock, so I purchased it. The salesman helped me load it in my SUV, and I was on my way. Total time was less an 1/2 hour. Easy peasy.

Im an old customer of this company. for many years I have only bought from them do to quality and customer service. I highly recommended mattress firm. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I needed a pillow asap and the pillow I wanted was out of stock until February so i had to get another one that I didnt want. Inventory is low do to covid that is what I was told.

I had done some research on mattresses before I went to several stores. It can get very confusing real fast. Patrick at the Turlock store was very knowledgeable about all the different ones. Even then it was still confusing. I knew what type I was looking for. He was helpful steering me to the right one. I asked for his best offer and if there was a discount for my husband’s military service. It was nice to work with him and did not feel like I was pressured.

Great process from start to finish. Staff was friendly and listened to my preferences and found me a great fit for me and the wife. Delivery was setup for next day, on time and the delivery group setup my frame and mattress quickly.

Patrick was absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and work with us on what would be best for us. Overall we had a great experience. I also liked that they had some stuff for little kids to play with in the store as well.

The staff is very helpful and informative. Simple to understand and follow all the various deals and promotions without feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. Generally I felt like they wanted to sell me the mattress they genuinely thought was best for my needs and budget.

The manager (Patrick was very knowledgable about all the differences between the matress. Very nice and helpful. During this Covid time he and his staff took very good care of us with all the protocols in place. We will definitely purchase our next matress from them!

The dudes who work there were genuinely friendly and helpful and had good senses of humor, which was helpful because shopping and talking to people can be stressful for me. The mattress I bought is comfortable and has been great for me so far. I ordered the mattress to be delivered to my house and it arrived on the day they said it would (which I appreciate greatly, cause its not always the case with some places). An entirely positive experience!

Walked in to Turlock’s Mattress firm only to see Mesfin Abate (Stores managerin there alone while there were more customers than him. However he was very kind and able to assist me in the look of a King sized mattress. Even was able to find me one on clearance/sale, making it easier for me financially. All while also getting it delivered straight to my house out in Newman, hands down a great experience and Mesfin will do whatever he can to help you.

Ned was the gentleman who helped my fiancé and I pick out our perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect bed. My fiancé likes firm and I like soft and we settled on a medium-firm cool mattress. He helped us out a lot and we are very happy with the service we had!

Mes was a great help. My hubby and I went to look at mattresses, they had some at great prices. He took us through soft, firm then middle of the road mattresses which was great because we were first time mattress buyers and really had no idea what we wanted.I’m thankful he took the time to walk us through and point out each mattress and what it was good for. Awesome place. Mes and Ricky are really nice people. Easy to talk to and know their stuff. Good products. My mom loves her new mattress and I just ordered one for myself. She has arthritis so a good mattress is super important to get through the day. You can donate to help foster kids there too if you want or donate toys for them.
