I am a repeat buyer from Mattress firm. The first time we bought a super nice king size mattress which we have been using for 2 years. This time I bought a much lower end queen size mattress. The first time I was looking for quality and this time I was looking for value. Both times I was satisfied by the sales staff.

I’ve had mostly negative experiences when shopping for a mattress, overly aggressive salespeople, up selling etc. Totally different experience yesterday, our salesman Andrew was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable while giving us space to look around without feeling pressured. I had planned to shop around to other stores for best deal but didnt bother. Left the store with exactly what I wanted for my guest room, good price and quick delivery.

Wow- Ron was so helpful with my family’s mattress purchase for our new home! We loved the options at the store, the price point that fit our budget, the frequency of delivery, and how everything we wanted was in stock (even in the pandemic). We left the store today also being happy about their exchange policy. There is a lot of stress when buying a new home but our mattress purchase was not one of them.

I like the 120 night sleep guarantee, which provides peace of mind for the purchase. I’ve been burned by mattresses that feel great in the store, but don’t translate into good sleeping surfaces. I also feel like I got a market correct price.

We ordered a bed months ago from a different vendor and the delivery date was pushed back twice. We walked into Mattress Firm where we were greeted by Michelle. She was professional, knowledgeable and within 30 minutes we bought a bed with a promise of delivery in 48 hours. It was an easy and enjoyable experience.

We worked with Michelle who greeted us and talked to us about the different brands and types of mattresses. She and the other rep were very knowledgeable. The pricing was visible and they worked with us on the purchase.

I called at 5:30 pm on a Sunday needing a mattress right away. A spring had broken in a mattress in a rental property. Jim was super helpful. He told me they close at 7 PM on Sundays but offered to stay late if necessary while I tried to work out transportation for the mattress. I ended up getting there by 6:45. He had the mattress we discussed over the phone ready by their second door for quick loading into the truck. I was in and out by 7, and couldnt have been more grateful. Thanks again Jim!

5 Star Adjustable Bed Buying Experience in Ocean View:I had a wonderful buying experience at the Mattress Firm store in Ocean View, Delaware. I bought a Serta Motion iSeries Adjustable Base and a new Serta mattress. Michelle Stephan, the store manager at my neighborhood store was wonderful and the delivery was so fast, too! I bought the bed on a Monday and it was delivered that Thursday! Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask, and I felt it was a safe and friendly environment.The delivery experience also couldnt have been better. I got a call the night before confirming my delivery window and a follow up text that day! The delivery guys arrived on time, were friendly and polite, wore masks, and were very accommodating. I have to recommend that if you get an Adjustable bed, make sure to get it set up on the lowest height setting as its kind of hard to hop out of the bed in the middle of the night with it in full on "taco" mode if its too high up. I also wish I had had the option to buy a second (backupremote control for the adjustable bed at the store, but Michelle my Sales Rep was so awesome, she emailed me the buying info from the factory!I am so loving my Serta adjustable bed, its so great for reading and watching TV in bed. After a long day it also feels so relaxing to sleep with my feet raised above my core and it even helps with my a-hem... nonexistent snoring. (You cant prove anything! LOLBut seriously, I had a FIVE STAR experience from start to finish. Great service, great price, great delivery, and great follow up! Did I mention great?

Ordered a box spring. Called and spoke to Michelle, who was very helpful, walked me through our options, and took all the delivery details over the phone. Payment was done online, which felt more secure than giving my CC# over the phone. Very easy process to order and I hope delivery is just as simple.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and she helped me select the correct bed. She explained the differences between why one mattress would be better f/ me over another.
