I went in here looking for a pillow Where Kyle helped me out. He introduced me to purple pillow For which I will be forever grateful. This pillow is so nice that my wife had to have one. When we went back Kyle helped us out again. Does this guy not get days off? They ended up having a sale on purple mattresses so we bought one of those as well bcus purple is just that good. I def recommend going and talking with Kyle. He’s knowledgeable about his products, friendly and in never felt pressured into anything. 5 stars. Give this man a raise!!!!

We walked into the store not knowing what we wanted in a mattress. Kyle helped us out immediately. He had a great system for helping us choose the best mattress. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We came in with an idea of what we wanted to buy, but Kyle still asked us what we were looking for in a mattress after we told him. He gave us several options in mattresses and pillows. He was VERY knowledgeable about brands and different types (hybrids and firmness). He gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision. He was also very accommodating considering we had both of our girls with us. Kyle was outstanding and we are so happy we chose to purchase our mattress here! We also bought our daughters mattress here in February 2021. Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend buying a mattress here if you don’t plan on buying same day. Financing was a huge mistake. It has been close to 6 months or so and have contacted multiple times about a issue with the financing. I was double charged on a mattress and it has been nothing but a headache trying to get the issue resolved. I will most certainly not be recommending anyone shop here if they would actually like customer service of any sort after the purchase. (Edit:I emailed the email that was given asking for something to be done about the situation and have still yet to get an email. This store is terrible, will still not be recommending to anyone.

A year ago we came in looking for a replacement for a mattress that we purchased from here many years ago (8-9 years ago I believe). At this time last year, we had just suffered from a kitchen fire that rendered a lot of items unsalvageable, including our mattress. Kyle was extremely helpful and was able to pull up the receipt from our first purchase so we could submit it to our home insurance. This allowed us to recoup our exact costs for the mattress/box spring. Kyle was also very helpful in finding us a great replacement mattress that Im still loving a year later. The delivery crew came in, delivered, and set up the mattress quickly once they were on site (had to schedule it out a few days later). A year ago my family and I were in a crummy situation, but Kyles help in this area was a bright spot in a dark situation. A big thank you to Kyle and Mattress Warehouse!

It was time for us to search for a new mattress and we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted initially. However, our first stop was the Carlisle Mattress Warehouse, we only planned on looking around to get an idea of what we wanted. Mike greeted us, listened to our preferences and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. After looking at the mattresses he recommended, we easily decided the on the Nectar Lush Mattress, which has been incredibly comfortable! Mike was so friendly, helpful, and he made the entire process of choosing the right mattress easy from start to finish.

Kyle really helped me buy my own mattress for the very first time! I was in desperate need of a new mattress as my back was killing me. I was super honest with him and my budget and he was able to help me find something only slightly above my price range. He helped me narrow it down to two different ones and the next day I came in with my decision. Unfortunately, I forget the name of the man who helped me today since Kyle was off, but he was also super helpful!

I needed a full size box spring and Kyle took care of the process like a pro! I needed it as soon as possible and the delivery times were backed up for a few days. He gave me some advice, I got my box spring home within an hour! Thanks for the great customer service Kyle!

I called Mattress Warehouse in Carlisle, PA to make sure they were opened and talked to Kyle and said I would stop in. I was pulling up firm mattress on the internet so I kind of knew what I wanted plus what price range I was looking at. I felt like one of the little bears it was between Sealy Posturepedic Balboa Island Plush Mattress or Sealy Posturepedic Whitewood Cushion Firm Mattress. They had more selections in the store than on line and I was looking for a good deal on a Mattress including the box springs so I went with the Whitewood Cushion Firm Mattress. Kyle & Mike recommended the protective cover since I would have my Blacky cat sleeping with me. That was the easy deciding on a mattress now all I have to do is make room for it (OMG).

My visit to Mattress Warehouse of Carlisle was the first extremely positive experience Ive had shopping for mattresses. Kyle and Mike were attentive and personable. And Kyle, who sold me on my purchased mattress and liner, was easily one of the best retail salespeople Ive encountered. He never tried to show me mattresses beyond my price range, went over the various benefits/details of each mattress I could afford, and, most importantly, got to know me as a person. When he asked me about myself, I explained that part of my price range was due to driving a smaller car. Consequently, Kyle was able to sell me a more expensive product by showing me a foam mattress that was vacuum sealed and boxed so I could fit it in my vehicle.Thats a really good salesman. And while Kyle was retrieving the mattress from inventory, Mike took the time to ask me about myself and showed a genuine interest in just having a conversation.If Mike and Kyle are the core team, then I would recommend anyone--regardless of your price range--to shop here. I feel good about this purchase and having been a patron at this location. Easy 5 stars; couldnt have been any better service.

Kyle was great!! Helped us find the perfect mattress. We took our time (at least two hourstalking and testing mattresses. Kyle never made us feel rushed nor did he put any of that "sales pressure " on us. Great experience!

Our entire experience at Mattress Warehouse was amazing!! We felt so comfortable, not pressured and supported with all our questions and investigation. The sales team were awesome and so helpful. My husband and I went in there not knowing anything about mattresses since our last mattress was bought 19 years ago. After shopping a few less than outstanding furniture/mattress stores we were lucky enough to visit the Mattress Warehouse in Carlisle. Kyle was a wonderful sales person from the moment we walked in. He was forgiving and accommodating to the fact that we had to bring our two year old daughter with us while we shopped and helped keep her entertained while we tried out mattresses. He did a great job showing us only mattresses he knew would suit our needs and defiantly was knowledgeable about the differences between the materials, bed types and Was great at listening to our wants and needs. Kyle did a awesome job of helping us make our selection. We have had our mattress for about a week now and could not be happier about our decision. The service and products are high quality and they do a great job of providing suggestions for all different types of budgets that still suit your needs. It’s definitely where we will continue to shop for mattresses in the future.
