Radon, from the Georgetown storewas excellent! Friendly but not pushy. He was very caring and helpful, as well as knowledgeable.

Very pleasant place to go for a new bed no matter what you want. Staff very pleasant and friendly too plus very knowledgeable of all beds. If youre looking for a new bed go to Mattress Warehouse of Georgetown, Delaware. Pick-up or delivery they will get it to you within 3-5 days holidays might add a day or two. Cant wait for a good night sleep and to wake relaxed ready to start my day.

He computer analyzed our sleep comfort needs and reviewed multiple mattress options that would meet our requirements. he spent time discussing the advantages and disadvantages. Me and my Fiancée decided to come to the Mattress Warehouse in Georgetown, Delaware to purchase our first, new mattress. Tywan was extremely helpful and honest in helping us find the correct mattress that fit us the best. I would not hesitate to recommend others to come here and find the best mattress for them.

I had the opportunity to come into the store today and work with Les and Ty. I had a great experience with this team. They offered to do a Bed Match diagnostic which helped out so much with my selection process. Not only did they explain the specifics of their invenyory but made a great effort to find a match for my new bed that was within my price range.

I recently bought a brand new mattress and box spring set for next to nothing at this location. Ty and Les really where informative about the mattress selection I wanted. They helped me understand the difference between a standard cheaper mattress and the one I choose which had individually wrap coils and was made for ultimate comfort. Their expertise made my decision making process all the more easier. I walked in knowing what I wanted to buy and what I wanted to spend and they made it happen. I highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for a new mattress set as they’re all about what taking care of your needs while putting you in the price range you want.

Tonight my fiancé and I went to mattress warehouse in Georgetown de, and Tywan helped us. Not only was he very friendly and had great customer service skills, he was able to explain the differences in the types of mattress and what would be the best type of mattress for both of us to get the best greatest sleep, after stepping outside for us to discuss our options, we came back in and Tywan informs us that the mattress we wanted another customer had put a sale ticket on it that didn’t belong on that mattress BUT HE STILL GIVE IT TO US FOR THAT PRICE!!!! We are so greatful because it was a BIG difference in price, we are beyond satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Tywan and mattress warehouse!!! We can not wait to be sleeping peacefully on our new bed.

Les Schafferman is the best. His product knowledge made the purchase experience easy. Also, getting to try-on the mattress and bed frame choices, made the purchase a breeze. Did I mention interest free financing. I am truly pleased with the purchase.

I just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic King adjustable base bed. I never knew I had so many options. The salesman Les was so helpful. He analyzed my husband and mine sleep pattern and showed us our best options. I cant wait to receive my bed because as soon as I laid on the bed my back pain was gone. It aligned my spine perfectly. Jordan was also there helping with the sale. I have never met 2 more professional sales persons in my life. They were not pushy or trying to get us to buy the most expensive bed. Unlike the sleep number place the only thing they were trying to do was find a bed that best suit our needs. What an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
