I love how this store gives me options. Im a tall girl and finding pants long enough for me is really hard. Once we found my pant size we ordered a pair and they fit perfectly.

I ordered two items, a pair of jeans and some rain boots - (Internet), came home yesterday to four huge boxes and a plastic package on my porch, HUGE!I called corporate-couldnt hardly understand the customer care person. Finally understood to mail boxes back - then agent said to return to store. This went on for 45 minutes or more. Yes-tape up boxes and Mail back-no, return to store. 600.00 worth of merchandise!Husband loaded boxes and we left for our local store. The manager was on duty working the floor alone while an associate took a break, the manager was able to process a 600.00 return and take care of customers at the same time. I was impressed.Polite and friendly even with :3 nightgowns same4 pairs of jeansHatsJewelryShirts7 pairs of rain bootsYou name it.I am impressed with my local store - however corporate can kiss my a$$.This is he second time another persons order has attached to mine and I wont order internet again.SHOP LOCAL - THE GIRLS ARE POLITE AND FRIENDLY
