Never ever a bad experience here! The clothes always fit right consistently, the prices are decent, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

The girls were amazing and very helpful. I lost weight and didnt know what would fit. They helped me pick out pieces that looked great and fit. They ran and git things for me and made me feel so special it was a great experience! They really know theyre store and clothes.

I love coming here for all ther new seasonal clothing! All the employees are all so helpful and are always nice! I 100% recommend coming here for Christmas, birthdays, or maybe even just yourself!

Excellent customer service. Never disappointed when I shop at Maurices and the Greenville location is the BEST. Always approached and asked if I need help finding sizes or would like a room to try something on. Other stores could learn from this type of customer service!

DEFINATELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!! I’m obsessed with literally every piece of clothing they offer! Fair prices as well! The one negative thing I can say is that you shouldn’t expect to be hired there unless you’re a good friend of the staff. Regardless of how qualified you are for the position, it doesn’t mean anything unless you are friends with one of the managers or employees. This is unfortunate because I would really like to work in Maurices!

I had stopped shopping there due to poor customer service.I like that we at least have one womens shop in town. So thought Is give them a try once again. To my surprise they have totally new staff. These girls greet you and go the extra mile to be sure you have exactly a po proper fit and do not try and over sell. The young women I will always go to is Brieana. She is so helpful and will even call you if they get a certain style & size you like in for a season.I give them a 5 plus...Before new staff minus minus 0Thank you Brieana😊

I love the Maurices brand however Greenville store has recently gone downhill in customer service.Not greeting customers when they come in the door or asking them what their shopping for. Had planned to buy an outfit could not have a person talk to me didn’t buy anything will take my business to a different one.

I always feel so welcome walking into Greenville Maurice’s! Tonight was no different - Secrett greeted me with a myself, helped me find the items I needed, and started a fitting room for me! Her excellent customer service lasted through my transaction and exit, too! She’s a great asset to the location and her smile is contagious!
