Great value for money!Very pleasant experince with staff, very clean place. We were there just celebrating our 10th aniversary. We enjoyed the time swimming in warm water and having good food. The staff is very friendly. As I know they have a well known chef..so you can find a delicious food served there. Highly recommend for short breaks during weekdays!

The place is nice, outside pools are ok for kids and adults. The porblem is the loud gipsy music (maneleand a weird waiter who yells into the microphone disturbing the whole environment while being hailed by several douchebags drinking in the pool.

Firstly, had to wait for the check in. On the internet, they say you could check in at 2pm, we did at 3pm. (Checkout is at 12pm, so plenty of time for the room to be cleaned).Secondly, rubbish bin was not emptied, no toilet paper in the bathroom, shower door was not closing.Furthermore, the air con in the room is so loud, you can forget sleeping with it on. There is also this man that loaded wood in a shed or whatever, and it’s been doing it nearly till the middle of the night, when he started shovelling some sand. Hence why is 00:00 and i am writing a review.Some of the staff is nice, but the owner needs some manners. Clearly they are not customer focused.We were also charged for a salad we ordered but never received.There are a lot better places where you can spend the money. So i would not bother to come here. We were thinking to stay tomorrow for the day, but not worth spending any more money in this place. ;)The jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch, however, when we wanted to use it the water came out yellow. (Even if we left it on for 15 mins). So we gave up.i have seen the reviews and said i would give it a try. What a mistake. I wish i could rate them 0/5.

We had a good time swimming in the upper indoor pool and the personnell was very friendly and helpful. Its a good place to spend a couple of days in and the food is very good, prices are fine as well. The room was also clean.The lower indoor pools where too dark and the whole set up needs a bit of a refurbish but nothing unacceptable.All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service, clean rooms, the water in the pool îs great in a relaxing atmosphere. They quickly find solutions when needed. I asked for a cream soup since I was with a Little child. Although not in the menu, they prepared a great one. They Take care about details. Food îs Really tasty and looks apetising. Water is perfect always @ perfect temperature. In the previous years I had good experiences in this place, but recently it was a disaster:- the prices are higher (70 RON for the outdoor pools only - a tiny hot and salty water one and a bigger sweet water oneand 100 RON for the spa facilities and outdoor pools;- last time I went, me and some friends paid for the outdoor pool; only problem was the unfiltered GREEN water being filtered on a *Sunday* morning (probably highest number of customers).Of course, we didnt get a refund and we had to pay the rest up until 100 RON to, you know, access the clean pools from the spa section. I found this very distasteful and as a complete lack of customer care.There was a "hidden" indoor pool, behind some corridors like caves without any light, with wet as heck floors and a flight of stairs. Nobody mentioned it, but some people still managed to find it. The levels of chlorine in all the indoor pools were so high, my eyes were sore for days and my nose was runny the whole day. My hair didnt have it any easier, let alone my skin.There are 4 jacuzzis, but you need to personally ask the employees to turn them on (on a SUNDAY).The food used to be decent, but last time I ordered the only thing that was left: some fried cheese and fries, because the chicken breast looked even more debatable, and even these were so awful, I ended up eating bare bread. For like 28 RON, just so you know.This used to be a great place, but after this year I wont be visiting or recommending it again.

Went there to find some clean water to chill in the sun, was not dissapointed.

It is sad that such resort still exist! To pay 110 lei from 5pm to stay in a filthy water, green, full of algae is a shame. It is specific to leaders that are not focused on clients but on money. They have enough to not care about anyone! It is also pity for such a place with such potential.

the place is nice, the food is good but very crowded. the swimming pools are way too little to accommodate the number of people (and not all the sunbeds were occupied! during this pandemic period I wouldnt recommend it!

The facilities are nice, but :- The bar has a restricted menu like it’s beers hugo or aperol- The guys that installed the sun beds didn’t even bother picking up the cut screwsQuite dangerous and like always in romania only partially finished ...

Honestly, it doesn’t deserve 70 lei since all the pools and the pool area are really dirty and the food there is old and reheated. The quality of the services should match the price.

For adults, water in the jacuzzi is very cold, all pools were dirty with bugs and hair, the inner pool with warm water had a powerful smell of urine and showers were mostly broken. Avoid this place

I do not recommend this resort. Bad food, no snacks, poor quality services. Only the pictures promote it. One ⭐ is too much.

A place not to go.It is a Consumer Protection canditate.Bad food, worst personnel, not clean in the room, old towels.And it is called Spa.In progress the construction of spa.Three saunas closed.A lot of chlorine in water.

We came back after the previous experience, however it was even worse. We had a booking and as soon as we arrived they told is its not available anymore as they let others to take over our place. It was a queue of 20 meters and everyone had the same issue. They should close this place. The owner was there and he was smoking a cigarette, while not giving a damn. Unorganised owners and unproffesional team.

Unfortunately a resort which could be great is awfully managed. Very poor services. Romanian style. You make something great, wonderful and you dont take care of it, thinking that once made it will last that way forever. 5 stars can be given only to the photographer, who made so great pictures that are way over the reality. I will never recommend.

I dont even know how to start.I usually search for reviews before we visit something, and I didnt notice that on their Facebook page there isnt a review option.Lets start with the staff... Im sure there are paid poorly, otherwise I cant explain their lack of interest for the clients.The spa: the idea is nice, but nothing works as expected. There is no oxygen in the room, the ventilation is not working.The pool that is supposed to be with sweet water is with salted water.There are not very clean.At the first floor, where the swimming pool is located, there is high condensation and the water flows on the walls and windows.It is the first and last a time we go there. It was a really unpleasant surprise, expensive for what they offer, although the pictures on their fb page are very nice.

This resort was far from our expectations and far from normality! It was in a remote area with deteriorated roads. The water on the pools was cold in the first day, and normally in the other two days, the rooms were to much expensive for what they offer comparing with other hotel and resorts like this. And the last thing was the food wich was good but too expensive!In conclusion I recomend you to avoid this resort if you can!

Horrible experience had here! The staff are impolite, rude, the whole place is dirty, feels cheap, the saunas are extremely cold, the water is not clean! Avoid it at all cost!

I am absolutely appalled by the bad joke of a SPA this place is. We were there on the 8th of December for SPA only.1. There was no one at the reception, neither when we arrived, nor when we left, so we had to wait until somebody noticed us and notified the staff.2. The hot tubs were rather warm, the water pressure was low.3. There were people having drinks (some from the bar, some home-broughtwhile sitting in the tubs, as there was nobody in charge of SPA area surveillance.4. One of the saunas was not working.5. One of the saunas was only turned on about half an hour before our arrival, at the request of another customer, who also gave us this information, and was therefore barely steamy and the tiled benches were cold.6. The last available sauna was working, but the door didnt shut adequately so cold air would get in the sauna from underneath the door.7. The salted water pool had a ball of hair floating around and yellow-green deposits in one corner.8. The light in the womens showers room was not working.9. Showers are not separated from each other.10. The toilet seat in the womens bathroom was broken.11. The bathroom near the reception had several toilet paper rolls in one stool, some of them fallen on the floor, some looking as if they were dried after getting wet.12. There are two hair driers in the womens locker room, one of which is not working.We asked for a refund because we were deeply unsatisfied with this pseudo-SPA experience, but we didnt get it, since the management/owner lady claimed none of our complaints (the same ones as abovecould possibly be true and if they were, we shouldve addressed them sooner (this happened less than an hour since our arrival).All in all, this place is nothing more than a cheap scam, administrated by people who couldnt care less about the quality of the services they provide. There is no good reason for anyone to pay a SPA entrance here, since the SPA is either virtually non-existing or poorly-working.

We were at Salt Resort for the Spa not the other amenities, so this reflects that experience.There are a few parking spots available, that was nice.The locker rooms are decent (not greatbut they do the job.The Saunas are ok (3 individual typesand there is also a cold shower bucket.There are several Jacuzzi pools that are spacious with a lot of bubbles.The pools are good sized and clean.The Staff is so an so - in my opinion the weakest aspect - a bit rude and not informative.Prices are good and if visiting during the week there is not a lot of people present so its quiet.

The road up to the resort needs some maintenance and also the interior of the pools could use some love and care. Due to the difference in temperature the pipes from above leek and cold water drips down on you, not a very pleasant feeling when you get out of the hot pool.

The price is way to high for what you get. The place is a bit dirty and not well maintained and the food is bad.

The prices are a little high for the services. The rooms are not so clean, the robes were stained and the carpet was dirty. The bathrooms smells and the shower is old. The air conditioning wasnt working in the room.Only the owner was nice and helpful but the staff were people without experience.The pool area is nice, clean water. A pool with salty warm water and a spa. But the sunbeds are old and uncomfortable. It needs a lot of renovating.

I have been here quite a few times with my family. The three star rating is an average of all the visits. The few times when I was there during the week or in the cold season it was pretty good, but during the summer weekends its pretty bad. They allow hundreds and hundreds of people to come in and fill up the place but they are completely overwhelmed. There is a 20 people line at the bar, you have to wait for 40 minutes for the waiter to pick up your order and the menu gets reduced to only 2 or 3 choices. You are not allowed with any food or drink from outside the "resort" but they are not able to provide a decent service. Prices for food and drinks are way to high. Its just ridiculous to wait in line for 15 minutes to pay 5 times the price for an icecream or a beer. On top of that the state of the pools and the building itself seems to be going downhill, there seems to be no interest in improvement or even maintenance. I wont be going back too soon.

The food was pretty good.The resort is not at all top Standards, it is mediocre. You can ofcourse swim but the pools are dirty, people dont wear swim suits, the showers are a bit dirty. 2 stras overall

Beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms. Staff were really friendly and the Management welcoming and kind, on the first night our group arrived in late and even though the kitchen was closed the Manager organised some food for all of us 👍

They are selling more tickets then the capacity allows. The pools are nice but the staff is not so friendly. The music comes only from one source and its to noise if you stai nere it. Food is ok. Lack of parking spaces.

The time spent at Salt Resort hotel was generally ok. We visited at the beginning of August 2018.Rooms are big and spacious, they look nice at first view, but the bed sheets, bathrobes and towels had many spots even when they smelled like fresh cleaned (during our stay we realized that it was because of the sunbeds from the outside pools).What was bothering were the tiny pieces of hairs on the bed sheets and towels.In 5 nights nobody cleaned or arranged the room but I cant say it was bothering us. When I announced we need toilet paper or towels we received them.The menu from the restaurant is poor but the meal is more or less ok. We liked the chicken and potatoes, the soups were ok and the tuna salad was very good. The Cesar salad was terrible, the meat very hard and the dressing ordered the entire salad a horrible taste. The pork stuff were very fatty and oily. Breakfast was good, the omelette wad nice prepared. We ordered also the butter, jam and honey and the price was written 3 lei, but actually it should be specified that each is 3 lei not all for 3 lei.The pools inside and outside were ok, the sauna also. It is not like in the pictures, I would recommend some refurbishment. At the inside pools is very dark and barely visible to see where you step. There are indeed 3 inside pools and 3 Jacuzzi, 2 saunas were functional and 1 not.During the week, the place was not so crowded and I could say you managed to eat and drink something and not to wait for them, pools were not crowded and you had space to move and enjoy the relaxation. But during the weekend it was terrible: wait in line for 30 min to drink something, wait for a table to be free to eat a breakfast or lunch, wait 20 min to receive a menu, wait amother 20 min to have an order picked, wait minimum 30 min to receive the meal. Even when youre hotel guest you have no priority. The place was crowded also at the outside pools, but we managed to find a free sunbed to lay down. If there are not enough sun umbrellas, someone from hotel was bringing more at request.During the week the parking was ok and enough spots, but in the weekend if you would leave for a short while by car, at return you would have to park somewhere at 2 km away from the hotel, even when you are a guest of the hotel! I mentioned them when we left and hope they will do something about it.Across the street to the hotel is an abandoned building and looks very creepy.The road to reach the hotel is terrible with full of holes, but I noticed they start to work on this.As I mentioned at the beginning, place was generally ok, we didnt have big expectations, but I am not sure if we will return here in the future.

Nothing special. A local salt resort with outdoor swimming pools and indoor Jacuzzi (2and pools (3). A little bit outdated so improvements are required. They lack umbrella so if youll arrive later you would find some free sunbeds without umbrella.

Insufficient number of umbrellas, the sunbeds are quite uncomfortable. The price is way too high for the offered conditions. Also, the personnel seemed annoyed when we asked for an umbrella. With a little more investment and interest this place could be better.

The place is clean and there are multiple pools and jacuzzi tubs. 3 coverd pools and 2 outside pools. One pools has an area for kids. There are 2 working saunas.On some walls, because of the high humidity, has grown mold.You can eat here, in the restaurant.

It was decent. Room was not well kept, we had used bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, and the towels had brown spots on them even though they seemed washed. The shower has no curtain so the bathroom turned into a small pool after every shower.The outside pool was clean, but the spa area was a disaster: no lights, and to go inside a sauna you had to guess where it is because there are no indications. The inside pool is not taken care of almost at all and it seems like a horror movie set, there is also no ventilation so you might have a slight suffocating feeling.The food was pretty good, although the menu doesnt have many options.
