Our new boiler is fantastic and the change to the water pressure for showers is second to none. A big shout out to Scott Rob & Curt amazing bunch of lads who were nothing but professional. We would fully recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and professional quote and a job well done!!!!!

I have a heated towel rail/radiator in the airing cupboard which was leaking and had soaked all the bath towels. I rang Scott on Friday afternoon and he came out on Saturday morning to fix it. He arrived at the appointed time and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. He even offered to move a single bed from one bedroom to another bedroom! What a brilliant service! There are a few other plumbing issues that need looking at, I shall certainly be using Scott again. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Scott.

Took numerous attempts to get them to turn up, no quote received despite numerous promises. Waste of time.

Scott and his team (Tony, Gareth, Andrew and Sheldonfitted a new kitchen from top to bottom and altered the position of the doorway to the kitchen for me, making sure the walls were plastered well and fully decorated. Tony fitted the kitchen, Gareth replaced the old pipes with a really tidy job and installed a boiling water tap that works perfectly, Andy did all the electrics while Sheldon (S Class Decoratorsdid a superb job and left a perfect smooth surface on previously poorly finished plaster walls and ceiling which he then painted to perfection. Scott was always great to talk to and always provided updates when appropriate, leaving me with a well fitted kitchen that will last for many years. The whole team is completely reliable and they turn up when they say they will - we had a few laughs too! I thoroughly recommend SMC not only for their service but for their very reasonable rates – you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous professional service iv used SMC plumbing a few times now, my house is over 70years old so lots of old plumbing problems but nothing is to much for them I would highly recommend them for all you plumbing work .

One quick call regarding slow filling WC and an inaccessible cistern and all fixed the same day. Friendly, efficient service.

We decided to have our bath replaced by a walk-in shower, and while we were about it, to have a new toilet and washbasin as well. After trying a few local bathroom installers we finally found SMC Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd who finally did a MARVELLOUS job and at a VERY reasonable price. I cannot praise thus firm highly enough. Scott and his team were always helpful, friendly and polite, and we now have a bathroom which is the envy of our friends.

These guys are the best! I called saying my boiler wasnt working and within 30 minutes they were at my door. Next morning as promised, work started on the boiler. New boiler and shower fitted by Scott, Darren and Rob. Good chaps and had a laugh with them. Would recommend for any plumbing jobs. Scott also helped me late at night with a problem over the phone. Some companies you wont get hold of in an emergency.

Ive used Scott a few times now and will continue to use him as hes honest and transparent in terms of what needs doing and is always conscientious. Ive only ever used him for basic stuff like the boiler or a pipe leaking or to service the boiler etc but if I were to put in a new bathroom or kitchen Id definitely use him as I know if there were any problems hed sort them out. He has worked hard to create a good and reputable business and always aims to keep his customers happy. Hes also friendly and trustworthy.

I have used SMC for over 5 years for small jobs such as washing machine plumbing to bigger jobs like a new boiler and lately a new bathroom fitted. The transformation in the bathroom was above and beyond what we expected thanks to their hard work. Scott and his team have always been amazing nothing is too much trouble for them. They genuinely care what ever the job is, i wouldnt use another plumbing or heating company other than SMC. I would rather wait till they are available as I know the job will be finished to an exceptional standard.

Scott, Tony and Rob did an excellent job fitting our new en-suite and a couple of designer radiators elsewhere in the house. They were very professional and dealt with the issues that they encountered with ease. They were very respectful of our home and were great around the kids and our dog (who got very attached to the boys!). The finished job looks excellent! I’d highly recommend SMC to anyone looking for a professional job done by a skilled team.

Really pleased with the new radiator and pipework updates, Scott did for us. He also helped modify the gas supply to our cooker. All work carried out was to a high standard and would recommend him to anyone.

He explained that the boiler was obsolete but made every effort to obtain parts and fixed the problem which saved us a fortune as we did not need to replace the boiler. Scott gave me great advice when he came to have a look at a faulty boiler, he responded quickly by phone and text (within an hour of me posting my joband visited me the next day to look at the job.Although I have decided to go with a different plumber, Scott was very polite and courteous as he understood that I had other quotes coming in.
