McDonalds is the best but great for a quick bite. Not as it was years years ago. Fast service depending on what you order.

Our food has been good except for the time I ordered spicy chicken nuggets those nuggets were the worst I had ever ate. They were dry like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. I wasnt going to drive back a mile to complain. Service has been polite and helpful. The restaurant is pretty clean for what it is.

I called to ask a question, and they hung up on me. Way to show your customers you care! Would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. An ex employee told me they serve you expired food anyways. 0/10

Its a newer McDonalds double drive thru , kiosks inside , McDelivery, mobile, and curbside pickups

This McDonalds got my order right on my one visit, though in the past its gotten my girlfriends orders wrong a number of times. The food is made well, though.

Extremely slow. Customer service is great and the store is clean they are just really slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for 3 happy meals.

Asked for a burger with extra pickle. The staff took my order seriously and made my quarter pounder with excellent pickle coverage.

I ordered at a kiosk but the dining area was pretty empty. About 3 or 4 other customers and I received my meal within 10 minutes fresh and crispy

Bathrooms need to be clean more, otherwise it’s always great customer service service especially in the morning

Uh. . . Well its McDonalds. Not known for quality food.

No customer service skills. Paid $8 for a McGriddle combo and received a sausage McMuffin with no egg. I also asked for a large coffee with 2 crème and 4 sugar. Received a medium coffee 6 crème and 4 sugar. No total or order read back before asking to pull forward. Was told “here you go” when food was ready. Wendy’s is the better place to eat in town.

They sure dont offer decent combo meal prices. But the foods usually good

Management did not like me asking if my order was " fresh made " I ordered it that way. He turned away from me and said check it yourself sarcastically. Will not go back.

Luke warm burger fries over cook hard. But the soda was cold.

Quarter pounder with cheese lacked cheese. Took a long time to prepare our order too, take out.

Have problem with the mobile order, but they personally helped me out a lot.

A tall guy with shaved hair has always been rude to me through both the drive thru and when I order inside, it’s disgusting and very sad I never got his name but he is there in the morning hours and today I went inside to get orange juice and he said there was no more juice. A few minutes later the woman who had ordered before me had an orange juice in her order when they called her number and so did this man who was 2 people behind my order since I stayed to eat today. I really hope he gets fired it’s been like this for a while now.

As McDonalds go, this is a good one. Clean, nice building. Double drive through lanes.

I go to McDonald’s for basically one item which is an ice cream cone and the majority of the time their machine is down. They don’t have a healthy menu for diabetics.

Prices have gone up. They need to work on always have fresh hot fries they serve them already been time out of the oil it’s not good advice always ask for them to drop Fresh fries it way better than cold ones kids meals stay as is lol drinks are ok more gas would be great ice cream always spot on there fast

Ordered $30 worth of food for the kiddos on our way to Santa Cruz wanted to use a coupon on the app they refunded the order and asked me to come in and order so I go in and had to order all over again they scanned the app and I asked to make sure it went thru, she gave me my receipt I check it it did not work again she could not just adjust the amount and refund the difference so I got a refund and went else where. I mean yeah its McDonalds not my go too but kids wanted it and we were having a fun weekend will kot return to this McDonalds its a joke.....

Waiting time to long after they tell you to pull over to the side....Thats when the fin begins..After waiting about 5min.I went in side to ask why our order had not yet got to is....The girl said oh your order is ready but did not have someone to take it to us....We noticed numerous carsGo by us while we were waiting...So our food was cold ...Thank you... Horrible. Was starving. Havent been to McDonalds in a while. Now I know why I dont. Bun was stale. It was sloppy and not good at all. Sometimes its good m lately horrible.

Only ordered fries. We were told to pull upfront, which would have been fine except there were already 3 people parked in front of us and there was no where to go. Our fries were already cold by the time we got them :(

I have a large family of 10 went inside and ordered takeout 14 cheeseburgers, 9 fries, 1 4 piece chicken nuggets. Get home open up the 2 bags start dishing food out to the kids. End up only getting 11 cheeseburgers, and 8 fries, and the chicken nuggets. This is not the first time hence the reason I did not go through drive thru. Guess we confirmed go somewhere else.

Quick drive thru service. Not very long of a wait time, other than the morning. Polite and helpful staff, most of the time. This McDonalds ALWAYS has the BEST fries... My favorite part.

Nice McDonald’s to stop by on the way to Yosemite. Grab breakfast or lunch with a coffee. There are two self-serve kiosk and the Ly encourage folks to use them. If you refused to do so, they have traditional registers too.The food here is good.

Their doors were locked but in person dining hours posted on door had them listed as open. Since their dining area still had diners inside we knocked asking if our young child could use restroom (we were planning on order& were refused entry. The lady was kind of rude.

Food was as always replicated fast food. Service was quick but not as friendly as some other fast food McDonalds stores. Would still recommend it, but as I said they could probably work on their customer service and get better.

We stopped at McDonald’s in Oakdale California today! We ordered the new chicken breakfast sandwich, it was so dry and so burnt we couldn’t even eat it, we were so disappointed! You should be able to count on McDonald’s for consistency in their product, it was dry as a bone there wasn’t one bit of sauce mayonnaise anything on the muffin and the bacon was as hard as a chip!! We didn’t take it back because we were a couple of blocks down the road before we could stop to eat! So sad… there was also the two lines of cars going up it was quite a bit of cars so we just chose to throw them in the garbage!!!

You should tell people theyll get whatever you feel like putting in the kids meal. Seriously, yall expect $15 an hour and you cant even give us what we pay for. Why ask us if we want extra fries when you dont give them to us? My boys dont like the apple slices so we opt for the extra fries but I guess someone else wanted them more.

Had to wait for almost 15 min. We had milk shakes and a couple of Sundays with our order. All melted. They replaced it. But as I was trying to suggest they give shakes after the meals were done. The window shut on me. Not very happy. To top that off they didnt get the order right.

Ordered on phone app. First they couldnt find my order....I got a spicy chicken rather than regular, and requested BBQ sauce condiments not received. To be fair Ive used app before and not had a problem. Hope this was just a bad day.

Dont like the self ordering machine, really. It is awful. If you are going to use technology then do it right. Keep it simple. Find another Macdonalds. There are 2 types of customers, the ones who like human interaction and then the one who order, pick up and leave. No interaction. So they should have done it like Starbucks, you can order online or in person. Oh well...

Place is renovated, have some nice and fresh paint, also the area and the sitting area are very nice, there is a playground for the kids and employees are very helpful.
