Mc Donalds, fast food, ok, but not amazing

Seriously guys. Either the meal is cold, or the burgers are not cooked. Take some pride in delivering at a bare minimum, a satisfactory product. In a town where there are few options for food, customers expect it to be hot and cooked, regardless of time of day. And later in the day it gets, the worse this is.

Was a good McDonalds, they just forgot my wifes drink, maybe because they were about to close

food was hot and fresh, drive thru was packed, but the line moved quickly

For a McDonalds, barely lukewarm burgers with not even melted cheese.

Do you guys purposely mess up every order? Who do you have working in there that doesnt have the capacity to read a TV screen and put those items into a bag. The EXACT items on the screen. I do check my bag after the drive through but honestly its not my responsibility to have to turn around and relay that yet again my order is missing something. A few weeks ago I got handed a bag with someone elses order. Today missing items. Its an everytime thing with this drive through. Dont normally complain about it but its an EVERYTIME THING! GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!!!!

I was able to get my birthday sweet for free at this McDonalds because the one in my hometown does not do it

Fast and friendly. I always check my food because they always seem to mess up my order in some way.

Its McDonalds and the chicken sandwich was very good, not burnt like most McDonalds. The fries were excellent and the employees were polite!!!

Not helpful staff, dirty tables and lobby, one staff sitting on the counter (where the food gets setplaying on her phone.

Its McDonalds so its exactly what you would expect at a fast food restaurant. Better than a lot that Ive been to though.

The manager needs to get this place together. For the life of them they can’t make hot fresh fries. The fries are always lukewarm and soggy. The wait time in the drive through is also ridiculous! I’ve given them several chances and it’s always the same.

There is always a small chance your order isnt right, but not every place can be perfect.

This McDonalds got my special order right on the first try. This doesnt happen very often.

The food is the same as every other McDonalds. Usually this location is dependable at the livery, however 50% of the time when I open my sandwich box it looks like theres been an earthquake and things are everywhere and Fries are less than piping hot. 50% of the time the people at the drive-thru dont even look at you when youre paying or picking up your food.

Drive thru sucks how do I have to tell you three times what I order an still had to double check my food and it was warm not hot

we ordered a kids meal at 7pm and the fries were cold and soggy and the hamburger was not great. My 8 year old is not super picky, but he did not want to finish his food because he said it was cold and tasted yucky.

Three workers standing around gabbing about because the ice cream machine has no ice. No one would wait on me - I was the ONLY person in the store. So, I ordered from the kiosk! But didn’t pay at the kiosk because the last time I was there, the ice cream machine wasn’t working and it took 10 minutes to get a refund! Such terrible service!

I ordered online through the app. I got a large fry and a McChicken with cheese, bacon, ketchup and mustard but with no lettuce. Got the food and found out they didnt put cheese or mayo on my sandwich even though its CLEARLY written on the sandwich wrapper. Only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because it was cheap.

Our drinks were a full inch from being full. My fish sandwich had so much tarter sauce on it that I was a mess! It was oozing out everywhere. I would like to taste the fish. The box for our hamburger was so greasy on the outside I had to wipe it off with a paper napkin before I could hold it. And finally I am sick and tired of getting lukewarm (at bestFrench fries. Their fries used to be my favorite fast food fry but the store in wamego is slow as well as serving cold food! I know…it’s fast food so my expectations shouldn’t be so high but really???

Sorry service cant get a order right to save there life. And when brought to there attention they respond with vary rude and smart a$$ comments.Do not recommend at all.

I am appalled and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, responsibility, and professionalism of this business establishment. This place is so unorganized…they gave me the wrong order and did not offer me a receipt. It sounded like other customers were having similar problems. Corporate should pay this store a visit and do some training because this service is atrocious. The manager and employees of this store should be ashamed of themselves.This could be a great place to eat, but it’s not.

Super rude and ruined my sons birthday. They refused to refund his money when they gave him the wrong order.

The young man at the wamego store was awsome. Helped me get the 2 fish sandwiches for 5 even though I didnt have my phone with me. Thats great customer service. Thank You!

It was ok but as always the night crew is so grouchy acting you couldnt see a smile on that store if you wanted to. And they are really slow about the stuff that we want and make us wait for our food why we dont know but they are getting a paycheck to go in at night to work Im not quite sure if they know how they treat there customers. But thanks again for your slow worked because Im not get payed to sit in the lines and order my food thats why it the last place I go to. 🖕🖕🖕

The gal who took our order was as to the point as could be. She didnt exactly say "what do you want" but it was close. They also gave us BBQ sauce instead of ranch. We got our food quickly so thats a win. All in all an average McDonalds I suppose.

It is not the worst McDonalds I have been to, but could be better. Their ice cream machine never works(stereotypical), and the workers are the ordinary McDonalds employees(you know what I mean)

Not sure I’ve ever gotten an order after 6:30 pm that wasn’t messed up or missing something. When they read the order back to you at the window you think it means they checked the bag for all the food, obviously not. My mistake for not checking it for them before driving off.

Horrible service, food was luke warm. Ordered an orange juice that we never got. The floors were sticky yet greasy at the same time. Not sure how you do that but they managed it.

Service was quick and pleasant, the employee at the window had our order in hand by the time we pulled around and wished us a good night and a happy holiday. Personable and conscientious, overall a lovely visit.

Almost every time I order food at this location. The order is wrong, or something is forgotten. I ordered a double quarter pounder today, a d got a big Mac, and no straw for my drink. I have to go through my bag to make sure its right before I leave. This should be done by the staff, before it gets to me. I dont usually care about leaving reviews on places, but this happens constantly. A huge let down Im afraid.

Ordered through the driver thru, the female taking our order was very inpatience. When we drove around to pay, she did not greet us. She did not say thamk you or nothing. She did not speak at all. A dishwasher would be the perfect job for her. She would never have to speak to any customers. Hopefully she was having one bad day.The manager was awesome, very polite, and courteous!!

For fast food its not bad but lately they havent been checking to make sure all of your order is in the bag.

So I had someone picking up food for my two kids. It was a simple order for two chicken nugget kids meals. We were charged for two extra kids meals that didnt even match what we originally ordered. I would really suggest making sure your employees know how to listen and read peoples orders back to avoid such frequent mistakes. Seriously McDonalds, do better.

Food is good but it is hectic going through the drive-thru, you only have a quick moment to look at the menu and you feel pressured to make a choice really fast.

The food was delicious! We tried the fried pickle spears as our appitizer and they were awesome. Well worth getting off the interstate to try it out. The owner and our waitress were extremely nice and the service was top notch.

I dont normally review too often but I had a bad day and I wanted one simple thing. For instance today I only wanted to change one thing on my cheeseburger and thats to have Xtra pickles. IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE PICKLES ON IT!!! Its Mcdonalds...I dont think your job is that hard. If you took a little bit more time to read the orders or show some pride in your job it would be higher rated then 3 stars. I just dont understand why its this difficult.

Very friendly staff! We ordered through drive thru and the chaser gave our dog a treat, he loved it! The staff was very helpful to offer us other suggestions when they were out of something. Food tasted fresh and a wonderful looking facility!

So I went threw drive threw , I ordered extra onions on burger ,I got none! My ice tea cup had a leak in bottom so I poured it into a glass only to find a brown murky mess. You should be able to see through the glass of iced tea from one side to the other even though it is a dark liquid this is clearly not iced tea or some kind of some nasty they should shut this place down. It doesnt matter if you fix the outside in interior to look nice when the service still sucks. Cold food and the orders are never right and mystery beverages too!

Its been a long time since Ive been to a McDonalds and I really like there quarter pounder with cheese. I have been to this McDonalds twice in the last two weeks. And the hamburger buns are like rocks like they have been sitting out all day. I will not go back or recommend.

We decided to go in since their mobile order and curbside pick up signs were turned sideways.The workers here are unhappy with their jobs and opportunities here (we over heard them speaking about this loudly to each other). I feel bad for them. Service wasn’t the best they kinda just tossed our food (we tried the new bakery items- Apple fritter and a blueberry muffin- they were goodon the counter.Our drinks- caramel latte & a caramel frappe were yummy 😋

The place is so! Nice inside. The Owner is also done such a great job . Remodeling the inside .With Up to Date lanes. Beer is At a great price. The kitchen is all new. Food is really good.

Well. I ordered a half cut sweet tea yeaterday and was given a diet soda. I went back through to get it corrected and it was replaced with a regular tea. Went in tonight and one of the items ordered were hot and spicey nuggets with sweet and sour and ranch dipping sauce. I got regular nuggets and no dipping sauce at all. Seriously not rocket science.

I arrived at this location at 7:29 pm. I parked in a numbered stall. They went through the entire drive thru line and then some. 30 minutes later I called and asked for a refund. The manager came out right away to refund me. Too bad my food couldn’t come out that quick. Drive thru got fast service, why didn’t I? I don’t recommend this location.

Pretty nice McDonalds for being in a smaller town. Orders usually come out correct and quickly and fresh. The sweet tea is great!! This is not a twenty four hour location although. Breakfast is great as well. Consistent in taste and freshness. I would recommend anyone to this establishment.

We asked for as much Szechuan Sauce as they could give us, and they did not disappoint. I applaud the Wamego McDonalds and look forward to visiting them again.
