Its McDonalds the food speaks for itself but the service was speedy pleasant and its clean and comfortable
Restaurant hours state till 11 for dinning room yet doors were locked before ten. The person taking the order was curt and sounded irritated when we needed to do two orders (wouldnt have been an issue if they didnt close the doors early). They didnt have any ice cream (save for shakesor frozen drinks. Im never impressed with this McDonalds, but tonight was a especially bad experience.
Its fast food. You get what you pay for, so in that respect this location is always clean, staff is respectful, food is fresh and as good as fast food is. I would recommend this location for a quick bite.
Food was great, and the employees were wonderful.
So tired of coming here and they are out of everything I want to order how many days until you get more toys?

September 7,2022 I did online ordering curbside spot #2 sweet young lady so sweet its raining and shes smiling when she brought my food and it was busy dont see that good attitude in young folks anymore so I just wanted to say this she represents McDonalds well hope they treat her well as an employee
This restaurant has been struggling with staffing changes, as is often typical of fast food. They put screens over the service windows so you cant see in. I dont like them,as I feel like they can ignore a customer looking at them. Ive been eating breakfast there 5 days a week for 3 years. Ive decided to stop as I dont like these changes. I know the manager does her best , its the times we live in.
The food is always warm and well made, the staff and very nice, and the restaurant itself is well managed and clean.
Rudest manager ever. They asked us to pull into the spot and never brought the food. Then we go in after 20 minutes and they claimed they already gave it to us and copped a nasty attitude. I left because seemed like they would spit in the food because they acted like I was trying to scam them. Worst fast food experience ever. Had to contact credit card company to get a refund.
I had a great time at McDonalds. It’s my number one favorite fast food take out. Luckily when I was order the 2 cheeseburger meal, they gave me a large drink and I accept it! I thought that were gonna do small drinks but I don’t mind if they do large!
Hands down the rudest staff Ive ever encountered!!! August 6th we waited 20 minutes for our food in a designated spot only to have to go in and have our bag basically thrown across the counter at us. The manager of this store should be ashamed! To the lazy girl bringing the food out, step up your game or get another job!!!!
Sat in line for 30 minutes just to get asked what my order was then waited another 10 for rude customer service. I get people are hard to find and hire but a “Hello” would have been nice or some kind of communication.
They dont help the lobby, unless you use the kiosk or app. I was trying to use cash. Drive thru is their preferred method. Bathrooms and tables were trashed. Empty lobby AND no line in the drive thru.
I dont think they should have people park and wait for orders during the lunchtime hours because most of us are on our lunch breaks.
Love the deals I get for ordering with the app.
I get sick in my stomach when I eat there foods but my daughter loves the ice cream
This McDonalds is grossly unprofessional. My daughter applied for a job. They had her come in on 4 separate occasions, fill out the same paperwork each time, had her sitting around for half and hour each time only to tell her she cant work there. The manager knew my daughter was 15, but still decided to jerk her around. My daughter wants to work, but places like this make it very discouraging. I will not be giving them our business ever again. They need to learn how to not jerk potential hires around.

The food was good but it was cold! Ordered two large cups of coffee with cream and sugar on the side for two people. I got one equal and cream enough for one cup of coffee and another cup. Order two large breakfasts igot one set of silverware.
I Didnt go in but it seems like a nice place, but the Drive through situation could be a little bit better it a lot of traffic it not organize.

I didn’t get names of the girls who were helping with my order but quite frankly everyone who is working on this shift right now deserves a raise. You can tell they were getting backed up because it is super busy but they definitely handled it like a boss. Waited awhile for a mocha frappe which was perfectly fine it was also funny when it came out the door dash guy stole my drink so I stood there a little bit longer but the women who helped me were absolutely amazing and hilarious
Went into the store this morning ordered the burritos asked the girl for extra hot sauce she said that I got 2 burritos you get 2 sauce. Advised want would like extras, she than got an attitude and threw a couple of packets to me. I asked for a manager and stated that she was extremely rude. She started her class act right in front of the so called manager stating she didn’t throw anything that she handed to me and I dropped them and she was yelling she was not rude……although I had 2 witnesses. I didn’t catch her name but she had blond and black dreads.If this is the type of people (rude, lying disrespectful childrenMcDonalds have working for them then they have lost a loyal customer for over 60 years
Food was thrown together. No taste never had such bad food from here.
I asked the manager very politely if she could remake my cheeseburger with different gloves on due to the fact I seen her on her personal cell phone while making the cheeseburger that she was handing me, she then caught an attitude with me and denied having her phone in her hand (multiple customers seen her holding the phone and talking on it while making foodand said she would only refund me my money. All around not good service, don’t walk in just go through their drive thru. I was sitting in there for almost 20 minutes when I only had ordered one cheeseburger and it seems every time I go in I’m in there about 15 minutes no matter how big or small the order, they mainly only focus on their drive-thru.
Was well worth going there, will again, the chocolate shake and blueberry muffin blew me away it was so tasty.
Messed up my order tonight and ruined my mood. They put some kinda of sauce and cheese on my chicken sandwich??? It wasnt even part of my order it was someone elses! There goes my free chicken reward.
Just visited during lunchtime. They were quite busy but kept the customers moving. Always fresh, hot food.
This place is not one I would recommend. Customer service, NOT. HAVE TO BEG FOR NAPKINS.THATS EVERY TIME. FRIES ARE COLD. DRIVE THRU IS SLOW SERVICE AND AFTER THE WAIT FRIES ARE COLD. NEVER HAVE THE ISSUES AT ANY OTHER STORE
Waited in the drive thru for damn near 20 minutes before I decided to leave. It’s ridiculous and there is no reason to have to wait that long. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before so I know exactly what it’s like and there’s no excuse for it. Even during our lunch rushes nobody waited in line that long. It’s 9am with barely anybody in line. Do better
I said in line for about 30 minutes today with intentions of buying a fountain drink I get up to the drive-thru order machine only to find out they have no fountain drinks how do you not have a fountain drink when thats one of the big sellout him is there besides food?
She forgot my 2 straws, went back in line and all I got was attitude -attitude -attitude by 2 workers(non verbal eye rolls etc.then got my straws.Bad service but no issues with the food.
Every time I pass this location hoping to get something quick to eat/drink, theres literally a line wrapped around the building, to the point where traffic cannot properly exit the drive through. Today, I went inside to order and no joke, it took the girl over 15 minutes to place three separate orders before mine. Granted they looked massively understaffed, there is absolutely no reason for this type of service. None.
Gotta be the slowest one ever. 30 mins in drive thru and still here. So slow Ive see dead people move faster. A cheeseburger. A happy meal and a Sunday. 37 mins. In the drive thru now. Took 6 mins to make a hot fudge Sunday well its not even hot fudge its a chocolate syrup Sunday. Girl with the red hair was rude and slammed the window on us when we asked for hot hot fudge.

I was on the road and headed to my next out of town performance. I wanted to go through a drive thru with fast service. They were quick and efficient.
I’m lactose intolerant and even though I repeatedly ask for no cheese with my food, you guys just don’t seem to care about making people sick I guess. I can’t afford much else while I’m working and I don’t have time to go back inside for Yall to fix a very simple order. So thanks for that. Warning to other lactose intolerant people- you shouldn’t eat here because they won’t make your order properly.
Yes this McDonalds functions as you would expect one too. Its always very busy no matter what time you get there but youre never waiting long, and they cook so mich food youre guaranteed fresh. Great place to grab some lunch. Im only giving 4 stars because after all, its McDonalds. So I dont think it could ever get a 5 from me, so, top score.
Food was hard and old and the staff was ignorant to say the least. Always worries about fake service times by pulling you up to wait ten minutes on food. Im packing lunch from now on.better for me .
I feel like recently theyve gotten a little worse. Showed up yesterday at 10:45AM hoping to snag some breakfast before they switched, but they already had. I used to work at a McDonalds so I knew breakfast was only until 11, so I was a little peeved. The food here is normally great but its just not the same anymore
If only my usual location would serve Tea as sweet as the one I had here! Other than that, tastes are pretty much the same as any other. Neither location has an excellent presentation. The drive thru workers here are more pleasant to speak with. Actually confirmed the knowledge of my presence, with a simple "Ill be with you in a moment." Otherwise Im on the verge of blowing my horn directly beside the speaker!The flavor has changed over the years. Burgers and fries arent as good as they used to. Addicted to the apple pies though. Have to eat least 3 a day!
Usually my breakfast sandwich is on point. This time however, my top bun was burnt and hard.
I ordered a hot coffee and a few other drinks. The cups were pushed so hard into the carrier for drinks and the cups were filled to the very top of the cup that when I was taking the coffee out of carrier it spashed across my hand burning it. I was going through the drive through. The only thing they said was we are sorry. I was never offered a wet cold napkin to put on it. I wasnt mad at the window person because he looked new and was learning most likely. What upset me is this happens all the time. When I got home I put my hand under running cold water until the pain eased up then put meds on it. Would McDonalds please instruct the employees to stop filling cups to the very very top. I like McDonalds I dont like getting burned Thank you
So I just left McDonald’s literally like 15mins ago , I ordered a pack of cookies , when I got them I bit into one and it was cold and hard(the time on the sticker was an whole hour agoso I asked for a fresh pack .. While I was waitin for my new fresh pack of cookies , I realized they gave me the wrong drink smh , just when I was about to go inside about 3mins later the nice older lady came out and brought me my cookies , I told her I got the wrong drink so she went back and got me the right one(bless her heartshe came back and gave me my right drink and just when I was about to leave another crew member came out to my car and handed me a bag of cookies when I already had my new fresh pack so I took them anyways .. when I opened them I seen it was the same old cookies I received at the window the first time with the same one cookie I bit. WOW ! I come here EVERYDAY and this never happened.
Horrible experience but they made up for it. I waited 20 minutes for my food.. I couldnt believe it. It was only a few items too. A big mac meal, mc chicken, parfait and cheese fries. After waiting I heard the manager say "you got the parfait" I heard another girl say yes and handed me the bags. After driving ten minutes down the road I realized I had no parfait. Which I would have checked the bag if the manager didnt confirm that it was there in the first place. They asked if I wanted something for free but at that point I had wasted 30 minutes of time and still had a twenty minute drive home. Food was already cold before I even left. Thankfully she was nice enough to refund me and Ive had good experiences so Ill be back.
The food tastes very good even if its not real and the people are really cool. Really clean and fun atmosphere. We try to eat clean food as much as we can but every once in a while we do end up at a McDonalds. This is one of the better ones
Ordered with the new kiosk - it took me forever! Give me a live person that knows how to enter the order quickly and efficiently! However, the meal was served quickly and enthusiastically by an employee. Truly happy to report that the restroom was brand new and immaculate. When traveling a long distance (this time, from SC to NY), a wonderful restroom is about the best gift one can get!
