Ordered through the app today to for a curbside 15 minutes later they still didnt come out I explained the situation to the lady and she got rude and said only 2 people are working at the store and they havent had a chance to do it. Hire more people here or shut your store down completely

Clean location.

I don’t ever do this for a restaurant but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager, well let’s just say McDonalds should be ashamed that they haven’t trained the manager at all. She is the worst example of a manager I have ever seen. She defiantly wouldn’t work for me at all.

The food here is always hot and fresh and the service is quick and friendly unlike the McDonalds in my hometown. We will be back every year.

This McDonalds doesn’t follow their posted hours and was closed early yesterday.

Check your order, they were missing 2 items from my order… not worth going back and it’s aggravating.

Accurate and timely through the drive through. Big Breakfast with hotcakes is bang for the buck before a day of fishing

Has to be the slowest McDonalds ever. How is it possible when you are the only person inside the restaurant that it would have been quicker to go on the 15 car long drive thru line??? And how do they not do breakfast all day like every other location?

The Asst Mgr went out her way to something. That another McDonalds restaurant messed up on, possibly on purpose?? "Flooding my ice coffee with syrup." At the Oceans Pines/Berlin location.I thought was very expectional and beyond for this employee to do this..,..... Thanks again.....

My order has never been correct here

The guy taking our order didnt get it right, ordered 2 large mango drinks and when the order came he gave us, looked like small but he said it was medium, I let him know it wasnt correct and he said let me see your ticket and it said medium so he treated us like we were ignorant, I told him once again it was not correct and he just laughed, I will NEVER step foot in there again, they made a mistake and we nicely tried to get it correct but that is how they handled it, NEVER again.

It was fine. Just an ordinary McDs. I ordered something and they got my order correct.

We had a 12 year old who wanted nuggets fries and soda for dinner. People can say what they want but McDonalds is consistently a kid favorite.

If I can give a zero I would , absolutely terrible serviceI walked up to the window explaining that my car has a flat tire and my kids are hungry, and I wasn’t trying to get anything for free as we spend thousands of dollars every year as a family, the girl was super rude and disrespectful, I will take my business elsewhere.

No one wearing gloves. Girl is playing with her hair touching food. This place is disgusting. Do they know where in a pandemic. .Fast food. took forever to get.

Food is warm but never hot enough! No salt on the fries lately either!

Placed a mobile order, order was accurate. Did take 20 minutes however, at 2pm on a Thursday.

Imagine, you walk into your local McDonalds at 10:15pm. You are absolutely craving a hot and spicy McChicken and a medium McFries. You walk up to the incredibly user friendly self order kiosk, and place your order. The super helpful employee makes sure your Locator number is correct. You pay. Your food is ready within 72 seconds (I timed it). Your Hot and Spicy McChicken is cooked to perfection and the employees say goodbye as you leave with a smile.Now, stop imagining and realize this could be a reality if you come into this McDonald’s store.I wish I could give ten stars but google won’t allow it.

McDonalds should really take milkshakes off the menu as no location ever has a working ice cream machine...

We asked to do two orders on the drive through because the door was closed before 10pm. And the girl got a bad attitude and said no that we could come back around . we asked why and we wanted to know what the point was when she would just be doing two orders anyway. and she just started being more rude saying she wouldn’t take our order and we can leave so we left. highly disrespectful for no reason.

Burnt food picked up this evening. Chicken was rubbery, burgers almost charcoal, and fries very overdone. Pretty disappointed with tonights visit after a long drive. Hopefully they are just having an off night.

Should really at least “try”. Maybe try and update your hours online, or on your property..Maybe try and have a conversation when answering the phone. More than 1 word responses. It’s fairly easy to hold a conversation.Response when I mentioned that updating the the hours online or there..., he said “ok” like he was so confused and more like “okay” was a question. Just asking for a little effort. That’s all.

As a fat man, there isnt much that I love more than a McDonalds hamburger. Having said that, Im happy to see and say that this McDonalds location has perpetually met my orders with both speed and accuracy - even during busy afternoons. My arteries may not be happy with you folks, but I sure as heck am. Please, despite the lack of staff, keep up the amazing work. Sincerely, an unhealthy man whos lovin it.

Good food, awesome staff but it is extremely cold inside. Its maybe 10º warmer than outside. Honestly feels like its 40º inside.

Fix the Frappe machine for God sake! A billion dollar fast food chain shouldnt have a broken machine for the past 2 months. Enough already. Either management there is not doing there jobs properly by ensuring everything is functional, or the workers are lazy and lying saying the machine is broken. This is unacceptable. Im over this non sense

McDonalds food use to be better. Dont even order burgers anymore. Just stop for the fish filets. Sometimes theyre great & sometimes over cooked. Same as their fries.

our waiter was excellent and very attentive even though he had multiple tables. I should have known better to order a crab cake at a beef place..couldnt eat it..steak was ok .a little chewy.

I never thought things could get so low that me and my family would be denied syrup and question why we need so many. We ordered a couple of things from the menu and I asked for 10 syrups because honestly their food needs it and my son and daugher use alot on there food. I had never ever been denied because we didnt get hot cakes. Im black and my wife is white. We tested a theory she went into the same one and they didnt question her at all and heres the proof. Very sad and she recorded the whole thing and posted it on Twitter for all her fans to see. Im very disappointed that my kids had to see this for themselves the things that I go through as a black man in America for something as simple as syrup.

Im pregnant and Ive been wanting McDonalds the whole time my husband and I have been in Ocean City. The line was finally short enough for breakfast today and I was able to have one of the most satisfying breakfasts Ive had all week. Feel bad for the employees though, they are understaffed and overwhelmed :(

Horrible MCD, we ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches and two crispy deluxe and we only got one spicy. And we had a hard time figuring out which one was spicy and which one was regular cause all the boxes crispy deluxe sandwiches.

Less than average. Dining still closed. Drive through was fast but we were rushed to order. They forgot the mayo and lettuce on our chicken sandwich.

Drive through moves fast….funny to see people walking through the drive through but you gotta do what you gotta do!! Food was fresh and hot and staff was very friendly.

Waited forever in line. Lady was not friendly at all although I was & told her to have a nice day etc. Ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old.. Asked for fries apple slices cheeseburger & chocolate milk. Pulled away before looking to make sure it was right & come to see there was no fries & chocolate milk(most important part). Very disappointed & definitely wasnt waiting back in line to get those items & inside was closed. I understand places are short staffed right now but thats NO excuse to mess up orders.

When I pulled up the line was long and I thought it would take forever but they were actually very quick and I did not have to wait long!! My kids are picky and order special orders which they all came out correct!! The staff was very nice also. Over all a great McDonalds to go to!!

Ordered take out inside and decided to use the kiosk that was operating I ordered my food and payed with my card. After I payed the kiosk shut down and said it was closed and I did not get a receipt. Come to find out that I was not supposed to use the kiosk and unfortunately there was no sign to indicate that. I ended up paying again at the register and was told they couldnt cancel the kiosk order. Im not all that upset but there should have been a notice to not use the kiosk.Otherwise the food was good and came out fast.

Our drive through experience was terrible. The employee REFUSED to take a 1$ coin, first citing that it was illegal, then saying it was Canadian, then giving us no reason. After that, when we received our POORLY cooked food, we had only 1 straw for 2 drinks. He failed to provide us the condiments we asked for and Did not acknowledge that we had the App with a code. Overall, very disappointed and will refrain from choosing this location in the future.

You can only go through the drive thru. I ordered 4 things, 2 large drinks and 2 breakfast meals. I was told 8 and some change. Looking at my bank account later, I was charged $14. And no I didnt get a receipt. Its usually in the bag. Pretty shady.They were using a system like chick fila that absolutely does not work. And allowing people on foot and bikes to wait in between vehicles! Not a very safe practice! Were in a pandemic, I get that, but there has to be an easier way for those who arent in vehicles to get their food. Very unsafe!

The workers are very impolite and rude. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and couldn’t wait to chow down on it. I received just the burger and nothing else. Very disappointing. My colleague ordered a double bacon quarter pounder and what he received is honestly just embarrassing. A patty with just cheese and ketchup is not a double bacon quarter pounder, hell it isn’t even a normal quarter pounder. I am disgusted with the service the employees provides me with. I will continue to purchase food from this mcdonalds not because i am okay with this service but because the fries are good.
