10 minutes for two coffees? Seems like a very long wait.

Went there for breakfast. They were low on employees so things ran a little bit slower than normal. But the existing employees did great

I pre-ordered meals for my whole family that included 5 large fries. Got the fries & almost all of them are completely undercooked. Think, limp noodle. Very disappointing, to say the least. Why even offer pre orders if you cant even get a hot, fresh french fry from McDonalds?

Just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald’s rearranges your bill so that you are charged extra. Ordered a happy meal with a chocolate milk, which comes with it. Then a large sprite. They made the sprite a part of the meal so that there was a drink up charge and then put the milk on its own. Doing this, they charged me an extra 29 cents. It adds up.

Fresh food, friendly staff. Like its supposed to be!

Food was okay. The nuggets were dried out. Sadly not worth the money we spent.

Hours are NOT accurate. Was there 40 minutes before posted closing and everyone was long gone.

Food was hot and fresh. Service could have been a little better sauce which I ordered for chicken nuggets was not in bag.

Food was cold and order was incorrect ; they gave my celiac nephew bread and on the box it had a sticker that said no bun!

They had just recently opened the dining room, so I went in for a quick break before heading north on the highway.

There 4/27 sadly they havent improved ordered coffee with three creamers on the side along with food order and sweet and sour sauce. I noticed missing cream had to get back in line while melted for cream. Got home and no sweet and sour sauce. Every time we got there they mess up our order. BAD MANAGEMENT. Older review Ordered sweet tea got coke. Ordered a large sugerfree French Vanilla Black Iced coffee with a shot of expresso there was no sugerfree French Vanilla in drink. Ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard got BBQ sauce. No napkins.

Ordered literally three simple items yet had to wait over twenty minutes to still not receive my food..

More money then its worth.Everything tastes the same best meal would be breakfast. Good luck!

Will get your order wrong just count on it. Rude drive thru experience.

The line wasnt long like it usually is and the food came out fast and hot. I am still frustrated the lobby isnt open which prevents me from going often because lines are usually long. However that is good thing since it stops me from eating fast food more than I should.

Recently I was in drive thru and ordered over 30.00 in food & reciept wasnt given at pay window then missing 4items when hot checked in the home now yes I can dbl in car so if issue fixable right away but I should not have to worry about that. Company Goal im sure. Thx

Everytime Ive gone here over the past 6 years and ordered a burger, they figure out some complex way to mess it up. That is the reason I order chicken nuggets about 95% of the time. However, whenever I do decide to order a burger, why is it so hard to put together a bacon quarter cheeseburger with only bacon, lettuce, and tomato on it? In tonights order, they managed to give me a patty with cheese and lettuce on the side but no bun, tomato, or bacon....no bun guys....seriously, bravo.

Handed food and employee didnt even speak. Nuggets are constantly overdone and horrible. This visit the nuggets were edible. How hard is it to put a burger together?

I always do curbside so no long lines but this is the only McDonald’s that always gets my order right the first time

Probably the better of the McDonalds locations Ive been to in years. I picked up dinner for myself and my grandparents. Everything tasted fresh and was nice and hot.Only improvement that could be made is having the second order lane open. Despite that, we still were able to order and receive pur food in about 10 minutes.

Slow, very slow. It is no longer fast food. Ive waited for 15-20 minutes just to order and then get parked for another 5-10 minutes just to get the food. They like to speed up their ticket times by parking you and makes ng you wait more since you are not waiting for your food at the window.

The worst McDonalds Ive ever had. Its like I ordered the McDonalds and waited five hours to eat it. It was disgusting the fries were old and the nuggets are all dried up and chewy. Do better McDonalds

Every McDonalds from adrian to the north side of jackson is jacked up!!! They never want to serve u shakes or ice cream, they charge u for extra ketup and are always messing up your order!!!

Slow service. Usually run one lane thru the drive thru. The lobby open at certain times. I wouldnt recommend this place.

McDonalds is always available. Currently Im on a road trip and they are my go to for fast food. Quick, clean and usually efficient.

food is always good when i go. but if ur gonna start making us pay for sauce, don’t forget to put it in the bag.

Worst fast food place ever

Food is hardly ever good not fresh they do not change out their fries every 7 minutes frys are always cold never fresh hardly ever get your orders correct. dont pull away until you check your bag thats for sure.

We went through the drive thru only to find out that the 2 cheeseburger medium combos went up in price to over $6.00. We only had about $5.00 so we ended up leaving without anything. The drive thru people should know McDonalds price increases so that when they tell you a price then you pay that price.

The employees are rude, lazy and disrespectful when asking for simple items. I overheard employees gossiping about another employee while waiting for my meal at this location- tacky and just ignorant. I will never eat at this location again and will spend the extra 5 minutes to go to the other store across town.

McDonalds has been really good and consistent lately. They have been very good with accommodating the busy drive-thru volume during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because its getting expensive and the portion size smaller. Otherwise satisfied.

Im a habitual McDonalds visitor, Im addicted to their iced tea if nothing else. This is my favorite location because it usually has the nicest staff and freshest food. My ex even worked here for several years so Ive been here a couple hundred times since it was built down the street from us. I order on the app for pick up a lot, but yesterday morning it told me something went wrong with my order and to go inside the store and tell them my order number. Well with Covid they arent letting customers inside, except doordash delivery I guess, but I didnt know what else to do...it was saying my order was placed already.Once inside I was ignored for several minutes, then the manager (who BTW was not wearing a mask or by the looks of it taking any other precautionscame up and scolded me for being inside, even after explaining why I was there. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and told me to get in line in the drive through. I told her I was trying to avoid the 30 some cars in line and then asked if they would honor my coupons I had on the app and she literally WALKED AWAY muttering something so I thought maybe she was gonna check the computer or something to find my order. I waited another 2 to 3 minutes as she continued on with her work completely ignoring me still standing there. Confused, I asked another employee that was standing there staring at me if the manager was done talking to me and she said oh yeah, you can leave. I decided I didnt need McDonalds bad enough to get in line after dealing with her.I have NEVER been treated so poorly at this establishment or frankly any establishment for that matter. I can not believe a MANAGER in customer service could be so unbelievably rude. This will be hard to forget about so I will probably end up making most my fast food trips at Wendys for a while.So disappointed.

They state that they open at 5:00 am. Yet there has been several times during the week days that I have stopped and the drive thru Was not open. I call and the lady was rude when I asked if they were open. You cannot count on them being open some mornings. South Main McDonald’s is always open. You can count on them . 8/26/20

Must be too technical and require some intelligence to make a quarter pounder with cheese,hence with cheese. I received mine with a dot of ketchup and dot of mustard with a couple of onions so small you could barely see them and absolutely no cheese whatsoever and certainly no pickles . Dried out. The bun was soft,other than that worst excuse for a burger Ive ever eaten.

Go there before work couple times a week to get a fast breakfast on the go, drive up staff are always smiling and never have to wait long for my food! Even when under construction the other day and the lobby was closed the staff kept the 10+ car line moving super fast :)

McDonalds is supposed to serve breakfast all day. At my request at the drive-through I ordered a breakfast burrito with no cheese according to the manager, she would not and refused to make it without cheese! She, manager, said; they are already pre made....?? so what does that mean? at 5 oclock p.m. if I want a breakfast burrito it has been sitting there all day? This is ridiculous ! Do what you say youre going to do! If you are going to serve breakfast all day, then serve it fresh the way people deserve it and expect it! Ive also reported this to the headquarters!I cannot have cheese and several McDonalds has tried to tell me they do not make them with out cheese... while other McDonalds have went out of their way and had NO Issues when I ask for no cheese.... they do not come pre made people with cheese..! People are lazy and do not want to take the time to prepare a fresh breakfast burrito they put them under the light and leave them sit there all day thats what theyre telling me......!!! Customer service is everything!

The customer service at this particular McDonalds is friendly, fast and efficient. I particularly enjoy the cleanliness of the dining area as most locations ignore these areas. Great job crew!

Not happy with customer service. Went through drive thru ordered, got to window they wouldnt accept the free drink coupon i had received on my Mcds app so didnt get, then after pulling away noticed i had a boy item not a girl, that i has asked for and was on receipt. They were not busy plus why not honor the coupon? I would have honored it than to have an upset customer that wont t return.

I was excited to get extra caramel in my caramel macchiato! The new large electronic screens were nice and easy to read in drive-thru. However, the rest of my order was a flop. They forgot one fruit and yogurt parfait, had pickles on a sandwich that said no pickles and I ordered a bacon, egg biscuit and got it on a bagel instead. This will not prevent me from ever going back to McDonalds, but I will be double and triple checking my bags before leaving drive-thru!

I continue to be so impressed with the kind staff at this particular McDonalds! On numerous occasions, Ive been greeted and seen off by some of the largest smiles and kind words from Susan and Aiden, just to mention a few. There have been others too! Very impressed, especially given the professional and friendly attitudes that they maintain through the busiest of lunch hours. I also cannot recall a time that Ive been disappointed with the timeliness of my food order being taken and filled. Keep it up guys! Your positive efforts are making a difference and its greatly appreciated :)

Great experience with the new remodeled store on North main st Adrian. With the long line at the register I was able to use 1 of the 6 kiosks to place my order which made my dining experience a wonderful delight. Ill be back for sure.

Service could be friendlier. places usually pretty clean, they really need to make sure they clean out their trash cans more. Other than that never really had a bad experience other than the fact that you always have to make sure that you check your food before you leave especially if youre going through drive thru

Unfortunately my opinion isnt good. The McDonalds🍟🍔🍦 on North Main St in Adrian has terrible service and unfriendly staff and management. Every time recently, we have had issues with food not being ready and staff being rude to us. Fast food means ready, not having to pull up and wait for it. 😐😐😐😠

The food is consistent with McDonalds quality and the people who work here are super nice. It is a hot mess though when it comes to efficient service. It seems theyre mostly running around like the proverbial chicken with its head chopped off.

We were very impressed by how child friendly this location is. The high chairs were clean (this shocked me-most restaurant high chairs are gross), included disposable bibs, and wet wipes. One employee gave my daughter stickers. For a 1 year old, that was pretty cool. Thanks for giving us a great late night snack and a happy kid.
