Its Maccas, what else do you need to say. A known menu, a known quality, reasonable prices and pretty fast service. A great place to eat when you are in a hurry.The restaurants are always clean, theres generally plenty of room and theres practically one in every suburb. Not far to go for a bite to eat.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to, everything about it, the staff were out of control and un managed, the staff had zero work ethic or any motivation to finish orders without much delay but instead dish out gross, un eatable meals. The temperament was unfriendly and the place was a mess, bathrooms so disgusting you hate going into them. Ive travelled the world and I found the worlds worst McDonalds.

The chips were 6 months old. The burger was nice. The service was ok and fast. Heaps of parking.

SLOW so slow, avoid at all costs. Been here 10+ times always unbelievablely garbage service. They need new staff or a new restaurant.

This macas has always been a good one in my experiences. Havent visited this exact store for a few years but the other day I got a excellent meal which was all made up well. Some stores play Frisby with the burgers I swear but not this one.

Ordered chicken nuggets with sauce. They forgot to give me the sauce. When I asked about it, they told me I need to pay for extra. I explained I didn’t get it at all. The staff looked at me like I was lying for free sauce?! Very rude and terrible customer service!

Really disappointed with the recent service.Had food missing 3 days ago, no salt on chips, and now half the chips on the added chips was missing.Train your staff for a better service.

Never come again, The staff was like a tortoise, the manager was like jerk

Hit or miss with how fresh the fries and nuggets might be. Kudos to the staff who sre friendly and efficent though!

I gave this 1 star because the reviews dont allow half a star. Very disappointed in the customer service I ordered sprite and they gave me water. I went to complain and they said I was lying.

Very slow service . it wasnt quiet in the restaurant /drive through but took over 15 + minutes just for a burger and fries, there was plenty of staff not doing much just chatting.. 😡Not good enough maccas...

We ordered two coffees and ham and cheese toast. The coffees were absolutely cold even though we ordered them extra hot. One was half way filled and the other one turned out to be a hot chocolate! When I rang the store to complain the representative Samuel took so long to find my order and told me we are so busy today I can’t find your order. He was rude and told me that it’s Sunday and he’s too busy!the service is at this McDonald’s is ridiculous and this is not the first time.Not happy and wont come back ever again.

Clearly because of hygienic reasons this Maccas always stink. It needs a very thorough clean probably everyday a few times

It is not the cleanest branch, but they are fast in delivering the orders.

Ordered an iced coffee and waited there for 15min. Got customers coming after me getting their coffee first. I had to go to the staff to ask and he made it within 10s. When I said it was fast and he said it didn’t take long to make iced coffee in a very unfriendly way and I told him I waited for 15min and he just sneered. No apologies and very bad attitude

Burgers were falling apart, drinks were horrid like something had gone off. We asked for extra chocolate sauce in the sundae and didnt get that either though we were charged for it.

I ordered a few items for the sick people in the house. This McDonalds stuffed up pretty bad, resulting in me going back there two times. They were careless and there were not even a line in the drive through or inside.First because the McChicken was missing. Second, my kid who is in iso, realised that his apple pie was missing. SOOO I had to go back there again.Chips were stale and cold too. They should have been replaced. Overall disappointing dinner tonight. Over a 20 minute wait for 2 quarter pounder meals. While other order that were placed 10 - 15 minutes after were received. As well as drive thru while 6 people are waiting on their orders in store. How about you prioritise actually serving customers inside as well instead of ‘cleaning’ the coffee bench for 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology or anything.To add to the disaster of service. Cold food. You’d expect after 20 minutes of waiting. HOT food.

They are very late in delivering the order , also they missed yogurt in kids meal..

Great tasty food and excellent coffee with professional staff.

They always got my order wrong. Last time they forgot to put an entire burger for my order. Then they also used regular milk even though I paid extra for SOY latte. They also wouldn’t fill my chips properly. Even though I ordered large it felt like I ordered small instead. I’d order 24 nuggets but didn’t really get 24 in total. Sometimes sauces are also not given even though I’ve requested them specifically! Imagine being back home excited to eat only to find out some orders have gone missing or wrongly made. It’s also hard to double check sometimes as I always got drive through and there’d always be a line at the back. I really hope you can improve by double checking EVERY order next time!!

One of my girlfriends recommended this particular McDonalds to me as she said the quarter pounder was a standout at this store. Unfortunately I never got to taste the quarter pounder as I slipped on the greasy floor and threw my quarter pounder all over myself and the floor. The staff laughed and taunted me and I was reminded of my time in primary school where I was bullied within an inch of my life. This particular time was especially reminiscent of that as when I went down I wasnt sure I would ever be able to move and as none of the staff came to my aid, I stayed prostrate on the ground for around twenty minutes before I finally could get myself up.Yes, I can confirm the quarter pounder was the best Ive ever tasted in Melbourne (whilst on the ground, I sneaked a few licks off my facehowever, the staff and cliental alike could learn a lesson or two in coming to a fallen womans assistance.Will be back to try a full quarter pounder, not just the splatter.

Waiting for ages. Took me like 15 mins for a double quarter meal. Make sure you dun come to this maccus if you’re hungry and rushing

Of course customer’s fault, McDonald’s staffs never make mistakes. Never feel sorry to customers.Please keep the missing Happy Meal and wish u happy.

Service was good, they were happy to make changes to the order,the total experience was great and the food was perfect

Rarely do they stuff up an order, however, have had a few instances where I haven’t received the correct thing. Service is generally good.

Literally a hit or miss.While the staff are friendly, its unfortunately just a repetitive cycle of orders being missed out, from missing nuggets and sauces, to completely forgetting a cheeseburger and large fries. Quite a disaster I must say. Make sure to always check your order in case they forget something!Update 2: missed my soft drink this time! Keep it up!

McDonalds Box Hill North charged for extras in a burger and did not deliver. Lack of training in food preparation can lead to greater issues than just a missing piece of bacon. Get your act together

I never thought I’d be reviewing maccas, but here I am. This is by far the worst maccas I have been too, for being consistently bad. They always forget items, miss a nugget or pack of chips or a burger, and almost always forget the happy meal toy or get the toy instead of the book, or vice versa. The burgers are always sad looking and dry and they are either dripping in sauce or bone dry. We have written to and called maccas about the times we have gotten home and they’ve forgotten half of the meals, but it really doesn’t make a difference. Management are indifferent and the staff are very poorly trained. The last two times the girl at the drive through hasn’t even spoken or looked at us, while throwing items to us. Why do we keep going back? Sadly it’s on the the way home for us from many places and useful for the kids. But it’s avoided as much as practically possible.

sadly maccas knows They dont have to treat customers with respect because theyre a big name.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a male manager.I was Parked in waiting bay for 15minutes. I had to go inside (clearly frustrated because I had 3 young children in the car falling asleep while I watched atleast 10 cars leave with there food)He immediately attacked me. And wanted to have a stand off about who was in the wrong. He then insulted me when I had said Ive worked at maccas and fast food most my life and you shouldnt clear an order until it is handed out, he replied with was it even in the last decade because things have changed and thought this was exceptable behaviour. He also refused to apologize for the mistake and did not handle this the correct way. For a manager to behave in this way is disgusting. They should be role models to younger staff. Regardless it I came in angry or not. I had a right to be angry.In my business- customer is always right and we would of been understanding and apologized and told the customer that we understand why there upset and were so sorry for this over sight. We would of offered a refund and the food. Witch he wouldnt admit any fault. The young girl in drive thru was trying to apologize for the mistake but he wouldnt allow her too. Stating everyone makes mistakes. Witch I agree with we do. But it still needs to be handled with in the correct way. If I had of got the guys number I would make a formal complaint to head office.I usually dont like to go to this store because they tend to make alot of mistakes and forget items. But Nunawading store was cash only sales.

Tonight, I really have to commend the only 2 staff that were on shift tonight. Even though it was already midnight there were orders left, right and centre from walk ins to online app orders. I was aware they were short staffed after being told at the drive thru (loved this honestyand expected a wait- which was fine, I mean where else am I going in a rush at midnight? So as I waited I just watched the two guys work- 1 worker and 1 Manager… worker at the back while the Manager ran the front house. It was very fascinating to watch and it was nice to see that all the customers and delivery drivers were empathetic and patient. I think this has a lot to do with how honest the Manager was and sincerely apologetic on the wait. Well done guys, you really deserve a lot of credit tonight! Enjoy the sugar load :)

The female customer service representative who took the order via drive thru had a serious attitude problem she got mad with us for checking the order. She wasn’t taking the order properly at first and without any doubt showed as her bad attitude. Came to the pick out counter as well which wasn’t her job. She was certainly in a bad mood.

My order was a mobile order with the 4 packets of nugget sauce clearly written and YET they could MISS that!!! What can i say? Somethings wrong with aus maccas systems and processes. I once had a McChicken patty missing (from another branch). Can you beat that?

bad experience, i was getting the 2 small 10 mac nuggets meal with 2 small fries and small drinks from the monthly deals. However, they did not put fries in the takeaway bag and i found that after i got home. It is part of my carelessness in checking the bag before leaving but this situation definitely should not happen.

Took almost an hour to prepare an order for two breakfast burgers, then when I got it, the order was only half complete. Manager is rude and argumentative and the only solution she would offer is "You will just have to re-order it" even though by the time they got the first half of my order together the items I ordered were no longer available on menu.

I never really write bad reviews but this was a weird experience. The staff were nice but the actual service was pretty bad. Usually I check my bag to see if everything is in there but I was in a rush this time and didn’t bother checking my drink.When I got home I realised that I was given a half filled frozen coke. WHAT!!!!The chips were also half filled which was sad. Unfortunately this happens a lot with Maccas... but never have I ever received a half filled drink before 😅

Worst McDonald’s ever. What I ordered was Big Mac meal, the burger was as small as Quarter Pounder. Chips taste it has been ready for hours. So disappointed!! Never buy from this branch again!!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I ever order from. I have been disappointed by this place too many times, I’ve tried to give the a chance to see if they pick up their game, but enough is enough.This branch needs to sack the manager and any slack jawed teen that works here… they have a 100% failure rate at taking orders- both from dining in or drive thru. The place is constantly dirty, workers are slow and confused… half of them don’t even know what the meaning of work is.This place needs an absolute overhaul. I have visited others and I rarely get such a bad service.This is the last time I go here.People, if you visit this place, expect bad and rude service from slack teens and orders that are always incorrect. Avoid if you can, there are other places that do a better job.McDonald’s head office, you need to visit this “restaurant” and clean it up from the inside out.

I am really very angry. I have ordered a meal through the app at this restaurant for the third time and made a double big Mac burger into a single layer. The child opened it and found out that he didnt bother to change it. Be suspicious of work attitude.

Filthy. Not a single clean table in the place, nor are there even serviettes to clean the table yourself (not that you should have to). Avoid. Any other Maccas outlet would be cleaner. Avoid.

We picked up maccas for lunch to use up a Big Mac voucher we won via the monopoly app. Combined this with a couple of happy meal combo boxes (yes for adult consumption). Quick easy fix and you know what you’re gunna get

Second time in a week to try the index coffee and an easter hot cross bun. Like the last one it was pretty tasty. So I’ll give Maccas something - they are consistent. The iced cofeee was a good size and I used my own straw which is permanently with me so I don’t have to use one.The coffee was a reasonable taste and not overly sweet.Staff were friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Kid friendly.

The inside seating area is so small and not cleared as regularly as it should be - saw someone spend a couple of minutes cleaning pikes of rubbish off a table so she and her daughter could sit inside. Due to a lack of indoor seating we had to sit in the outside covered area on a rainy and windy day. Not very pleasant. Our orders were also mixed up, but luckily just with each other so we didnt have to go back to the counter. Also my large sundae (which we got for dessert and managed to get a seat inside this timewas a bit lacking in ice cream.

Very long wait, when me and my partner finally got our food its wasnt hot so that was kinda of a bummer, cheese burger was low quality but what do you expect from Mcdonalds, at least its cheap and its not the worst if you have low expectations or hungry or its late at night. 😶😊

My friend standing in front of McCafé for minutes, just want to order a donut. The girls making the mccoffes right in front of him not paying any attention to him.Installed at the McCafé counter is a monitor next to an eftpos machine clearly indicating that payment and orders can be accepted at that counterThey just allow him to stand there. Nobody of the ladies show the initiative to tell him “excuse me sir I’m sorry but you must order at the main counter”This is horrendous. Appalling.
