The decision to engage a legal firm following a traffic accident was a difficult one for my husband and myself. My husband suffered multiple injuries in the accident. Though many complications with this case that took 5 years to resolve (3 years with them and another 2 years with a law firm that is no longer in existence). I was taken back by the original meeting with Terry in his complete faith to find a solid resolution. Absolutely terrible! Worst people i have ever dealt with! When i called to tell them about my case they seemed so promising! Then i recieved and email 2 months later saying that they will not act on my behalf! Like what a joke 2 months later i could of taken my case elsewhere? When i enquired about the email the solicitor was so rude and kept saying we are not acting on your behalf end of story! Apparently i did not meet the criteria! When i asked what the criteria was the response i got was we dont have to tell you that and thats all there is to it is we are not acting on your behalf! I think this place is an absolute joke and should not be one of the first places to pop up on a google search!

McInness Wilson Lawyers overcharged me more than $70,000. I trusted them and they took advantage of me. I would never recommend them to anyone; In my experience they have developed a culture of overcharging and under delivering. And some of them are just plain nasty.
