Very friendly and very efficient

Called to get water well installed told me 2 weeks and someone would be out at 230pm called at 315 told I was not on schedule so spoke with someone else on phone told them what i needed they said they would work up an estimate and call me back havent heard a word from them

First time for needing a plumber and my home. Frozen pipes, because of weather. The only company that answer the phone after hours. Shawn came out, and thawed pips. Super nice, super professional. Got there is quick as h said he would. I will be using McPherson quality Air. LLC from now on for any business I have with heating, air or plumbing needs. You guys are the best. Great customer service and jumped right on the job when I called. My rentals a/c went out and they took care of it. They didnt even bill me for all of the hours it took them. Highly recommended!

Not impressed with their service. Good enough for a bandaid fix, but not much more. Went with them 3 years in a row in good faith, and will now be looking elsewhere.

Cant say much good hate to give bad rating but they were absolutley no help. I have placed over 5 calls to them after 3 they finally came out and looked at my heater i am needing a new one installed... they took pictures and wrote down model number said they needed to do some research and write up a estimate. A month later still no word from them have placed two calls but got we lost your info and pixtures so we will get out there as soon as possible to get all that again. Well call them today and am told that they will be out after lunch here its almost 3pm and not even a phone call.

McPherson Quality Air installed our replacement HVAC system with solar panels to offset the electricity usage. Our bills both electric and gas have dropped significantly. Our old system was very loud and now we barely can hear it run even outside standing next to it. Their attention and service after the sale is top notch.
