Only photo I cared about was one of my brother and I just before he passed. Cannot express how happy I am to have this last piece of my brother back.Staff was exceptional every step of the way. found this shop on social media through some repair videos they shared, so i reached out to fix my autistic sons new phone. they were fast to respond to all messages, super polite, i shipped the phone out to them, and they were able to get it fixed up quickly and for less money than i anticipated, which is always good! (newer phone, parts can be hard to find sometimesi got it back and set up today, and its working beautifully, and you cant even tell they were inside it, looks like factory seals all the way around! (all glass phone, this is harder to do than cheap phones with plastic backs on themhighly recommended if you dont mind putting your broken phone in a box and shipping it off. very happy with the service!

My computer had issues after an update and I found MDrepairs through Google - and Im so glad I did! Justin and Joe were excellent communicators, answered all of my questions, and had my computer back up and running in no time. Really great computer repair place! Brought my laptop in for 1 thing, they diagnosed it, found no problem with what I thought was wrong...took a week and kept testing it for a slew of things AND told me THERES NOTHING INHERENTLY WRONG WITH YOUR COMPUTER!!! Told me I could make it faster switching to an SSD hard drive, but made sure that I understood that that was minutiae. Wasnt necessary. I am going to upgrade my hard drive, just because I want a faster laptop, not because of a lie that other places would have told me. Really impressed with these folks!

Dropped phone with their screen protector and now half of my phone has display damage. Calling tomorrow. Leaving one star in the time being

We brought my sons phone here a few days ago after it was stepped on during hockey practice.. I thought the phone was toast. But the amazing job the owner did to bring the phone back to life was amazing.. and the price for that fix was more affordable than I ever imagined.. we even purchased a hard phone case in the store and we got it at a discount . .. I am so happy with the fix, that it was fast and very reasonably priced..this is the 2nd time ive used them and will only use them in the future.. just hoping not for a long time!! Amazing work !! I’ve been to MD repairs about 4 times now and every trip has been a positive experience. Whether it be phone screen repair , laptop repair , or buying a new phone case I would highly recommend this location. On a final note, if the technician Joe is available, ask for him. Brought my Samsung Note20 in for a screen replacement this week. Joe was nothing short of amazing, had my screen replaced in under an hour. When I got home I realized the front camera wasnt working (common issue with Samsung phones after screen replacement- brought it right back to Joe and he had it fixed in ten minutes. Great professional and quick service.I had called a few other places locally listed on google which awouldnt even pick up the phone bhad higher prices. Will only go here for future phone repairs. I called them a few months ago saying I own an ASUS laptop explained what was broken and they said they could fix it in a few days just need to wait on parts but encouraged i bring it in. I did so. They told me what i was missing charged me $60 to hold onto it for a day without even turning it on saying "well call you when we can get the part and you can bring it in." I waited and called them a month later and was told they were still waiting and theyd call me when they had it. They never called and after taking it to a different store i was told that mdrepair does not even have a contract to get the parts from ASUS so i was scammed.EDIT: I had a bad experience at the store over a year ago but it has been under new management for 8 months. I appreciate their responsiveness, if I have an issue with my laptop I will give them a call

My laptop just... stopped working. Ive been planning on buying a new one but NOT YET! All I could think about was ... can they extract the data from my hard drive? And, all the work upcoming between now and the end of April. I googled and found MDrepairs - 20 minutes from me. The guy who answered the phone was so polite and kind and chill. He explained what they do, how they do it, etc. I drove there. He took my laptop, plugged it in. It turned on. what the what??? he did not mock me. It could be my surge protector. And then I realized... literally... I left my wallet at home. I dont do stuff like this! But I did. And he said not to worry, to just tell my friends about them. So here I am, telling you that they are good. Its a classic, local, small shop with repair people who know their way around a laptop, no muss, no fuss. Simple terms, explained up front, and no geniuses behind a bar being all condescending. I will definitely use them again!

Thank heaven that I found this guy, He is wonderful. His other competitor which I wouldn’t even call him a competitor at Broadway computer repair took my computer and never returned it. I’m sure that the owner of the shop has heard the story over and over again and it’s all over Facebook’s Sayreville and South Amboy forum pages.I am honored that there is a man like this business owner that is such a wonderful job and it’s courteous to all his Clients and gets his computer is back in a very fashionable time. I took my cell phone which had a damaged screen in for repair. Justin was very responsive to all my questions got the new screen back in 2 days and even helped restore what I lost because a lot was wiped out. Very professional and helpful

Oh no, my hard-drive got slower and slower till it did not work at all. They diagnosed it (coffee spilled on machine), replaced the hard-drive with a solid state drive and moved all my data and applications to the new drive.Now it works like new!

My Mac died. Apple told me it would be $1000 to repair. with it dead I needed a 3rd party to transfer my files...(not everything is on the cloudto the new Mac I bought. MD gave me an approx price of between $250 and $300 to repair my Mac...I returned the Mac I bought and saved a bundle.

Service was quick and as promised. Saved me the expense of a new phone and a new computer. When replacing my phone battery a little of the coating chipped off the bottom of the screen. It did not affect functionality but the Owner of the store insisted that he replace it at no charge. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who needs phone or computer repairs.

This local business was a great find. They were quick and responsive, very informative and patient, willing to answer any questions, and did not push us to opt for repairs on an older laptop. We ultimately decided to have it repaired and so far, everything is working great. They do not send out for repairs - everything is in-house after parts are ordered, and we could hold onto our laptop in the meantime. Both Justin and Joe offered us good info on improving the performance of our laptop including loading a free media player for us. A great experience overall! We also had them replace our IPhone batteries - quick and reasonable.

Not my first go around with MDrepairs. They have always did a great job with any phone(sthat I have own with any needed repair. If they cant do the job they will tell you up front. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cellular phone repair.

Called to ask about battery replacement for an iPhone 8plus. They had the battery in stock so I was able to go in that same day and have it replaced within 20 minutes! Fairly priced as well. I would recommend this place.

I needed to have a MacBook Pro repaired after a classroom accident (coffee spill), and MDrepairs came through. They fixed the laptop quickly at a reasonable cost. I hope that I dont have another accident--but if I do, I know where to go.

This is the first time Im writing a Google Review; I just had to write one because I was so impressed with the quality of work, helpfulness, and professionalism of this place!!I came here for help with replacing an HDD with an SSD in my HP laptop and the ensuing data transfer process. Justin, the technician, and Rebecca were both very patient and helpful. Rebecca answered all of my phone calls and was very prompt and helpful in answering all of my questions, and Justin was very knowledgeable and explained the whole technical process. When I noticed some further issues after the replacement, due to having previously dual booted the laptop, Justin took additional time to help figure out all the issues free of charge, even though he had already replaced the HDD and completed data transfer. He really went above and beyond. Both Rebecca and Justin were also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you MDrepairs!

They installed a new screen on my iPhone. Was reasonably priced. The issue is that I can’t put a screen protector on the phone Because the touch screen does not work with one on. They did give me 20 bucks off but what does that do for me? The place is dirty and messy .

Excellent! I called them 30 mins before they closed on a Friday night. They said, "sure, bring your phone in". So I did, and they fixed the phone (replaced batteryin 15 minutes! And at a reasonable price! Totally awesome!

Worst service ever. My computer stopped working, so I brought it in to be diagnosed/repaired. In the end, my computer couldnt be fixed (at no fault of theirs), however, Im disappointed with their lack of communication.They had my laptop for over a month and in that time I was never contacted or updated on the process. I had to call them multiple times to receive any answer.After 2 weeks, I called again and finally received an update. They mentioned they would need to send it out to a specialist and that would take another two weeks, which I agreed to. Two days (a Sundaybefore the two weeks were up I called them to see if there was an update. They mentioned that they had the laptop since THURSDAY and it would cost $900+ to be repaired. Between Thursday and Sunday I was not contacted by anyone. On that Sunday I also asked for the owners email and it took 3 calls for the salesperson to finally send it to me and used the excuse "there must be something wrong with our system". Its 2020 everyone email works.Again, Im not upset with my laptop not being repaired, Im disappointed with the lack of communication. At least they refunded the $60 diagnosis fee.

I have been to MD Repairs twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first time my phone was unfixable and they explained and showed to me how it couldn’t be fixed. The second time I had water damage and they explained all the things that could go wrong ahead of time. They were able to fix my phone within a few days. The price was how much it should have been and they weren’t trying to sell me anything extra. I would recommend them 100% of the. time to anyone.

Brought an iPhone 7 in due to battery issues. Shane was very helpful and honest. He ran a diagnostic test, replaced battery and took time to explain what was causing the problem. This is the 3rd time I have had to bring something to MD, and they have been tremendous each time.

We arrived around 3:30pm and explained our problem. The guy that helped us, understood everything that we were saying. The Iphone repair was done around 6:00pm, despite having a bunch of other repairs ahead of us. They were super nice, thorough, provided great feedback and fixed the problem on the first attempt. They communicated with me very frequently it was very nice to know the customer is treated with a great decency and professionalism. This company is the only company I’d trust to repair my phone. I got my phone back repaired exceptionally, the owner took care of me and was in contact with me through email and my phone felt brand new. Brand new, ya know? Like it was defect free right from the box. I send everyone there and they all rave about it. If you are checking these comments like I did before I went then I hope you use them. Fair price for fair work too. Seriously... don’t even look for another place. That’s about it. Oh it was an iPhone 8. Ooh and they threw me a deal or two on the options too. Literally the most hassle-free and painless experience I could have asked for. Nick was incredibly fast at responding to email to give me a precise quote, and I was able to head to the shop and be helped immediately. My phone was totally destroyed, and within 40 minutes Nick had it totally repaired and had a new screen protector on it. I absolutely recommend this place.
