Im not sure why these guys had only one star? They have always been super friendly and helpful. The whole team that Ive spoken with, especially Jessica, have been amazing and took extra time to make sure I knew what was happening and what I needed to do regarding my bill and who I might need to talk to regarding my bill. Everything I needed was handled correctly and expeditiously. Very happy to have this team on my roster.

Pretty sure these people only work part time. Its impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do they have absolutely no understanding of how or what the invoice is actually for. They are just contracted out to collect money for doctors who are too lazy to do it themselves, so explaining the cost breakdown is impossible!This should be illegal. Not a collection agency, but still running collections? Surely this breaks fair trade practices. I know Ill be checking...
