We talked and looked over the car. Eventually I took the car for a drive ALONE! What a treat. Charles told me to take my time, so I did. He is definitely a "no-pressure" salesman. Charles is also very helpful and knowledgeable on the cars he sells. Again no pressure. The dealership also gave me a very good trade-in price for the car I was currently driving. The initial experience of buying my 2014 Silverado at Mercedes of Columbia was amazing. They were responsive to my questions and most was done via text. I bought the truck online and Zac took pictures and a walk around video for me. They even delivered the truck to me in the KC area. Not long after getting the truck I noticed paint bubbling on the rocker panel of both sides. I brought it to a shop and sure enough it is rust. I expected a little frame rust with a Midwest truck but this body rust was not disclosed to me and couldn’t be seen in the pictures. I sent Zac a text and verified it wasn’t covered under their warranty. Long story short, the general manager gave me a call to try to help in any way he could. I got 3 quotes and he sent me a check to pay for half of the best quote! I appreciate this kind of service and would definitely recommend this dealership!Update on the truck. I bought the truck in late winter and everything seemed to be working fine. However, I didn’t drive the truck much because I have a work vehicle. We then went to move to Oregon and I noticed the AC wasn’t working properly. We drove all the way to Oregon without AC but again I didn’t drive it much because I have a company car. I finally got around to taking it to the shop and low and behold, the compressor is shot. It was likely shot when I bought it. A 2014 vehicle should not have a bad compressor. I suspect it was traded in to Mercedes Benz of Columbia because of the rust and the compressor issue. Now I’m out another $1000.If you’re buying new, I’d recommend them. If buying a trade in, do your due diligence.

Let me tell you guys about my experience with these people the sales department people are awesome always treated me great always right. But the other hand the mechanical side I wouldnt ever take my car there again. Brought them my car that I bought new from them due to my headlights not working, so they call me tell me my headlight isnt right that its some fake brand. Telling me I need to purchase a new headlight assembly from them, so I took the car back came home did some digging my self cause I was soo frustrated, only to find that it was just a 20 amp fuse burned. If I wasnt more mechanically inclined then them I would of had to pay them a couple thousand dollars for a 2 dollar fuse

Due to finding out unexpectedly that my car needed a new motor I had no choice to get out from under it in the worst time ever to be in the market for a new car. I drive around 25,000 miles a year for work so I had to get a car that makes sense for all of this driving in reliability and fuel consumption. Kyle was very helpful from the the first time I called the dealership all the way through the process including making sure a new radio is installed in the car after purchase. Again, this may be the worst time to be in the market for a car maybe ever, but there was no high pressure sales, and Kyle and the rest of the team were reasonable with me while representing the dealership. I received immediate attention from the dealership upon inquiring about a Mercedes CL600. Zac Nicholas communicated well, clearly and respectfully, and understood that, as a remote buyer and a collector, I had very specific questions and interest in the car. He took nearly 100 detailed shots of the car and texted over, which I appreciated very much. Throughout the process, he was helpful and honest, patient and professional. I decided to pass up on the car due to some concerns I had with the cosmetics of the car. I Just bought a S560E from them. Absolutely in love with it, took it back home on 1000miles road trip. The people at the dealer are very nice and welcome me like home. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the 3 hour wait for an oil change and side lamp bulb changes. Other than that I was pleased with the serviceUpdated review to 5 stars. I received a call with an explanation of why service took so long and I appreciated them reaching out to me and visiting with me about future options and how they value my input. The reason for the wait was reasonable.

I drove 90 miles to check out a vehicle while shopping for a replacement car for my wifes mother. I worked with Samantha Rodriguez who was easily one of the nicest sales associates I worked with during my car shopping. She kept me up to date on inventory status and even provided me pictures of a vehicle I was interested in upon request. We scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle and a few others on the lot. Samantha spent several hours with me as we looked over the vehicles and she tolerated my nitpicking and general desire to thoroughly examine each car I was interested in. While I did not end up purchasing through this location, it was not due to Samantha or the dealership, but rather the specific vehicle I looked at did not end up fitting my needs. I have very harsh expectations when it comes to used vehicles and my budget wasnt large, therefore 99% of the cars I looked at prior and after visiting MBoC, did not meet my requirements, at no fault of theirs.I would absolutely be more than happy to purchase the right vehicle for me, in the future, from Samantha and MBoC.

I found a used car they had posted online and decided to contact them about the car. 5 minutes later, Randy reached out to me to discuss the car. I told him I had a trade-in that would go towards my new purchase. He sent me a great offer on my old car. That Friday, I made the trip to their dealership and they had the car I wanted parked in front, clean, detailed, and full of gas.
