Had a problem due to water getting into my driver’s side head lamp and undercarriage due to heavy rain. Vehicle was still under warranty and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for anything. After I went to pick up my vehicle, all alert messages were satisfied and all electrical issues have been fixed. Great customer service from Mike and informed me what was going on with my vehicle throughout the week. The turnaround time was a bit lengthy, about a week and a day but u was provided with a loaner car free of charge. Everything was hassle free. Great work!
My experience with this dealership has been less than pleasant. My service advisor Christine seems to try to do her best. I recently took my car in for a factory recall. The car was dropped off Thursday for service Friday. I received a call on Friday telling me they didn’t have a part and the car would not be ready by until Monday. In all fairness I had a loaner, which, is their policy. There was still a great inconvenience. I love my car but really hate this dealership.

Well I love going to MBOf Fort Washington because they are the best when coming to customers service.Well I was surprised this time when the tires were on back order and they allowed me to leave the lot with a miss match tire, and something was not quite right with the car. What ever it is you can feel it in the steaming wheel. I hop MB is not losing there caring hospitality; I don’t know what I will do if that happensI wet to M B of forth Washington to get my tire changed , and the service was excellentI enjoyed my time with them, the y were kind and care I loved the service at MB forth Washington, the best or nothing. Very happy with my service at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. From the courteous woman who I made my appointment with down to the day of appointment where Ricky helped me at customer service. My car was due for its yearly maintenance and a safety recall. When I made my appointment I was told that my particular service would take about 2 hours. The day of service we were having terrible rainy weather. When I arrived for my appointment at 9:30am, they were having internet service trouble. They informed me of the situation which I appreciated and settle in for what I thought would now be a longer wait for my vehicle. Even though they were having internet difficulties, my car was completed at the 2 hour mark as initially informed when I made the appointment. Thanks Ricky for the great service that day! This customer greatly appreciates it.
The Mercedes of Ft. Washington dealership consistently does a great job on any service I’ve received there. They have friendly staff and are very communicative with respect to the status of my car. I had body work done and the car looks fabulous. I would recommend them both for purchasing a car as well as servicing the car any time. They provide a ride to and from their location as needed for taking your car in for service which makes it super convenient to get your car taken care of without having to arrange your own ride. Great service!

I have been going to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington for service on my Sprinter based motorhome, for several years. Their prices are competitive, and the hours and scheduling are very convenient. On my most recent visit, they performed a safety inspection, oil change, and 2 outstanding factory recalls. The service managers kept me informed of the process, and gave me status updates, and they worked to accommodate my timeline. I could not be happier with the treatment I received. This is why I continue to trust them with my vehicle.
This is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership and service center. Euro 00000000 Devon is closer to my home, but that dealership was filled with arrogant, disrespectful, and lazy people who ignore customers. I usually had to wait 3 hours to several days just to fix our C300 4MATIC’s EIS. Their repair was extremely overpriced.In contrast to that dealership, MB Fort Washington greeted me as soon as I entered the building and took my C350 so that they could fix the door lock ASAP. Many employees in the service area assisted me. When I told one employee about a plastic thing that was stuck in the power outlet of my car, the employee (I apologize, I did not check your namegrabbed a screwdriver and tried to pull that out. He was a kind man.While my car was examined for one hour, I enjoyed a massage chair and a great collection of cars, including W113 SL, AMG EQS, G550, EQB, and MANUFAKTUR S-Class. No one obstructed me when I looked at cars. This place also has a CCTV and a TV that shows my car in the service center.After the car was examined, they quoted me a repair cost of at least $1,000 for the door lock actuator, including the labor cost, and my family is willing to pay that money because we know that fixing the actuator of W204 is a difficult and complicated task. I appreciate everyone in this MB Fort Washington and continue to visit here when our C-Classes are broken.+Update: MB Fort Washington replaced my door lock actuator for $790 today (9/24). $790 is a really good price for this kind of repair. I also enjoyed watching 300 SEL 6.3 and SLS AMG. This dealership has amazing cars and great people!
Very satisfied with my service with the exception that my radio station selection was changed to a hip hop station and turned up when I picked up the car. I turned my radio off prior to entering the service drop off area.

I had several electrical issues. Ricky in Service was great helping me. I had a couple concerns with my vehicle but the General Manager Carla, put hose concerns to rest. She has proven beyond question that customer satisfaction is paramount. If you havent purchased from Fort Washington Mercedes, you should! My wife and I will certainly be return customers.... Again.
The service at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Washington was outstanding. My car was serviced and returned to me in a very timely manner. I was also provided a very nice loaner while I waited for the work to be done. Would definitely recommend.
Great job on my routine maintenance. Dealership was super clean, friendly staff. They lost my keys which made my wait time quite long. Gave me a loaner so I could leave. The loaner smelled like vomit. They found my keys and brought my car to my residence the next day.
I brought my E300 in for an "A" service and several miscellaneous items. I meet with Frank Regalis to discuss the issues. He was very receptive to my concerns. Frank was professional as well as personable. Although I was at the dealership for 5 hours, every issue was addressed and corrected. Frank explained every procedure that was performed to my vehicle. Good job.
I always receive the very best service at Mercedes Benz in Fort Washington. They are very thorough and competent. I would like to give kudos to my service rep Christina Lowe and also the service manager who were very respectful courteous helpful friendly and efficient and were able to explain everything to me very clearly. And everyone who works there is always very respectful courteous helpful and eager to help in any way that they can. I recommend Mercedes-Benz in Fort Washington very highly. I really appreciate having such a wonderful place to take my Mercedes to for service.
Came in for a normal inspection, not pleased. Took almost a week. The dealer tried to say I needed a water pump for $1300.00, in reality, all I really need is an idle pulley (which I discovered myselfAlso I have decent maintenance insurance from Endurance that Mercedes Benz Fort Washington would not even consider because their cost is over the top. The only thing I think I got was a reset on my maintenance timer, no oil change or tire rotation, which is recommended for my vehicle. What a rip-off! Thinking about finding another dealer. The only good thing I can report is they are covering the recall on my ML 350 and that is because Mercedes is paying for it. Please note this is the first time I gave this dealer a less than stellar review. Please note I am not the type of person who likes to give bad reviews.

The lady I bought my car into the service center on a Saturday for an emergency. I hit a pothole and cracked both front struts so I had to drive immediately to the dealership. They quickly checked me in and informed me that they would notify me of the issue and the cost. The next business day they called me to inform me of the service and the charge and in two days I had my vehicle back.
I only use Mercedes in Ft. Washington for my service. They are busy yet still will work you in for your service needs. My service rep at the dealership, Tony Colantonio, is very knowledgeable, reliable and easy to work with. He keeps me updated on everything as the service is in progress. I know once I drop my car off it will be in good hands and serviced properly.
The service team was terrific. They kept me informed throughout the process. Mike -the service manager and Tracy from their service team are top notch. They did excellent collision repairs on my car and it wasn’t even a Mercedes.

Nick was fabulous, he kept me up to date as to the condition of my car, at what stage the dealership was in when working on my car….. did take a month for me to get my car back but had nothing to do with Nick he is the reason I am giving a 5 star review. Next time I go back I only want to have Nick take care of me.
Initially I was irrated because I waited for someone to atleast acknowledge me while I waited in line that had no other people. Staff was either talking amgost each other or acting like they didnt see me waiting. It took the rental vehicle close to an hour to be delivered.After that service was much better.
Excellent, dependable service. They continue to be very easy to work with, efficient, and comprehensive. I had the pleasure of working with Ricky who kept me aware of what was going on and coordinated efforts behind the scenes. I was able to quickly drop my car off, get into a rental (covered by warrantyand then return a few days later and quickly retrieve my car with everything taken care of as requested.
Always a pleasure taking my car here for service. This time it was an open campaign recall that I was contacted about and service was scheduled. Dropped off the car at about 9:10am, i was in and out in a loaner in under 15 minutes. Picking up the car when it was ready, was also a breeze, my car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Big shout out to Anthony, who was very patient when my 📱 kept sending him straight to voicemail.
I would recommend going to the Fort Washington dealership after my experience in Doylestown. I was charged for an automatic roof repair and when 3 weeks later it wasn’t working I took it back and was charged again and told it was a completely different reason why it wasn’t working this time. Nobody would believe it and neither did I but all they would do is give some phony discount. Needless to say the roof still has bad days where you have to try later to close it! They charged me twice and never could fix it. My first visit to Fort Washington was uneventful which is how I like it. Several issues were resolved and state inspection done all for less money than any of my previous visits to the other location. They also waived a $290 diagnostic charge which I appreciated. I will continue going to this location
Christina Lowe is a wonderful service advisor at Mercedes Benz in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania! She was very intentional in communicating with me when my car had to be at the dealership for 3 weeks in order to wait for a car part to arrive from Germany. Christina helped me tremendously with billing and is very personable. I really appreciate Christina!
It was my B maintenance service, the necessary repairs were made in a sufficient amount of time. My state inspection was taken care of, the representative kept in touch with me in reference to repairs and cost was reasonable. I loved the service.
The young lady that assisted me was super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure my car got a good cleaning in and outside with me even having to ask with my maintenance. One of the best visits I had in all my years of coming.
Christina was great. I didnt have the insurance card in the car, and she let me know I could e-mail it to her. She also took care of renewing my registration after noting it was due. Very pleased with her and the service I received at MB Fort Washington.
