I used to have a Mercedes , the first 3 months I had a flat tire (3 times in a row different tires every time , tire was completely broken and car was never used on bad condition streets , when it was time for first maintenance and when I was making the appointment I ask them to replace the car door seal strip for one door during the visit they told me that first they need to check and that just for check there is a charge of $200 , + 800 maintenance , + door seal cost + installation!!! LOL , I insisted I don’t need you the check the door just replace door seal plastic strip because is broken ! , they said we need to check first ! So that day I decided to trade my Mercedes of course I lost money my car was almost new , 8000 miles only, but traded for a Lexus and it was the best decision! Customer services is great , maintenance service is great ! But also when I traded my Mercedes I canceled the Gap, and the tires warranty, I waited 11 months for the cancellation Money ! For Gap they return $0 , for tires warranty $100 dlls , what they said is because I already used the warranty on tires !!!! LOL, when you buy an insurance and you cancel the policy usually you get a prorated refund of the policy accordingly to the time left of the policy no matter how many times you have claimed something! The 100 dlls that took forever to refund was a joke !!! Of course they don’t want to lose a cent , but if you ask for your money back they will look at you , like you don’t have the right to step on their floor or seat on their chairs, when I was buying the car the sales person told me at first we don’t have nothing for you here go to Toyota! But I really wanted the car and bought it bad decisions, but finally follow the advice and didn’t went to Toyota but Lexus that is part of Toyota and I’m happy that I did it. Do not recommend Mercedes !!!! But recomen LEXUS !!!!

They take forever...The staff here(Mercedes-Benzare super nice, and cared if I was ok. I was undecided on three colors. Never pressured, wow excellent service. The sales rep. I talked to was Mr. Joe Trevino. Plus, Its the first time for me, many people congratulated me on my purchase. I totally recommend Mercedes benz. Everyone have a wonderful day!

MoreWe have been a costumer with Mercedes for over 10 years with different dealerships. We have experienced in the past excellent customer service. We have done business with San Juan Mercedes back in 2018 with excellent customer service. We turned our lease into a loan today. After we signed, unfortunately San Juan Mercedes did not offer to wash the car, fill our tank, or even a thank you for your continued business. Disappointing considering this is a luxury car dealership.
MoreIf I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. The sales manager Modesto Montemayor struts around the office like a cocky peacock and refuses to negotiate with customers.The dealership is currently marking-up their vehicles 10K because of the auto shortage, they will only do in-house financing (as everyone knows that is so that the dealership can skim the top from inflated interest rates), and they under appraise vehicles and refuse to negotiate. I put a $2,000 deposit on a 2022 GLS 450 to allow me time to drive to the RGV and purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership I was appalled at the appraisal and their unwillingness to negotiate a descent price. Modesto never even came to visit with me or provide any rational instead he strutted around the dealership. I had heard through acquaintances that this dealership was unethical and the GM was disconnected from his customers (unless your an elected official- I can now confirm this through my own experience. Folks do your homework before buying from this dealership.

MoreWell I sold my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 to a friend to help him out. Problem was I loved my truck. I really loved my truck and it was great. I started To do more research and look for another vehicle. I have CARFAX so I started to do a little bit of investigating which would be the best vehicle I can find. I saw one similar to mine except it was a 2017 which is a very good year for Dodge Ram. The vehicle that I saw and wanted was at Mercedes-Benz in San Juan. I got connected to a gentleman by the name of Joe Trevino who is one of the salesman. I got there he was busy we went outside play with our dog went to look at the truck and pretty much knew this is the truck we were going to take. Joe came out and met us and we went for a test drive. Our service dog jewel decided it was her truck too because she jumped in the backseat and knew exactly her place. It was smooth it ran well I was super happy and it was so amazing. Very good condition very well-maintained by whoever owned it before. Joe did a very good job of taking care of us. Also the financing gentleman which I’m sorry I don’t remember his name did a great job. Joe thank you so much for everything. That was probably my best experience since buying my Dodge in 2013 at another dealership where I was treated very poorly after the truck was purchased. I’m hoping if I have any issues with it I can talk to you guys and you can talk me through whatever needs to be taken care of. Joe Treviño is the gentleman that you need to go see with regards to a purchase he’s kind he’s gentle and I got very good vibes off of him. And this is my new truck and I love it and as soon as my husband gets back from his long distance truck run we’re going to go camping again. Except this place is extremely overpriced, My quote for Service A was 2 times more than what I used to pay in Dallas for past 4-5 years.I do need some repair as part of normal wear and tear, but not getting any further services from here.

They drive it out for a test drive while we were pulling in. Sold it to the line cutter couple. Wasted all of our time and all that the agent could say was “my bad”. Acted like we didn’t matter. Complete jerk. No apology. Nothing.Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Will NEVER buy anything from this dealership and will NEVER service my car there.Angel Ortega. That’s the guy. Loser.

Not only did he deliver my Range Rover to me himself on his day off, but he helped me get it custom made to my liking. MoreThis place has horrible customer service starting with the GM Sam Tijerina, if that’s his name because he refused to give us his business card and said I can look him up in the website. I should’ve known it was a bad place after I had to hunt the sales advisor down. Then they offered me $7,500 less than 2 other dealerships for my GLC. I felt robbed. After they inspected my car for trade-in value, my sunroof stopped working and the sales manager and the GM talked down on me and insinuated it was already broken when I took it in and I was trying to get a free fix. So insulting. I had my extended warranty cancelled a few days before in anticipation of my trade-in. If that was the case why would I have cancelled it?! After he raised his voice at me my husband asked him not to he said the conversation was done and walked away, then refused to give me his business card. I was dead set of getting another Mercedes because of the comfort and drive but not after this experience. The managers vibe was like they are superior to everyone and like they don’t need your purchase at all.

However, my salesman, Jaime was fantastic and had my best interest in mind. I never felt pressured and he answered my million questions without being annoyed.The entire process was seamless and stress free. I completed my purchase within a few hours. The general manager even stopped by during the purchase to make sure I was happy and receiving good service. Jaime has followed up with me twice since purchasing my car to ensure everything is still working well and that I am still happy with my purchase. The product concierge was also amazing and gave me his cell phone number to call him anytime 24/ day with any questions about my car’s technology.

MoreBuying experience, Great! Servicing the vehicle and keeping up with maintenance is a hurtle. Ive dealt with the same rep for all my vehicle issues and Im just so tired of the lies. Its exhausting to have to call to follow up on whether they have time or not to provide the service. This is after a week of waiting patiently and getting confirmations that the vehicle will be picked up, only to keep waiting. Their first concern is to find out what the issue is with the vehicle and being under extended warranty, they make it feel like they are deciding whether its a good business move to service the vehicle or not. I was scheduled Monday for pick up (No call / No pick-up). Left it alone because Im running a business, like Ive said multiple times to the service rep. "Can you bring it during your lunch hour"- I dont get those, Im running a business. Anyway, just my honest experience. I was then asked what type of business I had. If you own a Mercedes Benz, what type of business you own should not be the primary reason to decide whether your vehicle is convenient to service right away or make it wait. I dont normally leave feed back. Everyone has a difference experience due to different vehicle models and multiple components that can give out. Mine however, has been anything but great.Sorry your experience was any thing but excellent... blah, same automated response. I honestly value honestly above all. If Im told, we are currently at our maximum capacity, wed love to service your vehicle but in order to provide the best of service, we will need to re-schedule you to next month. Now a month is a long time, but thanks for the honest response. I just might wait that long. Maybe the valley just needs more Independent Certified Mercedes Benz Service providers.
