Love Dr. Eldadah and thats the only reason my kids still go here. However I wait in a room at least an hour every dang time we come here. Its ridiculous.

All the pediatricians are so friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff is also incredible. Couldnt ask for a better place to take your kids.

Both my children have gone to this clinic since they were born and their doctor has been an excellent doctor, but the last few visits I am questioning his practice methods. My son is on medicine and the doctor asks me about all his medicine, (what color, what mg and the type of medsthen says, "oh thats right". My son is 15 years old and has been taking the same type of meds since he was a toddler!! The only changes have been the dosage since hes grown up. Doesnt he remember or review his file before coming into the room??? I notice everything and dont miss a thing! The doctor has a strong accent, from our first visit and through the years Ive reiterated his instructions back to him to confirm his instructions.I provide the best for my children and see they get the best of everything too! We moved to a smaller community so my children would be in a smaller school and get the attention they need to excel! Now, my son is getting Bs, obtained the Silver Cord Award for volunteering in the communities, sports and an alter server at church, which we are all members. My daughter is in chorus, now has a GPA of 4.0 and is a member of the Philoptochos Circle at church!!!Just this last visit was for my daughter, which she is doing excellent and is finally med free! When the doctor came into the room he did the same thing again! When ask the med she was no longer taking he didnt even describe the med correctly and then asked if she was taking half a capsule!?! The med is not in tablet form to be taken as a half dose!?! Then he said, "Oh thats right, its all here in her file." Plus, I keep having to remind him of her shots too!! My daughter is 13 years old and has been treated by the same doctor since birth at this clinic.I think its time to find a different doctor.

Im sharing my story because I want parents to make informed decisions when choosing where to take their beloved children in whom they invest so much time and energy. I chose this clinic because I was new to the area and didnt know much about other places. All in all, I think its an okay clinic. The doctor we had was GREAT and very communicative. My issue was with the rest of the medical staff. At her 2-month visit when the nurse gave the shots to my daughter, she said "oh look at those tears, they almost look real" ..... as a new mom, that hurt and infuriated me because if I was jabbing the nurses thigh with a needle, Im sure she wouldnt be laughing. Anyways, no reason to be concerned just because you see the nurse being more detached, right? At her 15-month visit is when all went South. My daughter was screaming bloody murder as soon as she saw the nurses come in. We forced her on the table to get her measurements. First, they had to measure her weight and length several times. They finally get it but five minutes later the nurse had to measure the length again because they didnt get it accurately the first time. My daughter was in great distress and squirming and screaming a lot. Secondly, when the nurse comes in to do her shots at the end, we force our daughter onto the table, then she has to go and get another nurse because my daughter was moving so much and she couldnt do it by herself (I later found out she was in training). All of this while we were forcibly holding our daughter down on the table. It was breaking my heart to see her in such distress. Eventually between the two of them, they manage to vaccinate my daughter. So, yay, the craziness has ended. But no! Thirdly, they call us 30 minutes after we left to tell us that they forgot to put the actual powder of one of the vaccines in the diluent. So they jabbed one of the syringes for nothing because it was just plain...sterile water. Luckily, this should not affect my girl in any way, per what they said.Regardless, I have transferred my little one to another clinic. Id rather drive 15-20 minutes extra to make sure she has proper care, rather than risk something like this again....or worse
