I had a hard time transferring my account from a different network to Metro, but the guys at this place were very patient and awesome; they were able to resolve the issue. Will always recommend them to other people 100%.

The staff was absolutely amazing when I went in with my mom to help her get her phone figured out. The previous employee who had set her new phone up (she has since been terminatedmade some big mistakes that made calling and texting nearly impossible. When we came back in to have it figured out/fixed the staff was super helpful, explained everything that went wrong and what they were doing to fix it, and so patient and kind. Thank you so much ladies!!

The manager josh was great. He was very patient with all my questions and answered everyone. His knowledge of cellphones was extensive. I drove 40mins to this store and it was worth it. Every store..every store near me made me think they didnt want new customers or sell phones. Worth the trip!!

I was unable to pay my bill online through the my Metro app. So I went to the store to pay my bill and was charged a $3 service charge because your system was down. Im not very happy with that and if it happens next month I will move on to another provider
Was told that activation per line is USD 38 per line. Total cheats. The metro website says 15/line. I called another store in Harrisburg who charged me 15 for activation.
THIS STORE REALLY NEEDS TO EDUCATE ITS EMPLOYEES ON THE PROPER USE OF MANAGERIAL AND PEOPLE SKILLS. FIRST THING IV BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST MONTH TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES ON A NEWLY PURCHASED PHONE. THE INCOMPETENCE AMONG ITS SALES REPRESENTATIVES IS MIND BOGGLING. I WOULDNT TRUST PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF A PET ROCK, LET ALONE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A NECESSITY FOR LIVING IN TODAYS SOCIETY LIKE A PHONE OR A PHONE PL,AN. IN 6 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN THE FIRST TINE I EVER NEEDED THEIR HELP RESOLVING ANYTHING. MAKING THE TRIP TO THIS, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO IN TRAFFIC STORE. HAS BEEN THE ANGRIEST WAST OF MY TIME. I WOULD RATHER GO WITHOUT A PHONE THAN HAVE TO DEAL WITH ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES EVER AGAIN.
If there less than 0 rate . i would love to gave itto this store. They have a desk clerk called Kvon. He is the worest customer service agent i have ever met in my life. I bought two new lines and Iphone. They charged me for complete monthly payment. Second day i got a message that i will have to pay my monthly payment after 20 days. I went back to him , he stated that its my fault because i didnt changed the due date. I asked him to help me to call the customer service hotline 611 since he was there while im buying my new lines. He was very rude with me and refused to call anyone for me. He asked me to leave the store and he called 911 for me while i have my wife and my kids with me. I was so peaceful and polite with him. Is his work to call the police for a customer just asked question. He is a very bad image for Metro plus and he dont deserve to be in this place. I was a customer with AT&T for 9 years and i never had any issue with them. So regret that I changed my carrier and have that bad experiences.
The manager of MetroPCS refuses to add a new line to my account just because he doesnt feel comfortable. And he does have the right to refuse anyone or accept anyone.Also he doesnt care about MetroPCS corporation.

Unfortunately they made me buy $50 worth of accessories in order to purchase add a line. They told me if I refused then they would refuse to add another line of service...

If I could give a negative star rating if i could. The "new" management is horrible. This is at the Carlisle Pike location near Red Lobster. Im not sure if he manages other Metro PCS stores in the area? But the guy doesnt even know the meaning of customer service. Stay away! Go to another location. I learned the manager at the Lemoyne Plaza location is the same guy. STAY AWAY. Hes a DICK

First off let me beging by saying that I called this store 3 days after i bought it. the second day I had the phone it was just sitting in the bag, so i decided to go to the Metro PCS in the West Shore Plaza. I was asking abou the return policy, so the guy took my phone removed the case and said that i cant return or exchange it at that store i would have to go to the one in Mechanicsburg. when i got home i noticed a fracture on the screen. The fracture spread and now i can hardley see anything. I called the store in Mechanics burg and the manager got on the phone with an attitude like he had just got out of state prison. He was not only the most rude person i have ever encountered but he actually started to yell at me. He said he never touched the phone and that I can come in at noon tomorrow to watch the video. he then accused me of trying to run a scam , threatened me by saying if you go in any of my other stores you will not get any of youre money back, and then proceeded to say try and get the cops involved, and hung up on me, a paying customer. I called back to get his name and his airhead of an employee said " ummm.... he will call you back" and once again hung up the phone. This is not about money, this is about the principal. NEVER USE THIS STORE! It will save you bad customer service and employees who are in the dark about everything to do with cell phones.PS i really wish i was making this up

If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. Im in the store right now, actually. The girl working here (named Haileyseemed to be extremely annoyed that I came in to get a phone. Ive worked retail, so I understand hating your job. However, hating your job or having a bad day is no excuse to be rude to people. Especially when you are being paid and I am paying you.Being greeted by, "What are you here for?" really set the tone. I was going to ask questions about the phone I was getting, but she was more concerned with the fact that I didnt know my account number off the top of my head. She could have mentioned I would need it when I called earlier in the day. She did that sigh that teenagers do when theyre annoyed with their parents, and she did it a lot. The worst part is, I think were about the same age, yet I feel like Im talking to a child.I shouldnt feel too bad though. The woman who came in with her daughter while I was here was treated just as poorly, if not worse. The woman was pretty much told she wasnt going to be able to get a phone today, especially if she didnt know her account number. She was more concerned with closing the store than serving customers. Thats probably not a good business practice.Im just glad I wont have to come here again.
