LANI provided 5 STAR service, she was extremely helpful and pleasant to assist us. Thank you LANI.Our experience at the other location from the young lad on Naamas road was not helpful or we had a great experience.

Great service ! Not a very big selection of phones but O (Oscaris by far the most helpful and smartest employee at any Metro store I have ever visited. If O is working when you go in to purchase anything you are in great hands !!

First I will stay when you walk in I know they hear the door open due to the bell. They never put there heads up to greet you, you walk up to the counter they say Oh hi can I help you"Wow" then wben when you ask them to help you understand about two different phones they make you fell not welcome.

Stopped by the store at 750pm and the store closes at 8pm on website. The door was LOCKED with the owner and employee inside just looking at me thru the door as I was knocking. Wanted to buy a phone and pay bill. Owner stated everything was shut down at 750pm. Very poor service and unprofessional owner and employee. Will NOT recommend this location to anyone and will not spend my money here in the future.

The salesman lied to us she made us get the most expensive plan and made us get insurance saying it was required.

Well we went in to see what they had to offer and walked out with 2 phones and covers for them too!!!
