WARNING WITH THIS STORE!!!if i could give zero stars i would, customer service is horrible, they do have a employee named Anthony, which i believe steals and pockets money from customers, he will charge you for things that should be free, for example: my phone broke and i took my sim card out of it put in the new phone then went to this store location to pair the sim card to my new phone, he told me that its easy and it would be fast, after 15 minutes he took my working sim card out and replaced with a new one , then he said the job is done, that will be $35 dollars, i was like what are you talkin about? i did not give consent to be charged , then he told me thats too bad the job is already done, i told him i am not paying that, so he calls customer service back, deactivates my sim card and did not reactivate my old one, i tried a different store, they did everything free of charge and got my phone working again within 5 minutes, Anthony steals from customers and pockets money, i will notify corporate.

The csRep did not want to assist us bcz he was on a personal phonecard and was basically rushing us thru the store. I asked him to locate other mertos and he didnt want to do that as well.

Doesnt matter whether you in the store, on their app, or website. Customer service doesnt exist. Expect incompetence and a minimum of half a day to fix any issue whatsoever assuming its ever fixed.

Orrible antencion al cliente. El muchacho que estaba en la tienda andaba como loco buscando algo que se le perdio y se la pasaba diciendo grocerias y yo esta con mi niño algo que no le importo y al final mejor me fui porque parecia que no me iba atender cuando mi niño y yo eramos los unicos en la tienda.
