Reyna and her hot assistant were really helpful they help me fix my phone then they transfer everything into my new phone they are the sweetest worker I Interacted with. Im going to go again and again. They made me feel like family they love making conversation with the customer.
Reyna was amazing! She was unbelievably patient while we waited forever to get my account number from my previous provider and with my lack of phone & technology knowledge.
Never in my life I had ever felt so disrespected by someone who works in Customer service. Ms.Reyna was the Metro PCS representative who assisted me at this Ogden, UT location. Not only I was given the incorrect information but I am pretty much stuck with a device I cannot use. I was very specific about my needs of hotspot data usage. After 4 days of service thinking everything was great! I wasnt able to use my hotspot. After calling customer care I was informed that I needed to "top off" my data for extra fee. I asked questions about information I needed to know because I already had a great plan with Tmobile where I get the plan GB but after the High Speed Hotspot my service will just slow down but I am still able to use my Hotspot regardless. Anyways I accepted the fact that I made a mistake and wasted money but I am just wowed! After expressing myself to Ms.Reyna I just couldnt believe "she said to me what do you want me to do? Kill myself? I dont feel sorry for you like damn I was talking about my service ol lady" . First of all, I wasnt trying to make you feel sorry for me. You gave me the wrong information then had me signed a Spanish version terms and conditions that I do not understand. Even after having to ask for the English version I was told it wasnt available. I am back with my previous carrier. But Lord Jesus! Having an Autistic son maybe very stressful and having to know 4 different languages may make you feel superior that you are but there are many different ways to go about a customers dilemma than saying some dumb sh!t like that....Whew! Reviews are very therapeutic! But now I feep stupid cause hahahaha what does anybody expect its hood Metro.P.S. corndogs and vegetables does not go together

Seriously people dont waste your time here. I went in to ask if the network was having issues because I was getting slow slow download speeds and high decibel gain. The guy looked at his phone and checked his speed but wouldnt show me. When I mentioned decibel gain and carrier agrigation he just looked at me like I was speaking Greek. Im positive I know more about cell phones than most people paid to sell them. All he would tell me is call customer care. This place is a money grab. Meaning.... Once they get your money they dont care weather you get good service or not. Not their problem. Watch out. Its time we demand better from our cell phone carriers.

We have had service with metro for over a year. Any time there was a problem we had incredibly horrible service. Not the case today.Just as a quick note, not only do I personally have extensive customer service training, but I also worked for Verizon for almost a year. Im not new to how things should work.Now to my review. My husbands phone needed to be replaced. We have an excellent plan and have NO desire to change it. We use a LOT of data. He got a new to him phone and replaced his old phone. No one told him that this phone was not compatible with our plan. With out his authorization or explanation they changed his plan to a one gb plan.Needless to say, we were told it could not be changed back because the special for that plan had expired. After explaining the issue to Elduardo at this store, he explained there was nothing he personally could do to fix it but was happy to assist me with customer service to get it fixed. He was kind, patient and helped explain things to the extremely SLOW and irritating represtative who took our call. He never got irritated with me when I insisted that it be fixed. Which was the normal service we have had. He is the first person at any store we have been in who was genuinely willing to help fix our problem. Together with his help and persistence we were able to put my husbands original phone back on our account and get our original plan (which we have had since the beginningreplaced. It took around an hour but it got done with his help.From here on we will only deal with this store. I truly wish ALL of the metro pcs stores cared like he does. They could all learn a lot from him on great customer service. Thank Eldardo for all your help.
