Well I have lived in this place for over 19 years. This was a nice place to live, the owners and management were very kind and understanding. Then about¹3 years ago the owners got a offer they could not turn down. So then the Rich,came in and took over everything people who had been here for years changed.suddenly the prices started to go up, little by little. The ugly took over .there has to date been 7 homisides.who knows of the ones yet to come.as for a community that is not the truth the community consists of the Rude family.a community wouldnt throw out a ⁶² year old handicap man or would they ??? Yes they would and still sleep at night. That is only the beginning of my story hit me up facebook

The first time I was there my wife and I were driving through the pa to a friends house singing a song and one of the residents called the police saying that they heard a woman screaming so just after we arrived Roy City police arrives and interagates me and my wife about physically fighting. So if you want the nosiest neighbors in the state, this will be home for you..

Great place. Love living there, all the kids know each other. There is a pool witch is free to use, there is a club house were we do community events like Holloween and christmas. There is a large feild with a place to play soccer, baseball, And a small basket ball court.

The management in this park has cleaned the place up immensely in the last couple years! It looks great. Maintenance has helped us a lot with prepping the lots for new homes. Love working with them!

All in all this is a great place to live but the children around the park need to learn not to play in the road when theres oncoming traffic. Ive had this problem for a really long time the parents need to watch there kids. Ive seen kids almost get hit buy running straight in the road when theres 5 6 cars coming the children need to get out of the road.

The new management is shady and if you have a desired lot they will falsify evidence to try and kick you out so they can sell it.

I have been a Friend to a tenant Living here at the Midland park community for over Three years and she has had problems with the management ever since new management has taken over about a year ago. And recently evicted for unreasonable terms and conditions and owns her trailer and is not behind on her lot payments. Shes a single mother of four and is now Homeless and does not deserve any of this!

It does not look like this at all lol the swimming pool area does not look like this in the pics false advertising with the pictures..mangement never helps with any situation your in very rude I filed for disability Ive been current up til February I have no where to go been living here for 10yrs have no income i have a small dog & cat...embarrassed me in front of my neighbors of having at least 4 cop cars to keep peace please...I only have one friend & she lives in park but I cant come on property or Ill get arrested what a joke I was late on LOT FEE...WAS NOT EVICTED FOR CRIMINAL ACTS...LATE LOT FEE EVICTED BIG DIFFERENCE
