Horrible. ZERO communication, rude and short. Do not offer payment conveniences and never send out statements or let you know if you missed a payment. If you travel, or did for work? Forget about it- impossible to deal with them. Personally, I believe they watched too many reality shows and purposely do not communicate with customers in efforts to seize goods and sell. All about the seizing of goods. Also one of the most expensive around, in 2022 their rates will go up so high they must be catering to the NJ or NYers moving in because they are asking an insane amount. Definitely look around- WAY BETTER options from families that dont think they own half of the town and can make demands or treat customers like an ATM. Blown away at the lack of professionalism. Absolutely not a place for locals as locals here are caring, supportive and NICE. So thrilled my stuff is out and I am done with Midway Storage.
