Midwest Warehousing in Nodaway County

They open between 8:00am n 4:30 pm . I got here at 9 . Been here 5 hours and still getting unloaded with 11 truck’s behind me . I go in there to the office to talk to the lady to see why is it taking so long to get unloaded. There literally 7 guys in there just talking about what they doing this weekend. Not over exaggerating. This has to be the worst warehouse company in Missouri . Stay away

Terrible place to deliver. Please avoid it or you will regret it. The lady at the front desk is really out of her mind. She is rude for no reason. Why are they allowing her to talk to people like that. It takes forever to get unloaded.

Despite all the comments below I was treated professionally respectfully and was in and on in less than 2 hours , the check in lady was super cool .

If you could avoid this place please do yourself a favor and avoided it. Very slow to load and unload can be waiting hours on end. The office staff is totally rude and short. Ive been here twice and it doesnt get any better. The 1st time I was here it took 7&1/2 hours to get loaded. Im here again and Im working on 4 &1/2 hours,Im still not in a dock.

Got there at 3:45 the lady at the window was rude she needs some people skills classes refused to give me her name to tell dispatch I have to layover tell 7 am because they close at 4 I’m it’s not 4

I had to click on one star to type my comment cuz it would have been 0.This place is a complete mess, you would get lucky if they unload you in 5hrs.I get there at 7:30 am in an appointment 8:00. They gave me a door after 2hrs and completely forgot about me at that door.I feel movement on the trailer every 50mns

The lady on receiving really has an attitude,, she needs to be loved , 2 hours to unload, nice folks the guys on forklifts, i recommend to arrive early because it gets busy

Very slow to unload. Go in to find out why its taking so long and you get attitude. Pack a lunch.

Arrive at window to check in at 3:31 pm they wont unload me until the following day at 7 am. The lady is rude and about as fun as a case of covid.

The guys who load act like the owner just because have a gun on it avoid this place

Plenty of maneuvering space. Got there late, just as they were closing, due to a break down enroute. They let us drop the trailer in the dpck and unloaded us first thing in the morning.

Nothing from the street tells you which is the right pull in so take the 1st driveway not the second or you will be facing the wrong way

The place is not marked from the main street, if you take the wrong entrance you will end up in the opposite direction of what they want you!!! Very long time wait....

The police car here is fake you can turn left on double lane …. You can park here …. Rude at office and very slow work

This place is VERY slow. They cant keep decent forklift drivers, dont pay enough. Always full of excuses. 2 to 4 hours waiting.

For a busy place they did a hell of a job

Excellent place, very friendly helpful staff. Outside very well maintained and clean. Dock door areas very clean no debris, snow removal was top notch. I had no need to enter therefore no inside review...this is the kind of place I would like to pick up from or deliver to all the time. Big thank you!

Had to have the trailer reloaded. Nice Facility, but had to return to get Safe and Legal. MFA has a Scale in town..Be sure to check the BOL for mistakes if picking up Hazmat.

Terrible place. Load definitely wont be on time. Got a bunch of trucks just sitting here for hours to load. Refuse refuse refuse. Nuff said. Tried calling the place and got nowhere either. They dont have a clue how to do their job.

Extremely rude. 2 hours so far waiting with other trucks been here about as long or longer to even get a dock. Dont book trucks your not ready to load. Waste of our time. Dont haul for this place. Will update when when they finally give us all doors.

Takes 2 hours to get unloaded when youre the only truck in the dock...they dont want to work...terrible place
