The staff was exactly what they needed to be, there when needed and not when not needed. The items are nice and the showrooms are very clean and well organized. I just thought the prices were very high for what we were looking at. They do have a clearance room where the prices were much more reasonable. We might go back to see whats in there again.

Joshua was so helpful in assisting us in designing a sectional to fit our space and identify the perfect fabrics with us. He was patient as we made decisions and changes in choosing things for our first home. We also found a counter height table on reduced clearance. We cant wait to use our Miller Home pieces everyday!

We are very pleased with service we received from Bobbie. She gave us information that helped us to make a wise decision. There were many beds to choose from and Bobbie helped us greatly.

Miller Furniture did NOT provide satisfactory customer service. After calling and speaking to manager, he gave NO satisfaction at all. Did not care about customer request or even try to help in any way. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We always have a great experience at Millerhome!!!! We only go to Joshua. He’s the BEST. He goes above and beyond to accommodate us and he truly cares. He knows our taste and breaks his back trying to find what we want. But for Joshua it comes so easy for he loves decorating. He is truly an asset to your company. When he saw my husband and I walk in, he got this huge smile. As if he were really happy to see us. He is so genuine. We need lamps but could not locate any while we were there; 5 hours later he texts us with a photo of a set of lamps that would go with our furniture we just purchased!! We’ve spent close to $15k at your store and we only have one regret; the time it will take for our bdrm suite to arrive!! But it’s not you. It’s the manufacturer. Thank you so very much and look forward to purchasing even more items from your gorgeous store.

We ordered a Bassett Custom sofa. Contacted my message the store where Josh and I chatted about what we were looking for. When we got to the showroom he had colors and different brands picked out for us to look at. We decided on the Bassett because it was customizable. Still feeling anxious about the price and praying that this will last us for many years to come. Josh was very helpful and listened to what we liked. Thank you

We were looking for dining room chairs , we stopped by Miller brothers and had spoken with a sales representative. They did not have what we were looking for available but had found some in their warehouse. We agreed to go to the warehouse to pick them up since it was down the road and did not want to wait weeks for delivery. Once we got to the warehouse we met with another employee that then took us to another warehouse to pick them up. We then noticed that the chairs we wanted and paid for were not the ones we were picking up. The sales rep had wrote down the wrong sku on the paper work. We then had to drive back to falls creek and explain to them what happened and that we weee going to be given the wrong chairs. The rep admitted he did not pay attention to what he wrote down and then asked what would you like to do? I said we want the chairs we agreed on for the price that we had already paid. After going back and forth and being told they will now be delivered the manager speaks up and says oh now we want a delivery as if it was going to inconvenience her!!! NO WE DONT WANT DELIVERY WE JUST WANT THE CHAIRS THAT WE PAID FOR THAT YOU SAID WERE IN THE WAREHOUSE.. We literally spent 3 solid hours with a situation that could have easily been prevented. The only reason we would ever go back to this store is because of Josh the warehouse employee he was great and understood the frustration.

Very friendly staff. We showed up 40 minutes before the store was closing and were able to find a sectional and mattress. Bryon was the sales associate that helped us. He seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us. The service was great!!

My husband and I Went to Ashley Furniture in Dubois today we are looking for a new mattress. Andrew helped us with all of our questions and was beyond personable he was very patient and so nice! Will definitely be going back for future buys.

We worked with a young lady (Valand she was very knowledgeable. I can honestly say that she took her time to answer all questions that we had. At no time was she high pressure. She wanted to make sure we were satisfied with what we were looking for. We started with Ashley but they were unable to get what we wanted. They made a call to millers and we went there. This is not the first time we have purchased furniture but we believe that we received the best treatment.

Val was so very helpful with our purchases. She went out of her way to give us amazing service and the delivery guys (Rick and his partnerwere quick and very kind. What a great experience

We went to Millers Home Furniture in Falls Creek in December to buy a couch and recliners. We worked with Josh who was fantastic! He was very professional and knowledgeable-he knew all about the different brands, styles, color choices, and manufacturers. Due to COVID-19 we had quite a wait due to the factory backlog, but received our order today. The deliverymen were great and worked quickly. Id highly recommend Millers!

Went there in November and ordered furniture. Was told that because of covid the industry was backed up and taking longer than usual to get furniture, but we ordered anyway. Was called on may, 11 and told it would be shipped from the factory on may 24. Called them on June 9 only to hear about factory cant get leather, and another 6-8 weeks hopefully. I know its not their fault for the delay, but they could have kept in contact with me and returned my phone calls. I will not go back again.

My husband and I started our journey with Patti last year. She was SO great! By the time we were ready to buy, just the other day- Patti has since retired and left us in the AMAZING care of Val. Working with Val was great, she remembered who we were and exactly what we were looking for! She spent time with us, to confirm we were getting exactly what we wanted and would be happy with it, without spending more than we needed too. Love the piece of furniture that I bought, however, it has a design flaw that I am not happy about. Hopefully, the sales person will be able to remedy the situation for me. An $800 entryway table should not look the way mine does . I will be happy to change my review once the problem is remedied.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Miller Home Furniture Altoona this evenning. Linda S, greeted us at the door offering her availablilty if, we needed it. Our journey through the store was unpressured, unharried and very relaxing.When we had questons, they were immediately attended to. Ultimately, the purchase process was quick and the only surprise was an invoice that was less expensive than expected.The furniture industry is extremely competitive. Weve seen several stores come and go. Based on tonights transaction, I believe Millers will be here for quite a while. Put this on your list of places to go to before you make a decision. First time in the store. We were there to check out couches and ended up purchasing one along with a reclining rocker. I hate sales people. I especially hate them when they jump on you like a shark before you get both feet in the door like the old Value City Furniture, which is where this store is now located. I have to say though, this was a great experience. No one pounced on us like we were wounded seals. They gave us time to browse and when we were approached, it was a subtle introduction without any hint of the smell of blood. Our sales rep was Lynn Sliwinski and she was exceptionally pleasant and informative. Once we decided on a couch, she left my wife and I to ourselves while we decided on a pattern. The whole transaction was the first time I felt a salesperson was out to help me, rather than help themselves. I would (and eventually willgo back and do business with Miller Home Furniture again, and Lynn (because she was not Jaws).

Today I made my first purchase at the Miller Home store in Altoona. Very nice sales lady. Knowledgeable of her merchandise. Great prices. When in need of other furniture I will definitely be returning to this store

Nice store, nice staff. Sadly very little is buy it, get it today. 5 to 8 month wait. We went elsewhere and was able to purchase what we wanted and had it in our home in about 1.5 hours. Had to wait for the protective spray to dry.

Was shopping for a new recliner. Wendy Simanski waited on me. She showed me the selection, explained the delivery of the items and gave me time to look.After I made my decision Wendy was prompt in helping me finalize the sale.Will look up Wendy for future purchases. Great job.

Manager Natalie is fabulous! She listened and took the time to design a complete room (or twofor me! She even assisted with paint and decorative ideas & completely captured creating the perfect space. Would highly recommend Miller Furniture you won’t be disappointed!

The Miller Furniture Store is a very comfortable place to shop The atmosphere is warm and comfortable which has to do with the staff they are there to help you in any way you need,but do not find the need to be pushy or overwhelming. I will certainly shop here again. They will be good for the community.

Wendy The Home Specialist was very friendly and helpful. She even went and checked in back to see if there were any recliners that we might be interested in that would be available for prompt delivery. There was one but we declined. She was very helpful showing us the different choices and fabric availability for the recliner we chose. The store is very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

With just a few desired characteristics for a living room design, they were able to create an ideal and perfect living space that was beautiful as well as functional. I purchased a new sectional sofa from Miller Brothers Furniture for Christmas. I was pleased with the selection I had to choose from and even more pleased with the great price on the sectional I chose. Valerie was extremely helpful with the whole process and the overall service was exceptional. I bought my furniture on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. The delivery personnel were careful and professional too. I had a great experience buying from Miller Brothers and I love my new sectional!
