As a current resident, when we first moved in we absolutely loved it. Very spacious, everything that was broken or not working when we moved in maintenance was very quick to fix. Leasing agency was very picky made sure everyones apartments were up to standard. Now a year later of living here and a new leasing agency, I do not enjoy being here. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Maintenance is not reliable. It took over a month in the winter to get our heat fixed for something that took them 30 minutes. Now our AC is out, its been almost 2 weeks since I put in the work order and multiple phone calls to be told it would be fixed last week and no one ever came. I have 2 little kids and Im 9 months pregnant and its not a concern to them that my kids cant even sleep in their rooms because its way too hot. Plus not even wanting to cook because the gas stove heats up the house so badly. I feel for as much as we pay in rent, it shouldnt be this hard and take this long to get things fixed. We will not be signing another lease when this one is up which is sad because the community and placement of the apartments is ideal.

Worst leasing agency I’ve dealt with. Take money and charge you for anything you can think of. Have no freedom to chose how to decorate your house or have what you want on your patio. Do NOT recommend.

Kathryn’s Place has been home to me for 3 years and it has been a positive and enjoyable place to live! It’s very quiet here and maintenance is always very respectful when entering my unit and always are able to fix what needs fixed in a timely manner. The management here is very good and Lucy has always been accommodating to any needs I’ve had. She is very nice, professional, and respectful and I would definitely recommend living in Kathryn’s Place!

My fiancée and I have been living here for close to 3 years and we do love living here. The neighborhood is back off Stringtown Rd so it is pretty quiet here! Being so close to Stringtown Rd is very convenient because there are tons of places to eat, many grocery stores, and is very close to the freeway! The schools are also right down the road which is very nice as well! Maintenance here is always very timely and respectful when entering your home. If there are any reasons for them to enter your home they ALWAYS leave a letter giving notice that they will be entering. We did just have a snowstorm and I woke up to our sidewalks shoveled and salted and I appreciate that because I do have kids that I dont want to get hurt because they slipped on the ice! The property manager Lucy is always very kind and has always worked with us when it comes to any needs we may have. I would highly recommend living here and it is very affordable in my opinion!

I do not recommended this place, I rent this place for 6 month and they charge me for 7 month , i never stayed there still they charge me for water bill which i never used a drop of water and charge for that , worst management service i ever had experience i put the dispute for last month which they charge and i have to hire a lawyer for that dispute, before you rent this place think 10 times they rip you off guarantee..stay away from this place...

Its alright. I moved in a little over a month ago. The units are sizable for the price and area. The carpet is in good shape.UPDATE: I moved out after a year and they are trying to charge me for things like carpet cleaning (which is illegaland broken lights that were broken at move in. They also sent two separate bills with wildly different charges and are not responding to emails asking for a corrected statement.Cons: I was told twice that the unit was on the outside loop and backed up against the woods (more privacybut when I went to see the unit and sign the lease, a different woman told me they had none of those available and seemed confused.Also, there were multiple issues with leaking toilets, blown fuses, and a faulty dishwasher when I moved in. I am still working on getting those fixed. The walls are very thin and I can hear the neighbors. At move-in, the floors were unswept and the counters were dirty.

Do not move here! Management is rude and they lie about everything. They never return your calls. Takes maintenance forever to fix anything and its half assed! There are no amenities either for such a high rent!!!
