The first time I came here was about a year ago and I bought a custom couch. Its still in great condition and the staff are super friendly and know what theyre talking about. My wife and I came back to buy a bed set and nothing changed. Same great staff and experience. Im glad to support a great local business thats run by great people.

They can deliver much more quicker than the large furniture stores. They are polite and family owned. They have a beautiful selection 😉.

Great selection & service

This was the absolutely best furniture shopping experience I have ever had! This family run business is where you need to buy your furniture. They met everyone of ours needs, to include the color, the firmness of the cushions, and the height. The wife and husband running the business are very passionate about satisfying the customer!! We will be going back.

Just bought a mattress after looking at a dozen places. By far and away they were the most courteous non pushy staff I’ve ever dealt with. A huge 10/10. I would definitely buy from them again for all my furniture needs. A young man and two young women have a bright future running that store or any other. Thanks again-Josh

This is one of my favorite furniture stores to shop in. This is a family owned business and they are always going above and beyond to help you find what you need. Their furniture is so beautiful and very reasonably priced and affordable. They also have a custom couch store around the corner from this business. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and I have been nothing but happy with all of the furniture I’ve purchased over the years.

Ive shopped here for 30 years~since the other location when mom had the store. Ive never been disappointed. If you have a problem with service~ask for help...its simple. Anyone there is more than happy to help you. They do give you time to look around. When you need help making a choice find a sales person to help. Its mostly family operated. The kids grew up in the store. This is where i get my big pieces and Ive never had a problem.

Great service and selection!!

Not as honest as I would have liked. Told they were ordering my recliners and they would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks went by and had not been called to schedule a delivery time I called the turlock store. The gal said they had not even been ordered my recliners yet because they havent gotten the minimum order for that particular company yet. I was mad to say the least, she said the other girl who sold us the chairs should have told us about the minimum and apologized. I told her if they were not in the store in 2 weeks I was getting my money back. Magically they were ordered the next day and delivered the following Saturday. Just be forthcoming with your customers and dont worry about your commission.

They have really nice furniture and were very nice well mannered people. We found what we want.

I purchased 4,249.00 new furniture in march 2018 and 9 months later I spotted a seam coming loose on the seat back top outter part. They told me it was a discontinued and wanted $49.00 from me to come out to take the back off and it would be minimum 6 weeks to repair. I said thats not right. The young lady told me, look I wasted a lot of time with you when you bought it and thats just what its going to cost you. I must admit my tone got elevated. I said loudly, I paided you cash and now I wasted your time when I brought it. Im not giving you a dime. Then they told me not to yell, I said Im not yelling Im leaving. So I left. If your expecting good customer service after the sale, forget it, it will not happen.

Been going to this furniture stores for a while now, I’ve tried going to other stores, but prices, service, floor samples and availability is not the same Minerva’s is my favorite furniture store, will not purchase from anywhere else!

The furniture is excellent quality and staff is helpful and friendly without being pushy.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Ordered a mattress and then they call and say they never submitted the order and I would have to wait another week. Ok. Fine. I go get the mattress and it is covered in stains IN THE PLASTIC. I took it back and they wanted me to PAY more for the mattress that is the closest to the one I ordered. Ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service as well. They open at 10 yet the doors are still locked at 10:20. Lots of employees standing around chatting... not doing a damn thing. Don’t go to Minerva’s!!!

Love Minervas furniture been shopping there since I was a little girl with my mother. Now that I have my own home Ive purchased furniture from them twice. Great quality and unique custom pieces. Great friendly service from Carlos. Highly recommend Minervas shopped around before I purchased my living room and kitchen table yesterday. Im glad I choose Minervas once again.

AMAZING!!!! I had been shopping for furniture for months and I really thought I would not be able to find what I was looking for..... UNTIL I walked in to Minervas!!! I immediately felt like they new exactly what I was looking for and they didnt allow me to settle for something.... Most important they took the time to help me, they didnt rush me and made me feel like I was their first priority..... My furniture looks amazing & I couldnt be happier with the results.... Well be back in a few months to purchase more furniture!!!!
