Made an appointment to see Kali for a haircut. Hadnt had a professional cut my hair before and this was the girl for the job! Will definitely be going back to this salon!

Laurie is very friendly, does an amazing job, and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting their hair done.

I came in today and got a massage from Ashley. The 2nd massage I’ve ever received in my whole life!She made me feel very comfortable, the massage table was comfortable, the vibe in the room was nice and relaxing, everything was very clean.The massage was amazing, she used non irritating products on my skin, and when I left I didn’t feel sticky. She will talk if you want to talk, or she will also let you float to another planet while she heals your muscles in silence.Her service is also very affordable!I am definitely coming back sometime for another massage.

On August 16th, I used Brandi. She took 5 hours to highlight my hair. Stopped in the middle for her lunch break with her husband. Complained about all her other clients while I was there. When I washed my hair the next day I noticed where she messed up. Couldnt believe she missed this!!! I messaged her and sent pictures. She told me I must have washed my toner out (blaming me). She charged me 195 dollars. She didnt offer to fix this immediately. She wanted me to wait until Tuesday August 24th to come in and her correct it. When I told her no and asked for a refund on some of my money so I could get it fixed sooner she told me she does not do refunds and as little as she would send it wouldnt matter. We discussed back and forth and she finally found a spot to squeeze me in today Aug 20th. This morning I woke up at 0745 to a text from her saying she used all her toner she needs for my hair and wont be able to get me in until Tuesday (the original day she wanted me to come back into fix HER MISTAKE! I of course, am not happy. She said she was sent me the 10 dollars it cost to get some toner but then stated that this occurs when clients move their head to look at their phone (again blaming me). Ive been getting my hair colored like this for 15+ years. Im well aware that this is from poor foiling and should have been caught by her when blow dried my hair and she should have fixed it right them or the day I complained. Very unprofessional and charges way too much for poor hair care. I would not recommend.

Amazing staff and service

Laurie did a great job cutting my hair and styling it for my engagement pictures. She was able to take me at the last moment which was excellent and I am so thankful. We chatted the whole time and I felt like I had made a new friend. She handled my nervous energy very professionally. I would recommend her to anyone!

All of the girls here are super sweet. Edens my stylist and SO much more. I moved here from Fayetteville, AR, and Im not the best at trusting a new hair dresser when it comes to my needs. Eden goes above and beyond to make me feel good about myself, and she is also a good friend. I would definitely recommend Mirror Mirror to anyone new to the area and also locals. Thanks, girls!
