Great food but rude employees. I’ve been here multiple times and never had a problem till now. The guy who assembled the food was so rude. I don’t know his name but he was short, he had blonde hair and glasses, and was wearing a hat. He didn’t even say a word to me the whole time. And it wasn’t just me, there were customers in front of me and behind me who he did this too. He was giving blank stares the whole time it was very uncomfortable . I don’t understand how you can do that to a customer. I was being nice to lighten the mood but it didn’t work. I don’t like he likes his job lol. I love coming here but with rude employees, I don’t think I will. I would love to see more locations open up that way more people can enjoy the food. Overall I love eating here, but when you are treated badly by rude employees, it’s not worth coming here.

Great food. Staff could be a bit more efficient. Got pushed down the line waiting for our order to be bagged while they stood there asking what we were waiting for... Um our order to be bagged and completed.

Manager is incredibly rude. Consistently get our order wrong or leave out items and still charge for them and refuse to give a refund for the missing items. Ordered delivery and the food was cold, missing items, and most of the containers arent even filled up. The restaurant is dirty and there will be food all over the counter by the register. Its being run by a bunch of kids (who are usually very niceand an immature manager who need to learn how to correctly run and manage a business.

Update: updated rating as store has been improving, good to see!Used to be my favorite place to eat. But now everysingle time i go there they "just closed" doesnt even matter what time i show up, lol not even kidding.Ill be taking a break till they get new management and are able to stay open past 7.Ill also update my review once things resolve themselves.

Mangement in this place needs some systems put in place. Fully understand the world is short staffed but to close the doors because they were overwhelmed is a joke. They had 6 staff members working and while we dined they closes the doors.It all starts from the top and obviously the GM if this place needs a new job.Would have given a 1 star but the food is good and the one girl (it is here first dayhad phenomenal customer service. She is going places in this world.

Always decent food, however the freestyle machine needs a deep cleaning.

I told them specifically not to put shredded cheese on my chicken and rice but they felt Inpowered to do other wise.

We typically love Moes. Out of all of the locations we have been to, this one is the worst.Every single employee was rude...all 5 of them. At first I thought is was just the rude gentleman in front of us, so we were polite and tried to lighten the mood. The employees remained rude and uninterested in customer service.The salsa bar was empty during our entire visit even though a few customers asked about it being stocked.At least our food tasted good.

Cashier was rude acted liked it just killed her to take our order then when she gave us our food she didnt give us our drink cups so we had to ask for them and her response was YOU didnt order drinks and I said yes we did and her reply was WELL I didnt ring any up so I said then I needed to purchase 2 drinks she then handed me 2 cups and said JUST NEVERMIND take the drinks

The young man waiting on me needs training. Not friendly , and when I asked about a taco salad in a taco shell , he pointed to a paper bowl. He put in alot of lettuce , and when I said chicken , he put his palms up , like what kind? Ive never been in a Moes , but he must have thought I should have known what to order. I may try Moes again , but not this location. 🤷‍♂️

DIRTY! YUCK, spilled food all over the dining room floor, benches and tables. Tables were sticky, not cleaned since when? Food pans were crusty, not fresh. One employee behind counter was picking his nose, 😝 GROSS

I didnt get the Moes welcome when entering. At checkout I felt like the attending had better things to do than serve me. Didnt offer chips, guac, or cheese. The place was clean.

Wont be going back to this location dirty doesnt even begin to describe the mess I saw everything was gross the cross contamination was out of control like no one knows what a sani rag was and the attitude of employees was horrible like me eating was disruption to there day of not cleaning or stocking there line and it looked like they had better things to do other than there jobs just sad

Called to see what time they closed the real nice guy that works at this place called me an a****** because I told him that their website said they close at 8:00 I think thats really customer service friendly right there was very vulgar and about the rudest person Ive talked to I will never go to Moes ever again

I had to go back because they didn’t put silverware or the salsa in my pickup order, and because they forgot to put lettuce and cheese in my bowl 🤦‍♀️ It’s like they barely read the order slip

If youre going to close early. TURN OFF THE APP ORDERING! Now Ive been charged $10 with no way to request a refund. Wow.

Not sure why this location is closing so early. In both recent visits there were patrons trying to get inside for service. Good service and average helpings (vs stingy or heaping helpings)

Like many businesses, they have been struggling lately. But their food is not as good as it was a month ago. They also "dont have enough staff" to prepare all the food choices.

Staff could use help rolling burritos. Staff was very friendly and food was decently hot.

i had an absolute horrible experience there. the short brown hair girl with the angel tattoo on her neck was beyond rude. acted like me ordering food was an inconvenience to her, also just cursing in front of all customers with no problem. they are very short staff and you can tell that. there’s only about 2 people that have worked there and are actually nice and know what they’re doing. i’ve came here a few times and everytime the short brown haired girl is here she ALWAYS beyond rude and just disrespectful.

all of the tables were dirty food was great service was horrible if you ask a question they roll there eyes at you ignore you and get mad if you weren’t done with your order and wanted more to eat very disappointed

I think it was the manager running the line but I had to repeat myself like 3 times for him to understand me. Asked me want I wanted then just skips it. Almost didn’t get any rice but was super concerned about me not wanting beans the whole time.

Second time they messed up my online order.Forgot the gauc, didn’t include the queso (that I paid extra for), and put cilantro on it, instead of the requested jalapeños. In person orders tend to go alright, but online/pickup orders are definitely a disappointment. What’s worse is the online process auto-generates a %15 tip for the staff, if you don’t want to tip you have to unselect it. Instead of actually deciding to tip you have to decide not to. Wish we had a Chipotle here in Warsaw - more food, less mistakes, no auto tipping.

Its a Chipotle/Qdoba style restaurant with a taco bell budget. Everything we had was mild and bland even the "hot" sauce. The chips were stale and the rice over cooked. The texture of the tofu felt like it had been frozen, thawed, then cooked. The steak were the tiniest crumbs of meat and what texture there was was dry and leather.

Great food, fresh and filling. Ala-cart style menu. Plenty of menu items.Interior of the building echoes and makes it a loud noisy atmosphere. I had the steak stack.

The steak bowl I got was fine, but I am disappointed with the chips and salsa. First, the chips were stale. Green salsa is usually my favorite, but I have no idea what they use in it to make it gross. I got the hot salsa too and it was just spicy red water. I liked the flavor, but it was the consistency of water and nothing else. Is this how it is supposed to be? I will not be going back here

Trying hard to be chipotle, but their meat comes out of a bag and the food tastes gross. I got steak and it was so fatty, amd the rice tastes like its a box mix.

Food is typical Moe’s which is ok. Ordered on line for pickup. Was ready when we got there. Discovered order was wrong when we got home, bowl instead of a burrito. Went back. Had to push them to fix order. Then figured out they didn’t remake the order. They put bowl contents into the burrito shell.Need to check order before you leave because they won’t take care of you after.

The cashier. Rang me up handed me my bag didn’t make sure I had a hold of it let it drop to the ground. Proceeded to pick up the order and hand it to me after It dropped. Didn’t say she was sorry, didn’t comment just went to the next person in line. Meanwhile the food was all over the bag I had to hand it back to her and get refunds because I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes to go back to the line again. Very unprofessional

Food is great and usually have a great experience but tonight was totally different. Placed an order online and saw that it was relatively busy when we got there. We ordered two kids meals and two regular meals so all should have chips. When we got the food, there was no queso, salsa, and chips at all. We checked all bags to make sure they werent hidden and it wasnt there at all. When I went back inside to ask for the chips, I was made out to be a liar and said it was there and she was sure she bagged it. Like I said, it was busy so I understand the stress but to just argue about it rather than just get new bags of chips is just plain childish. When I showed the receipt for the queso and salsa I was only given just a couple of sides of each when the receipt shows a "cup" with one of the meals and just side cups for 3 other meals along with salsa for all 4 meals. Really unprofessional on the cashier there.

Their staff is really friendly! They all yelled out welcome to Moes! The food is pretty good although I dont think its as flavorful as Chipotle. I like the really hot salsa and the tomatillo salsa. I feel like you can get a pretty healthy meal there with all the fresh veggies they offer... Its definitely a bonus to have them always provide a side of chips with your meal.

Amazing food, great prices, friendly and fun staff. Definitely coming back.

This was the kids burrito before I ate any of it. I get the same order every time I go (2 to 3 times a monthand have never got a burrito this pathetic. My 11 month old eats more than this. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it did taste good.... the little bit that there was to eat.

I got the steak burrito and it was alright but it does not hold a candle to Chipotle (I came here today because I had a free birthday burrito to redeem). The flavor at Chipotle just blows Moes out of the water. The employees were all nice however, the store was clean and the free chips and salsa was nice. They had a pineapple cilantro salsa that was incredible!

Had the lunch burrito meal with steak. It was excellent! Each team member behind the counter in their assembly line process was on task and clearly explained all my choices. They offer more choices than others so you can make your burrito exactly the way you want. Perfect. With chips, cheese and a drink they are also cheaper than others. Ill be back.

We visited us location on a trip with my family. The location was very nice and clean and quick to get our food. Overall Moes is an okay fast Mexican restaurant. my only complaints is that when I order a bowl from them everything seems to be soggy and mushy. I would much rather stick with Chipotle.

This Moe’s was okay. Definitely had a lot of young workers who had no idea what they were doing. Clearly haven’t worked in customer service before. I used to go to moe’s all the time when I lived in Florida and was excited to stop while we were in Indiana.I wanted to introduce my husband to the food and their amazing queso since Chipotle dominates Chicagoland. Anyways haven’t ordered their food in a while and wanted to order tacos. I asked the worker what can go on a taco and she’s like I don’t know. I was just curious what comes with my taco. Sad she didn’t even know what can go on a taco which isn’t extra. Then I get to the checkout and I just wanted a bottle of water. I didn’t phrase it right I guess cause I got charged one drink and one water bottle. I told the cashier and she just said well okay. So nothing was done about that. She didn’t even give us the make it deal price which is cheaper for a side of queso and a 22 oz drink. I was pretty frustrated by the lack of customer service. Food was good though, but definitely would not return back to this location. The cashier seemed unhappy and her demeanor made me never want to come back.

This place is great. They use the best ingredients to make the best burritos and tacos. On top of that they have the best cheese dip in the world. Whether you are looking for a quick bite to eat or a place to eat on saturday night this place has got you covered. The salsa bar is also great. They have salsas from hot to mild to cover every taste

I was impressed with the food, selections, and overall quality. Ive eaten at Chipotle and was never a big fan, nor a hater either, just *meh. But Moes seemed much better on all fronts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Serving area was neat and clean, and the food appears like its fresh and turns often.

Way for two? Well little secret! They give you free tortilla shells.. so order one buritto bowl and ask for tortillas and split it between two. Amazing portions. And save some$$ along the way. Plus free chips and salsa!!

The food is great, we enjoyed the outside seating and it was nice overall. However our group thought that the man building the food was extremely stingy with the ingredients. For the price we got very little food and he hardly put any meat, beans etc. on in our meals. Chipotle does much better in this area. Again the food was good, but the stinginess was a turn off.

Moes is a solid fast casual option with reasonable prices for the amount of food. Speaking to what other reviews have mentioned- this location does seem to be a little stingy with the protein. This may be because they just opened and are still in the "follow the corporate recipe" mode. The employees here seem friendly. The flavors are good and I love the salsa bar and coke freestyle drink options. They could do a better job of keeping the tables clean during peak hours. Overall, this restaurant is a nice fit for Warsaw.

Super good food. Ordering works similar to Panda Express or Chipotle. Every meal comes with chips and salsa. Moes is a great addition to this area.

Good burritos, and a nice new location. Id put them on par with a good Qdoba, and a bit better than the last several chipotles that Ive had. More flavor and ingredients in it vs just a lot of rice/bean filling. Looking forward to visiting again.
