Dirty toilets male and female. Hand dryers did not work . No atmosphere like a large echoing factory.

Decent A road services. Starbucks, Greggs, BK and shop. Clean toilets.

Just parked up and ate my packed lunch

Dirty toilets, disgusting showers, empty shelves and half beaten chocolate bars in the fridge units that has been there for over a week!! Such a shame used to be the cleanest services around and now it’s like you need a biohazard suit to go to the bathrooms and have a wash

Very friendly staff members but at the moment their fridges are broken so not a lot of choice regarding food supplies.

Very dirty toilets. They could do with a clean because it looks like they havent been cleaned in a while. There was dust, dirt, grass and mud everywhere. Only come here if you really need to go to the toilet.

For a fairly new services this place was filthy. We wanted to use the seating area to eat food purchased at the Burger King, but every table was uncleared and not cleaned with food scraps and spilled drinks. It was not busy but there wasnt any body doing the tables or floors. The rubbish bin was a disgrace.

Very nice place clean and tidy vast and you cannot imagine how big it really is

Stopped here for the night in the truck. Only 14.99 but...of all the services Ive been in, on this day the toilets were the one of most disgusting things Ive seen in a public toilet. Half of them were unusable.

Dirty. Toilets in a total state. So much dust everywhere.the whole place has not been cleaned in weeks. Ive not seen a service station in such a state of neglect.

Only stopped for a pit stop but everywhere was clean as you can expect, not very busy, at that time.

Stopped here driving northbound on the A40 on June 2, 2022. There is a very wide and deep pothole on the ramp as you return to the A40. Try to avoid this hole if possible

Whent for a sub on way home allowing us to stand for over 5 mins to be told close what a joke. 2 member of staff stood there food all still on show but on plus sipping his noise with arm put anyone off bad hygiene there

Great selection for food and snacks. Loads of lorry parking space

Stopped off for a break at these services, did not use the facilities as we had everything on board, Very nice place to stop but need to mention the poor state of the road surface on the way out of them, not just one or two pot holes but a complete collapse of the surface on the final departure road. It was marked by a cone or two but you still have to drive over the trench to exit, please keep a look out for this and take care going over it.

Better than the usual amenities available at older service stations.

Usual roadside services fare with overpriced fuel and food. Good shop though, and clean toilets.

A surprisingly good service station for the middle of nowhere. The toilets are in pretty good condition and the staff and friendly too.

A good stop off point for drivers. Plenty of parking for the hgv drivers. And general public . Toilets and various hot food selections .

An OK place to stop if you need a comfort break, usual suspects regards snacks and you mind a limited choice of Burger king, costas/Starbucks and Gregs all understaffed possibly due to it being a Sunday afternoon.

Very clean, food is nice. Ive used burger King and greggs on many different occasions and every visit is always a pleasure.

There was a dip in the road on the way out and caused my sisters hot drink to go everywhere! There isnt even a warning sign what a terrible place, unbelievable I wont come again.

A convenient stop with plenty of parking available at the back if required. The services are deceptively large with plenty of space inside. It has a Greggs, Subway, Burger King and Costa. Its never felt too busy at any time of day and havent had to queue very long. If you want anything from the Greggs Ive found it best to get there before 5pm as it closes quite early.

Really cold and dirty inside. Dirty toilets, dirty dining dining area. I’ll be sure to drive past next time. The customer service was decent tho, shopped at BK, Greg’s and Spar.

Spacious and not at all busy, it was perfect for us. The shop meant we could grab the essentials after wed rated and head straight home, so thats a big time saver!

Great service station. Good for a quick stop or if you need a break for a bit. A wonderful variety of shops, and places to go for food and drinks too!

Great services with ease of parking and all you need from the shop. It has a massive food court area that you can get a good selection of your favourite foods and a bonus of a clean bathroom you can freshen up.

Sight for sore eyes when you see these services pop up on the horizon after a long old drag down the A449. Quality selection of food sources once inside. Quality services.

Please make it clear that Burger King is available indoors as well as drive through. We used the drive through thinking that was the only option and eat the food on the carpark, not ideal but we love BK. We then went indoors to use the toilets and realised we could have sat in comfort instead. None of the hand dryers in the mens worked. I havent been to this services for a long time and it is now modernized and totally different/better than what it was.

Called in on 4/9/21 , Food hall is filthy, masks and napkins on floor tables not cleaned or cleared . had a Starbucks and then a Burger King and must have been there a hour and half and did not see anyone clean there, called back to Starbucks before we left to buy grand daughter a cup and the tables had still not been cleared .......will not go back

Toilets were disgusting, really bad. Also, spent about 15 minutes putting items in the basket only to be told when I got to the till that they couldnt put anything through the tills as they were off. I was the only person in there. Could have told me before I went round the whole shop and picked everything out. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It is what it is - a toilet/coffee/fast food stop - it was very quiet when we went in - maybe due to Covid restrictions ?? And the food outlets seemed to have very little choice left mid afternoon -

Everything here you need for a quick stop. Nice selection of restaurants. Layout is a bit confusing since the restaurant seating area is behind a wall so its not immediately apparent as you enter the service station that there is a seating area since you cant see it.

Good covid rules. Quite a selection of food except for the fruit in the shop. Many different named outlets to buy takeaway snacks etc. Fair amount of parking.

A nice place to stop if you are on a commute down this painfully traffic jammed road. Has various food establishments. Very spacious and always very clean. The shop is pricey as services usually are, but there is a Greggs who are always value for money. The ladies who work in Greggs are always very friendly even first thing in the morning.
