I purchased a nice roll up bed cover for my truck a few months ago and had the pleasure of dealing with Caitlin from Monmouth Truck. Last Tuesday I called Monmouth Truck in search of racks for my truck for a kayak trip this weekend. Caitlin hooked me up with Dave and Dave found the prefect set of racks for my truck and installed them on Friday, just in time for my trip. So thank you Dave and Caitlin for the professional service. Amazing experience! Dave was an amazing help to get my car all wired up and ready for a trip from New Jersey to Florida! My part wasn’t going to be in in time due to a back order and he accommodated me by picking up the trailer with his own truck. I am so grateful for this! If you are looking for a reliable trusting facility to have accessories put on or get work done on your truck this is the place to do it! Joel & his team are amazing at what they do. Every single one of the staff members are personable, friendly, and give you advice on what you should do or not do to your truck. There prices are better then Amazon or any website out there. If you order something with them they have it in the next day or with in a couple days.I first went to Monmouth Trucking to get a hitch put on my pickup truck that I had just bought used. Later that day I received a phone call from Joel telling me that the truck I bought had extensive rust damage to the frame and that it was not safe to put a hitch on the truck, nor was it safe to drive. He recommended me to get rid of it immediately! Joel even went as far as to FaceTime me and show me the rust damage.That’s customer service that I’ve never experienced. Keep in mind I’ve never been to this place before or even met Joel before! So for him to go out of his way to call me and FaceTime me is customer service above and beyond. He told me to come pick up the truck and did not even charge me for the time him and his staff took to put the truck on the lift and diagnosis this situation. Thank god for the honesty and care these guys have for there customers.I went out and bought another pickup truck about 2 weeks later and I immediately called Joel and had him do a bunch of work to my new pickup truck. He was able to schedule me and complete the work in the same day. I’ve since have called him for all my accessory needs and he has given me the best price the 1st time I ask him for a quote. First of all, I called for a repair of one of my running boards that I had installed by them almost 4 years ago & the same day service was impressive. Joe was very attentive, professional & he provided excellent customer service. I was in the shop 30 mins after my call to them & waited less than an hour for the repair. I went to review the work upon leaving & unbeknownst to me, they secured both sides of my truck when the passenger side was the issue. To top it off, the repair price was very reasonable. Thank you Joe & the guys @ the shop. Fantastic service! Im so pleased.

I called for a price on ladder racks and I was told that they start at $600 and go up to $2000. Im pretty sure that this answer was given to get me off the phone. Obviously there are less expensive racks and for this establishment not to carry them is ridiculous. Either way, they get one star.

Had rhino liner installed, work was done well and in a timely method. Thinking of purchasing a camper shell from them. Their prices are competitive

I called 3 times to get pricing and availability on upfitting our fleet vans. Very bad customer service. "The guy who does that is not here" was his answer... and hed hang up.I call2d again to actually get yelled at.Its absolutely their loss.American van in lakewood gave us an excellent price and phenomenal service.

Useless company that does not work along there time frames, they will not call to reschedule. Lied to our company multiple times, after paying over 300$ to rebuild a hydrolic cylinder it failed. Definitely stay away.

Monmouth Hose and Hydraulic has always come through for me on the large and small jobs. They can make any hose , always have funky fittings that no one else has. I’ve had cyl, rods, barrels and pumps built from them. There is no other hose shop locally that I have found that delivers the kind of personal service to its clients as Monmouth dose.The pricing is on point, great communication from there office as well. They offer free pickup and delivery with there service. Last week they brought coffe and donuts to my shop just because. Ryan the manager there is a blessing, as well as Adam one of there delivery/sales guys. Great bunch of people couldn’t say enough about them. If google offered 10 stars they should get 11!

Great experience with Chris and the team at Monmouth Trucks. They installed a baseplate and surge brake cable to my 2018 Sierra 1500 so I could flat-tow the truck behind my motor home. They are meticulous, reasonably priced and they do the work at a level of epertise and pride that you would expect them to devote to their own personal vehicles. I highly recommend Monmouth trucks!

Had a custom set of motorcycle hoses made and wanted them to look just like OEM and they nailed it. Great work!

After dropping off and picking up and paying for my Ram (reconditioning), it unfortunately could not have been fixed. But all in all, they were fair and took care of me. These things happen sometimes and I do believe these guys tried their best and it really had nothing to do with them. I like these guys and would definitely recommend them and use them again. The customer service was great and they do work quickly! great job guys, Im a happy boat girl :)
